Travis Johansen Dr. and Assistant were both very friendly, supportive, professional, knowledgeable, and comforting. I had some anxiety regarding these visits and all of my fears were remedied by your superior providers. Reception was also very friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Arlene Lopes Doctors and staff are outstanding! However, contacting by phone is horrible! It appears all calls, no matter which office one is trying to contact, go through one answering tree. Horrible service. No matter which option is chosen, all calls funnel through a very soft spoken hard to understand individual. I was #3 in the que but never did get a call back. Another time I was #6, again, after waiting over an hour, I never received a call back. I rate your phone service as a big fat ZERO! Again, dealing with doctors and staff was outstanding. Please change your phone service!

Ash Hoye This clinic is unorganized and has no idea what they are doing! After having to deal with the PA, the plastic surgeon and now two MDs I am very unhappy with this place. First visit we were there for over two hours because they dont follow the schedule, second time they were going to let my father leave without doing the procedure we were there for, I had to remind them and the 3rd was a phone visit they had no idea why they were calling!! I am still waiting for biopsy results from almost a month ago (Im gunna assume they either didnt send the tissue and lied to us or the lab they use is terrible).

Ramin Ojani It took me months to make this appointment. On the day of appointment I left an hour and 15 minutes before my 55 minute drive to the clinic. As I was leaving the house my GPS navigation says it’s gonna take 55 minutes to get to my destination. After reaching the highway my GPS turned my ETA To be 15 minutes after my appointment. I called the receptionist at least three or four times but nobody answered. I left a message. And then I called again to got connected to a different department since the receptionist never picked up. to tell them about what’s going on with me. I told her I’ve been driving for an 55 mins and I’ll get there in 20 mins and I don’t wanna get there and not be accepted into the office. At no point, they told me That you turn around and go home because we have a 10 minutes late arrival policy. And we are dead serious about it. I get to the appointment on their office 18 minutes after my appointment. I told the receptionist what has happened. And the lady simply tells me well it doesn’t work like this we can’t just take you in we are very busy here and you gonna have to come back again another day. There was no other person there. The office was totally empty. I’m not saying that Being late is their problem, but they have to have a better policy to consider each situation separately. The environment Weather and traffic very occasionally could cause people to be late. So I wasted two hours and 30 minutes today I never got to see a doctor just waisted gas and time. They got to teach their receptionist to take into consideration patients real world situations and think out of the box with empathy. I will never have anything to do with them again.

Mark Top notch treatment team. They have added another much needed doctor and new PAs so their scheduling has improved and I was able to set up a follow up appointment in six weeks with a choice of appointment times. Worth the drive from Vancouver.

Nathaniel Hamilton My family uses the clinic for our Daughter. I just say they are often available for whatever date is needed for the family. The staff is very courteous and very patient for us first time parents. Nala is not a fan of the Dr due to the shots but hey what can you do about that haha. But overall this is a great office for your pediatrician needs for your little ones.

Adrieon Bister Dr. Grover is the best doctor that my children have seen. She listens to our concerns and helps us make proper health decisions. We are very grateful to have found her. My daughter struggles with mental health and every time we see her it feels like a reset. My daughter feels heard and cared for.

Chad Smith I have to go here for Drug Court / Dependency Treatment. I thoroughly enjoy this facility. I may only have 80 days clean today but its been a wonderful 80 days. They helped me get on Suboxone, into an Oxford House, and helped me to seek out NA support meetings that im comfortable going to. As i have had issues with anxiety at a few of them. The counselors there are very supportive and have had personal experience so they can relate to me. If you are thinking about getting clean this is the place to go.

Vert Levi “Vert” Personally I like this place, great staff easy to get a long with and I enjoy my group setting. I go 3 times a week in the evening for about 1.5 - 2 hours each day.

A great place to gain knowledge about the process of surgery and recovery as the staff is very inviting toward questions. In and out fast. The scheduled appointment was met on time and they moved fast but careful to gain proper information about the injury. I am thankful they are here to service my community.

Brian Underhill While normally a Kaiser patient, I recently had a procedure done at Pacific Surgical Center (a sub-set of Pacific Surgical Institute). The staff was friendly, the medical personnel competent. All in all, couldnt have asked for a better experience. I know a lot of the popular trend toward local doctors hospitals tends toward the go-someplace-else-out-of-town consensus, but having lived in various places, that same group-think applies no matter where you go. Dont be afraid to support our local physicians and medical personnel - theyre doing a fine job at Pacific Surgical.

