5 /5 Mozart Armstrong: With an impending cross-country move and a need to have my car inspected, tired rotated, and oil changed ahead of time, I arrived before 8AM on Saturday with my 2016 Mazda CX-5 so that I could be the first in line for their weekend walk-in services. (Weekends are walk-in only—no appointments. Weekdays have plenty of appointments, but they conflicted with my work schedule.) The doors opened a minute before 8AM and I was greeted immediately! Intake was quick and efficient, time estimates were honest, and service was friendly and communicative. I was given updates at every step of the process. I ended up needing some repairs on top of the maintenance and inspection, which were completed in a timely manner and there have been no issues with the car since. I am especially thrilled with the warranty that the repair came with — a 3 year or 36000 mile warranty that would cover any repairs needing to be made to the replaced part, *anywhere in the country*! As someone moving 1500 miles away in a week, that was very useful. Jason was so friendly and informative, and the office was spacious and clean.
