While it needed both a timing belt job & new fuel pump, they were able to start working on it right away! The price was also very fair and the owner was kind to work with me and make it very reasonable!

We took the truck to Willard Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection and diagnostic. At some point, every tech and every staff member stopped and contributed to the assessment. I felt very comfortable asking questions and appreciated the direct, honest answers. Jan even took the time to send an itemized cost breakdown for all immediate and future maintenance needs. (No sticker shock here, either.) We left feeling confident about our decision to move forward on the truck and relieved to have a comprehensive understanding of what we were purchasing. As a mom with zero knowledge about cars, I have had too many experiences being misinformed by auto repair shops at my considerable expense and stress. Not the case at Willard. They were very honest and beyond helpful when it came to providing direct and informative answers to my questions. They are a BUSY shop but they never made me feel rushed or dumb.