Stephen De Loriea Staff was very professional, punctual and friendly. I witnessed an elderly lady fall as she attempted to enter the building. The staff came out with a wheelchair within a minute of her falling. They further assisted her to get to her appointment. It was discovered the reason for her fall was her walker was improperly opened, the break cable was wrapped around a locking screw and was not fully opened and collapsed as she tried to move forward. The Staff is Very Caring.

Odette Moronez The doctors upstairs in the Orthopedics Department are professional, kind and patient. The office manager is caring, professional and knows her stuff. I say this because she has assisted me in the past. The girls up front are professional and attentive. As a new patient for your 1st visit, you need to allow enough time to fill out paperwork. Surgical Department downstairs is attentive and professional as well. Most nurses are helpful & attentive to patients. My visits to the center have been pleasant & positive. Dr. Kretzler is very attentive, kind, compassionate and caring. This is based on my personal experience. I had my surgical procedure on August 8th 2018 downstairs and the front desk receptionists, Chrissy and Michelle are professional and very helpful. I got through my pre-op appointment I got through all the paperwork arrived on time for my 7 a.m. procedure and was out by 8:30 a.m. sorry I didnt get to get any pictures but Ill try to on my next visit for my follow-up

Cindy Springer There has never been anything but outstanding people at this facility and I have been to all the offices there..took my 91 year old grouchy uncle to rehab for a fall there took him to prostate dr. there and he was a ok. Its difficult to make anyone that hurts happy but my uncle who usually had nothing nice to say to anyone actually liked and told the staff he appreciated them for being so nice to a grouchy old fart. I myself have had procedures done as well as my husband and grandson...never ever been a bad experience.never got an infection from there either...very clean crew..always put on gloves in front of patients so u feel safe that they respect u as a person and not just the cash..spook this is actually 4 ratings of 100 percent satisfied customers..they arent just a good crew , they are a cut above the rest...in my opinion definitely the best!!!

Peyton Mills Probably one of my worst experiences dealing with health care. One nurse in particular was beyond rude every time I dealt with her. It took 2 months to get an appointment, and then was questioned condescendingly why I waited so long to be seen for my first appointment by the rude nurse. They scheduled me for an anatomy scan prior to ever seeing me just to be told they couldn’t do the scan that day because I wasn’t as far along as the doctor predicted, or my baby wasn’t as developed as she should be. When I asked for them to see me sooner to relieve any stress after that appointment, I was told that I had to wait till my scheduled appointment which was still over a week away. Front office wasn’t very friendly either. Transferred care elsewhere. Avoid this place if possible.

Ilona W I went to Dr. Leah Margolis yesterday for issues with my period, I am older and had never been in for any kind of exam in my life, so to say I was nervous/anxious is a gross understatement. She was so understanding and accommodating, she addressed my issues and relieved me of my concerns and I am beyond grateful to her, she didnt make me feel rushed and allowed me to settle in my own time. The woman who scheduled my appointment was also very patient with me on the phone and was very empathetic to my issues and listened to everything I had to say even when I started rambling. Im very grateful to this clinic for easing my worries and making this as easy going for me as possible. Everything was on time, I didnt wait long to be seen. Ill be making the 40 mile one way trek to continue going to this clinic in the future.

Nanea Carroll The most unprofessional, rude and outright awful primary care practice I’ve ever dealt with. From being two plus hours late to appointments, to simply never showing up. The nurses are incredibly rude and will refuse to listen to anything you say. If you want your care to never be taken seriously this is the place to go. For 20 years they missed a severe disorder that had been begged of them to look into. To simply being incapable of writing a doctors note.

Jenn Hill I got my appt. quickly. Front office werent overly friendly but very professional. I didnt wait very long in the waiting room or for the Dr in the exam room. The Dr listened to my concerns, ran some text, did an exam & referred me out to a specialist. About 2yrs later took my teenage daughter in. They where very nice, talk to her, listened to her & eased her mind. We are very happy with the staff & services.

Rylee-jewell Baldwin I definitely had one of the worst times with this place. They dont know how to communicate within there company and do not know how to communicate with there patients. Im very unhappy with my experience if it wasnt for me legit about to have this baby I would be switching doctors but it not in my baby best interest. I would not recommend this place to really anyone.

