5 /5 Patricia Mudd: I am extremely impressed, great service, communication and the owners are awesome. We had a leak in the roof of our RV. Lisa was amazing with helping with the insurance. Such a knowledgeable and sweet lady. Kelly ( owner as well as Lisa) did a amazing job on the repairs. In addition to the leak we had a problem with the rail of the kitchen cabinet. I am extremely pleased and impressed with the job he done. My brother in law had a leak in his camper roof, took it back to the manufacture for repair, talk about extended time to get it back (3 months) and his roof has several ripples. When we told him about the job Kelly did, his reply was “ should have taken my camper to them” We had a second camper which we wanted to sell and they helped us with selling it... talk about great customer service and truly nice people, we could not have found better company or owners ... Thank you both, as long as we have campers.... they will have our business.

As this was a major water leak, Restoration RV sent us to Tri-County. I am extremely satisfied with our experience at Tri-County. They were very knowledgeable and communication couldnt have been better !!!

5 /5 Todd and Sylvia Therkildsen: Wow this is such an amazing place to get RV repairs done. Unfortunately our camper was accidentally flooded on the interior and we had our camper taken here for repairs. Lisa has been in contact with me throughout the whole process and explained in detail the issues they found and the repairs we would need. Lisa worked very hard to get the info to the insurance company as needed. When the repairs were done she let me know and even agreed to let us pick it up on a day they were closed. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thank you Lisa for your hard work and dedication! We appreciate you getting our camper back to good working order and getting the repairs done swiftly!

The price was less than we expected and they made sure we knew how to install correctly. Went out of their way to make sure it was the correct part prior to arriving. Will definitely use again and refer others also! 5 star service!
