I have one car in for repairs for several days at another dealer and the car I was driving was not cooling in this August heat so I called Total Auto after looking online and asked if they could check my air conditioning unit on the vehicle I was driving and took it in the next morning and the worked on it about 30-40 minutes to repair it. Jason helped me and was extremely efficient, friendly, and competent. That type of service is not found many places in this day and age. Charles Harrell

5 /5 Kaleigh DeMont: Bobby was such a blessing!! Our truck broke down right around the corner from him while we were working. We called at the end of the day and without hesitation he came and helped get us to the shop. They had it fixed within an hour and a half!! Everyone there was extremely nice and genuine. All around amazing experience and great customer service! We are so so appreciative!