Playn Hardball An office assistant said she will pass me to a a PA phone and I express to them that it just goes to voice mail. Her response is "well they dont stand around all day waiting for your call". I presented a concern... and I received sarcasm back. THIS is the type of service you will get here. You cannot access them by email, no website, and no after care report generated. I honestly get better care from VA and I plan on returning to VA because of the problems with the Kirkpatick office. Why would I continue to pay for insurance to be treated like this?

Kathryn Samaga I got on new insurance and my insurance put this office as my provider, when I called to to make my first appointment they were nice at first until they asked the question if I was taking anything for pain and I said yes I was from my primary care physician that I couldn’t go to anymore because of my insurance, their niceness changed and said they couldn’t take me I said I need a doctor because I’m diabetic I need my meds for that and my heart and they were so rude to me I couldn’t believe it I felt discriminated against. And now I can’t find a doctor taking new patients. This town is horrible never had this kind of problem ever!! I will look into discrimination on the grounds of not excepting me because of what kind of meds I’m on and the way they treated me after asking that question because before asking that question they said they were taking new patients and my insurance.

Herman Ducky “Ducky” After going to many different doctors, I finally found the right care with Dr. Kirkpatrick. Yes. You have to wait. And it sucks, I know...we are all busy people. But Kirkpatrick actually sits you down and talks to you like a human. I am getting help for issues that I have had blown off for years at other Drs. When I broke my ankle, his foot doctor nailed it on the head what was wrong, where other doctors have been messing with me for a year. AND, helped me 2x with giving me free "tester" medication that would have cost me over $3000 out of pocket. I have been reading reviews where they say their issues were not addressed. That means YOU didnt not address them yourself. So I guess if you feel entitled, and think your time is worth more than anyone elses, then go somewhere else. If you want excellent service, by Drs and staff that actually care...Make an appointment.

Ang Warner I have been a patient of Dr. Kirkpatricks for almost 4 years now. He is honestly the best doctor I’ve ever had. I have a myriad of health issues due to a brutal assault I endured in 2016. Dr. Kirkpatrick and his staff have been on top of every concern I’ve had. Sure, there have been times I’ve had to wait for up to a half hour or longer, but I remind myself that when Dr. K. Walks in the room, I’m going to get the same thorough care that caused him to run late with another patient. I have never had such great, thorough care in my life from any other physician. And I can’t say enough good things about the support staff from the reception ladies to the technicians like AJ who does the echocardiogram’s among other things. I would recommend Kirkpatrick Family Care to anyone looking for a good, solid, medical “home” (practice).

Riss S I had a back injury about 10 months ago and I know that this last year would have been so much more difficult if it wasnt for the amazing quality of care Ive received from the doctors and staff. Kyle Wicks is especially wonderful and always makes my visits pleasant. He has a natural ability to make you feel comfortable and always makes sure every aspect of your care and wellbeing are met. Christopher Nickel They dont take urgent care. They referred me to Google when I asked why theyre the first ones to pop up when googling urgent care like I dont know what seo is. Will never call here again.

Erin Atchison Their clinic is great, however I see that their GPS needs to be updated. I tryed calling to talk to someone about canceling my appointment but they said they were closed. So ILL have to call Tuesday instead. So idk maybe they r closed early because of covid 19 or maybe cuz they just decided to change their hours. But dont bother calling sat,sun,mon,they are closed. So yes it this clinics hours needs to be updated. Other then that their great.

Rebecca Hiatt Most of the doctors are very nice but they have a revolving door of doctors so they never get back to me with test results or X-rays. They never return calls and I basically have to harrass the staff to get any kind of response. I went in a month ago and they still havent responded my messages or gave me my x-ray results.

Sierra Lohner My husband and I had an appointment at 6 PM this evening and didnt actually get back into a room until 7:30 , we waited in the room for 30 more minutes before I went to see if I was going to be seen anytime soon. They said I was, so I waited a other 15 minutes, with my 1 year old daughter just about to her limit of waiting. Then we ended up just leaving and I will make an appointment somewhere else. It was a complete waist of an evening , with no warning as to how long I would have to wait with my husband and child. The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful!! None of this was her fault , she was so sweet. But Im so furious I spent my evening like this, already not feeling well.

Anthony Garay I have been going here for my Suboxone treatment since being released from prison and they have been very helpful. When I ask for an appointment online they call within minutes to schedule me for an appointment. Very good clinic if you are looking to get help for your addiction problems.

