Pietro Pietro Update: The response from the owner demonstrates a blatant disregard for privacy and legal boundaries. As a customer, I have the right to express my experience, but the owner is taking this personally. By publicly disclosing my name and publishing personal communications, including text messages, without my explicit consent, the owner is engaging in a clear violation of privacy laws and Google’s terms of service. This is not only unethical but also potentially unlawful. Such actions reflect poorly on the owner’s character and reveal an intent to intimidate and defame me as a reviewer.
She seems to discriminate against people who work in professional jobs. I work at a hospital, so my schedule can be hectic. Once, I was 10 minutes late to her appointment. I was number 5 on her list, but suddenly I got a text saying I was next. I even texted her ahead to say Id be a little late, since I didnt expect to be next. I tried to make up for it by offering a bigger tip. However, she still banned me from the shop. It made me feel really bad, like maybe I did something wrong. Being a minority, and having moved to a rural part of WA a few years ago, this is my first time getting banned from a store in my life. Im not sure if it was just because I was late, or if theres something else going on.

Joseph Springob Stacey is great, I recently moved back to Port Angeles from Seattle so I was in need of somebody to cut my hair. I was hesitant to try just anywhere, The Mane Shop had great reviews. The industrial style interior has a chill and relaxed vibe when you walk in. I will definitely be back! Keep up the great work!

mike simons I read some of these reviews and it seems someone will always complain about something. Between reviews on here and her Facebook page you can tell she does a great job at a fair price (consistent with others). She has steady clientele of regulars that obviously respect her system and appreciate her work and attention to detail. Her system works for her with as busy as she is she can’t do the appt by phone and in turn helps her and the customers to be able to get taken care of. So I guess to those who complain or dare say she discriminates maybe you should just find another place that suits you better because apparently you will never be content and just prefer to complain and cut someone down to make yourself feel better. Keep up the great work Stacey!

I ALSO work in Healthcare, and my schedule can be brutal. At first when I found her, I thought the list was strange and wasnt sure about it. A year later Im not unsure about the waitwhile. However it works for her, and everything is clearly spelled out. Ive had to cancel appointments before, but did so in plenty of time, never a problem for me. If you cant make her appointment method work for you, you can only blame yourself for not reading beforehand.
Pretty sure Pietro, the review previous, was late to an appointment, didnt read her Terms of Service, and then tries to play the victim card. Its actually pretty pathetic.
If you can make the waitwhile list work for you, its great. Being an employee of a major medical center here, it can be tough, Ive had to cancel, but gave plenty of notice.
The girl working here is quick, and does an excellent job, literally no complaints.
Irritates me when people write ignorant smear reviews when I cant reply directly, so thus thigs.
