She could sense anxiety right away and put my mind at ease. Her warm, positive spirit, skill, and attention to detail made me feel 100% better. When I said it didnt get as bright as I wanted it to get, she made me another appointment. She was understanding, and we made a plan so my hair wouldnt have to go through so much damage.