Odette Moronez I happened to stop by there last week to deliver a specimen 4 an individual. I thought Id take a few pictures &get a feel of the place. A dear friend of mine that passed May 2017, used to visit this Clinic. She never had any serious negative feedback but that she had a tough time relaying messages to her doctor and a bunch of mix ups with her meds. I always get the persons name that I am engaging in a conversation with plus dropping off or picking up anything from, for future reference should the need arise. I spoke to a young blond female by the name of Brianna and she was not at all cheerful. Im not sure if that is a correct spelling of her name, but she was at the front receptionist area behind the glass. She was quite young and had a nose piercing. For working with elders, she really needs to be cheerful, happy and smile. I observed as the older and wiser women were in action in the background but the young female was in the front end did not leave a good impression with me. Good luck to whoever wishes to be a patient at such Clinic because the front desk is your first impression!

Mark Colloton I have had 4 doctors at different states. I tried to be a patient at Peace health and they werent taking patients. I reluctantly became a patient with Kirkpatrick. Not impressed. The care was ok but they arent patient friendly. The staff are grouchy, except the lady who checks you in. I saw a provider and I wanted to talk to the provider on the phone but they made me come in to see the provider. They dont follow-up calls because they dont get paid for telephone calls. I was able to get a doctor at Peace Health. It is a well oiled machine. Their computer system is amazing. You can actually let a patient text the doctor and he texts. You can get for results of labs and follow your medical history. Kirkpatrick is in the stone age.

Esther Palomino Staff is pleasant to talk to both in person or on the phone. They truly care about my appointment as they call to give reminder appointments. Refills are always sent the same day, with a text to me that Dr sent it. If I could give 10 stars I would. Most of the Dr are awesome and would recommend this medical office to family and friends.

Enchanted Delights Bakery Absolutely trash medical office. Doesnt do their jobs, when you switch medical offices they dont send the records and then they tell you they have no access to them when you try to get what you need. Go to any other doctor who actually takes care of you and your kids. Also some doctors will actually talk about you to others if they know you personally. Had two doctors do this

I also had an appt scheduled for myself about a month prior that was actually never scheduled properly…luckily I was calling to cancel it & I didn’t show up to find out they never scheduled it. Will be switching providers.

Cori Jo McGraw The pediatrics and family medicine clinic is wonderful. My new pcp I just established is far above and beyond most other providers Ive ever had. Fast and yet so very thorough, that woman did not skip a beat. Im beyond impressed and feel much more secure having her overlook my care.

Theresa Willard I called to ask about being seen with no insurance, if they offer a program to help make payments, she told me no, you have to have insurance to see anyone there. Ok what ever, but her tone, she made me feel stupid for even calling.

renee campbell While I was waiting to be operated on I had to go to the bathroom. My 85 year old mother took me twice previously. At that time they gave me a bed pan which was quickly overflowing and my gown and socks were soiled heavily. I asked them to change me right away. They did not, I was knocked out after ten minutes of being wet. I do not know but suspect they may have operated on me with soiled clothing. At some point they changed my gown but left on urine soaked socks. This may have been caused by not being white, straight and poor. Regardless it was dehumanizing and humiliating. What might they have done if I couldnt speak up for myself? What if were a patient with memory loss, an illegal alien, non verbal or in some way not able to speak about my treatment. What then? Feces, urine, blood, chemicals? What if I was your daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother or mother? Would you want your loved ones in the hands of these unconcerned people? I would hope not. Thank you.

margaret liberatore Dr Kirkpatrick is an angel. Caring, detail oriented, Bright and compassionate. And his son and daughter, cardiologist and intern are equally talented . Don’t find this kind of service anywhere else. Dr Scotty and Dr Christy are a breath of fresh air . Doctors extraordinaire!!

Pamela Graham Dr. Kirkpatrick is great, but his medical staff are the most ignorant people....they are all mostly Med. Assistants and do not know what medications are important and do not follow up on phone messages. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life and I am a retired nurse myself.

Scott Alwine If I could give less than 1 star I would this place is horrible. Could care less if you were to die. I was here for several months. Doctor claimed they would do things and never follow through. Calls to Dr. were completely ignored even when symptoms got worse. Last straw. Dr canceled my appointment and no call or Voicemail was made to me. Got to the appointment. They said Dr was out for the day and they called me. Come on its 2023, dont they know we can see missed calls and record VM.

matthew hill Keeps on covid treatment. When you call in he usually has a recording about any current general concerns like covid. He has two different offices both seem to be well staffed and every employee I have come in contact with has been very pleasant and cordial. My medical concerns have been addressed and taken care of.

