5 /5 Ken Dunn: As soon as we reached Stephenville for our nephews funeral our 2002 Chevy Trailblazer started misfiring and using OReillys VeriScan found the problem. We purchased the engine coil but with no way of repairing it, we asked Lupe if he knew a good mechanic willing to install it, he suggested Jaime at Tires Plus. Jaime and crew replaced the coil in little under an hour with minimal charge! Amazing! Being so far from home with car problems is SCARY but both Lupe and Jaime were and are true God sends! Were not ones to hand out reviews frivolously but Jaime was so compassionate to our situation with both the funeral and car problems! 5 /5 Barbara Howerton: They got me in and out fast. They changed the tire on my truck and rotated it like I asked, but he charged me $30 just to change it. I should’ve gotten a little bit of a discount since I did buy my tires there.

5 /5 Lisa McBee: Great customer service. Cold weather had caused air pressure light to come on. Technician gladly checked pressure in all tires and aired up tires as needed. Refused any payment. Seems small, but in todays world good customer service needs to be acknowledged. Doesnt seem the norm anymore unfortunately

5 /5 McMillan Roger (RIMc615): $20 to fix a flat, in the rain, during the solar eclipse rush. I pulled in and they dropped everything to fix my flat. Great service. Thank you !!!!
