Jade Lobie There was a product that was clearly labeled on sale for about $7, I grabbed every single one and got to the counter and was told the sale was from last month, and the product is $14. I asked the girl if she could honor the price since it was still labeled on the shelf. She was very kind and helpful, and called her boss to ask. The boss said no. This is the only store in the nation that Ive been to that hasnt honored a mislabeled price.

Shayla Lee I am updating my review due to theft. If you Shop at wish I would not have anything sent to that store I repeat do not send anything to the store they will offer to bring you the product as long as you send them the QR Code well this is twice now the check that works there owns it whatever has stolen from me and has not brought my product so not a good place to send your things I dont even know if I would trust the product In Lucys some on I did buy a charger there one time and it lasted 2 times and cropped out so yeah I just I do not suggest this place for anybody honestly

Sonjia Asilidae My first time was wonderful, had fell inlove with the hair cut. She is a nice lady. But this time the hair cut was poor. She cut it great, but when I asked for a thinning she scissored it like 1/2" inch away from the root instead of 3" away from the root. It ruined it. I didnt say anything because I thought she knew what she was doing. But I can feel I have sections in the back of my head that poke out where she thinned it out because she snipped it too close to the root of the hair. I feel uncomfortable at the moment because the thinning parts feel choppy and when I slide my fingers through my hair it doesnt flow smoothly like it did the first time I came here. I know its just hair but this time I left feeling self conscious about my hair and trying to hide the parts that I feel stick out. Just be sure to specify exactly what you want and at what lengths. Beside that she is a nice lady.

Tammy Aviles They say that are a Wish Distributor. They are never available, never answer the phone. Then out of town. All of my Christmas gifts last year were sent back and they didn’t want to refund my money said restocking fee because I failed to pick up items. Excuse me how can I fail to pick up items that I went daily to the place of business and no one was available to give me my order. This place needs to be closed down as a Wish Distributor. Thank goodness my bank was able to get me a full refund because of all my emails and my phone messages and their emails and messages were saved on my phone showing that they were unavailable to give me the packages on any occasion for over a month causing the items to be sent back their fault but they called wish saying my fault. Very UNPROFESSIONAL

Gingie Travels The staff are so very nice. They love to chat with their customers and are always smiling. Not great at cutting hair though. I wanted just straight across bob cut, no layers or anything, with my part in the middle, and the left side of my head was an inch longer than the right with full on chunks that stuck out way longer than the rest. The lady cutting my hair was so nice and happy and I was distracted just chatting with her that I didnt even realize how terrible my haircut was until I went across the parking lot to famous footwear and saw myself in the mirror. Unfortunately by that time Great Clips was already closed since it was Monday and they close at 4 so I couldnt even go back for them to fix it. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed because Im going to a wedding this weekend and dont want to risk it being worse and then too short to fix. (Also I have straight hair so its not like I had a more difficult hair texture to cut) Anyway in summary, 2 star because the staff are super nice, but terrible at doing even a very simple cut.

Rachel Courtney I reserved my space in line on the Great Clips website, so I didnt have to wait an hour at the salon. It worked out really well and even had a timer/countdown and a 15 minute beforehand text. I really enjoyed the haircut that Alma gave me. She did a great job listening to what I want even though I definitely didnt explain myself very well. And she was easy to talk to but didnt push a conversation (perfect for this introvert!)

Yazmin Avalos Please don’t go here unless you’re trying to get your hair messed up bad! I went here last week to get a haircut I asked for a 1 inch trim all around and to trim my bangs a 1/4 of an inch to not cut it above my eyebrows and that’s exactly what she did, she cut way too much off my bangs and much more off of one side…it looks horrible I’m so upset, then she trimmed my hair including my layers and cut straight across one side of my layers, not angled or feathered out whatsoever, so disappointed with her work, never going back there again.

Emily Alvarez Jamie Evans turned me down for being 20 minutes late with my 2 month baby in tow, after she was on the phone for 5 minutes with someone else. She said by the time she was done, she would be off and didnt have time. Heres a hint: make sure the scheduler takes that into account. Its UNPROFESSIONAL that clients have to worry about that She lost my business and a LARGE tip for those 15 mins❤️

Katie Oberweiser I always wait until my sons hair is way too long but they we able to fit us in same day and I actually booked online so simple! Hannah May was awesome and made sure my sons hair was just how I would like it. I booked with her again!

Bobbie S Karla was cutting my hair and made a comment that it was like spiderwebs back there. This was after me telling her that I just went through a major bout of depression and that I hadnt been taking care of my hair properly. I blew it off like it was no big deal, but it was, and I will never set foot back into the Jcpenny hair salon again!

Holly Diaz I called ahead to make sure there would be time before closing for me to get my hair done and the person taking appointments said it would be fine. But when I arrived the stylist spent almost the entire time lecturing me about how she could do a better job if I had arrived sooner and now she cant leave when she wanted to because of me. Not very professional.