Tony Bazooka Not a real clinic when you come in and they tell you have to wait the weekend in pain and call Monday to get setup as a patient but then told they aren’t taking patients. It sounds like some kinda membership club instead and they’re full. Don’t waste your time/ insurance money and give them the opportunity to stay open. Reviews are also saying urgent care can’t help you either and everyone just gets an automatic bot reply from them. Honestly try Kaiser or somewhere else. Shut these guys down so another company can buy them out and maybe do better. People dying every day probably cuz of these guys.

Patricia Asbell I was called today by someone who wanted me to know I had missed three appointments. Since she didn’t want to listen I will put it here Appointment 1. Was actually canceled by the clinic. Stating I had been in the E.D the day before so they couldn’t see me. Appointment 2. Canceled because my ONCOLOGIST took care of the problem so I didn’t need two appointments Appointment 3. I went to the emergency room because I couldn’t wait for my appointment, sorry but passing out or worse in your waiting room wasn’t worth it. So next time try speaking politely to the patient

While I may be being critical, I genuinely believe this might be the biggest group of misguided and uneducated doctors in this country. The reviews of this establishment speaks for itself. AVOID.

Lisha Pencil The lady I talked to a the front desk must not no what/ who they company she works for. I went there because I need a primary care provider and it was for urgent care. She gave me a card and told me to call that number. Her job was to get me doctor instead of refusing to do her job she should not be working at an urgent care place that is suppose to help someone get a doctor. Either she was in the wrong or google needs to get there facts straight. Either way I’m still in real bad pain

CK Hendricks Attended the Braided Wrestling Tournament in Kelso. One of the wrestlers got injured. Went to Urgent Care Lakeside Clinic and was refused service because the wrestler was not a patient. What is URGENT CARE if it’s not care for injury people. Instead we had to go to ER (which cost a crazy amount of money).

Cecilie Hernandez Im surprised by the negative reviews. We see Melissa & she is awesome! She really listens! Sometimes referrals take time, but she sends them right away, so i dont know why its so slow to go through (Possibly insurance). Weve never been treated negatively by anyone there. Appointments are a couple months out, but if you call right at 8am for a same day appointment, they can usually get you in. You do have to wait on hold though as I do think they are usually short staffed. We will continue being patients with this clinic.

CodyAmanda W Beware! They say they have multiple providers accepting new patients but there is only 1. It takes months to get an appointment. Even if you were seen at the ER and the ER wants you seen at a certain time. THEY WILL NOT honor that! Then something either happens with the doctor the day before your appt and you have to get a New provider or reschedule for another couple months out or your seen for 5minutes and they say they cant see you for that issue. Then it takes them 3months to send the referral to a specialists. Waste of time. Medical issues ignored. Find a doctors office that actually cares about you as a patient. Not one trying to rip off the insurance companies.

Hope Tölle Ignored the reason for my visit for about 20 minutes and focused on a part of my health I wasnt actually having issues with. Almost forgot the reason I was there until I redirected the conversation back to the reason for initial visit. Then didnt run tests for potential contagious infections because she didnt want to "run up my bill". I have roommates and work with the public. I think I should know if I have something contagious or not, despite the cost.

Stacy Sparks I absolutely love this place and the staff. Ive never had a bad experience here, everyone is so kind. I adore Megan she is so awesome and my PCP, Lisa the best. Ive never had a PCP that is so thorough and explains everything to me. She genuinely cares, all doctors, NP should be just like her

Devin M This experience is solely for the dentist office,new to the area and it’s my first year visiting this office and honestly it’s some of the worst healthcare service I’ve ever experienced compared to other places I’ve lived. Doctor truong is awesome and really nice and informative but the assistants are mostly rude and don’t seem to care much about the patient based on my experience, I always feel like my care is rushed to get me out as fast as possible. There’s also a lot of foul odors in the patient areas almost every time I’ve been to this dental office, my first visit it actually smelt like weed/marijuana when I was escorted to a room to be seen, and the assistant tending to my teeth smelt awful like sweat and body odor to a point it was actually hard to breathe around said person. For someone tending to my teeth and working in a hygiene field I expected better. Recent visits have not been any better so I may have to find a new dentist in the future.

buggy crazy Worse than useless, do not answer phone , do not respond to problems if they do answer, do not respond to messages, do not respond to pharmacy for refills. After 2 visits and many months nothing resolved on my health issues and no refills of my simple prescriptions for simple blood pressure and anti-inflammatory meds. Will be continuing going to Urgent Cart in another state because Longview is full of evil, nasty, vile people including those healthcare.

