5 /5 Diana Oliver: Heather cut my hair EXACTLY as I asked. I am so pleased!! She took her time and truly cared. I literally hate getting a haircut as much as going to the dentist because most hairdressers, in my experience, dont listen. She did. I highly recommend Heather.