Shanti Wolff This review is solely for their dental clinic since I cant find them separately. Their dental clinic had me scheduled with one of their dental providers for an annual exam, and have canceled on me twice. I had to clear my schedule twice for them, a month apart. And every time, they have canceled on me 12 hours (the night) before despite confirming that morning (at the 24 hour mark until the appointment).

Heather Meadows Went to the dentist for the first time. Doctor was nice, assistant was absolutely awful. She told me I must not need my glasses when I started walking away from the xray machine without them (I turned right back around after a few steps). Then when I gave her my medical history she furrowed her brow and argued about everything, say I didnt seem to have those issues. How can you tell if I have a connective tissue disorder or not by looking at me, hmm? The doctor told me my gums were bad and I needed deep clean/planing. I scheduled it for several months out then the week of the appt they called to cancel. I put off rescheduling for a year because I was so scared of the appt and going back to that assistant. I then scheduled it, months out again, and the day before the appt I missed a call from them. I tried to call back but they wouldnt answer. I called a handful of times between that afternoon and the next morning (appt was at noon). At one point they did pick up but put me on hold. I was on hold for 30-45 minutes before I gave up, called back, and left a voicemail because they didnt pick up again. I said I was afraid the missed call was another cancellation so I wasnt coming unless I got confirmation that I had the appt (at this point I was so upset I just didnt want to continue with them) and never received a call back. Not one contact since then. Ive switched to Grace Dental. Their employees are super nice and knowledgeable.

C Trey “TeddyTesla” Overall, the hospital does a decent job given its limitations. I’ve always been seen fairly quickly, and the staff is generally attentive and have some professional staff. However, the emergency department is outdated and can get overwhelmed at times, especially since there’s no urgent care nearby to handle less critical cases. While they do their best, the lack of updated facilities and options in the area does make it challenging during busy periods. For sure an option in a pinch, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

A.E. Heckethorne I went in at the end of April with level 7-8 pain in my abdomen on the right side, just under my ribcage. Went through triage, got blood taken, was given IV fluids and then sent out to sit in the very full lobby, where my partner and I sat for the next 5 hours, and I was given zero pain relief. The pain intensified if I sat down, so I was standing pretty much the whole time, exhausted with how much pain I was in. They did take me back for an ultrasound at one point, and the general consensus was that the pain could be my gallbladder. Eventually, I was taken back to a room, but was still not given any pain relief. We waited another 2 hours before a nurse came in and finally gave me morphine. By that time, I was in so much pain, the morphine didnt even work. A surgeon came in and palpated the area, which sent my pain levels through the roof, and I was screaming and writhing on the bed. They gave me more morphine, and it did nothing for the pain. The surgeon looked at my chart and said "youve been here for 7 hours like this??" Clearly he felt I should have received better care. Eventually, I was prepped for emergency surgery, which even the surgery staff was appalled that I had been kept waiting for so long without pain relief. My gallbladder had begun rupturing, and was removed. The only reason Im putting 3 stars is because Dr. Pharon, my surgeon, and his entire staff, and the nurses who looked after me post-surgery were absolutely amazing. Some of the nurses in the ER were nice, and were doing the best they could. I place the blame mostly on the administration, and how they run the ER. There were people being seen before me for coughs or rashes, some folks looked like they didnt even have anything wrong with them, and yet I, who very clearly had something wrong with me, was made to wait in some kind of first-come-first-served nightmare. If you need actual emergency care in a timely manner, cant afford an ambulance, and can survive the car ride, go to Vancouver.

Kerick Walters The dr. was rude and acted like I was faking my pain. He did not examine me but just dismissed me because I wasnt having a heart attack or a stroke . I will never go to that hospital again and do not recommend anyone going there.

Amber Johnson I love this ER. I cant say enough good things about this ER. This is the ONLY er that i will come to. Even if Im next door to a different hospital. This place gets patients in and out quick. Very attentive.

Ludia Jackson Everyone was nice. We all know that ER always keeps you waiting for hours, and that is fine except that I dont think the "doctor" that was in charge was a real doctor. I told him exactly what my illness was and still ran tests and x-rays to send me home with "you will be better in 7 days" The prescription he sent me didnt do anything. I ended up going to my regular doctor.
