A My husband went in complaining of feet pain. But we had no idea that he had type 1 diabetes. Thankfully, Dr. Bonner took the time to think about my husbands problem. And it was a riddle of a problem to solve, too. My husband was kind of a not-impossible-but-unusual case. Bonners clear, orderly thinking was impressive. He made it so that we could see the possible causes being ruled out one by one. And when a wrench was thrown in (a curious test result) that was not ignored but investigated, too. Its so nice to have a good doctor like Dr. Bonner! Living with untreated type 1 diabetes could have really messed my husband up. Im so thankful to Dr. Bonner for the excellent care he provided!

Josie Berkey I recently needed to establish a new primary care provider for my 3-year-old and was recommended to see Angie Hayes. I’m so glad I did! Angie was incredibly kind and personable. She took the time to listen to the concerns we had and made sure to get a referral sent out for further evaluation. She was so sweet with my daughter, and you can really tell she loves working with children. Im happy to have found such a great provider!

Willy R. Phillips Lupita was quick to set me up on a virtual call with Jason. Jason and I spoke for 10 minutes or so regarding a needed procedure. Jason is sending required referral to Kadlec to make it happen. Very satisfied with Jasons timely response and his sense of urgency. He has a good Care Team in place backing him up as well.

Katharine Clark I honestly have never had a PCP be so thorough, trust me and provide me with so many options for treatment. Hes kind, he listens, he double checked that I understood what each of my medications were for and that I had tried all of the options before the most drastic medication I was on. He related to me as a person too. Any referral I asked for was given, any test I wanted done, he ordered. I cannot recommend him enough. As a chronically ill person, I have seen A LOT of doctors and I have never felt so respected and empowered to make decisions about my medical care.

Brandon Wife wanted to deliver here after a bad experience at Kadlec last time. We liked that the nurses introduced their replacements at each shift change. Specialists (lactation, speech, hearing, etc.) and pediatricians were all very timely, professional, and knowledgeable. Nice, clean rooms and facilities. Overall a fantastic experience.
5 /5
Milanna DeGeorge I had a terrible experience here. After talking with other doctors while being now pregnant with my second child, I know that the nurses and my OB at Trios Birth Center should have gone about my care much differently. I ended up having a healthy birth, it was made to be a very traumatizing and stressful experience in ways it didn’t have to be. There were multiple miscommunications with my doctor that led to treatment/procedures that weren’t necessary. The worst of which was that while pushing (no epidural) I declined a cervical exam from the nurse twice, which I have every right to decline, and instead of respecting my autonomy she brought in my doctor who also insisted (not asked) that I have a cervical exam while pushing. I did end up saying “okay,” but I feel that I was coerced. The exam was by far the most painful thing I have ever experienced, and was completely unnecessary, especially since I had already declined. They also didn’t properly clamp the cord on my son, and he lost enough blood that they had to do extra testing on him to make sure he hadn’t lost too much. Ive established care elsewhere and would not recommend this birth center, or OBs to anyone.

Shanzy Ogden Had my second baby here. The birth went smoothly and since this is my second kid I knew what to expect from the hospital as far as the stay itself goes. The doctor was nice and got me taken care of. When in the recovery room though, the nurses will tell you to get rest but then pester you every 5 minutes, it’s just a fact. Almost all of the nurses were super nice. There was one or two that had a bit of a stanky attitude. The food was hit or miss. The salads were good but pretty much everything wasn’t. I had food and snacks brought in. Some of the over night rules are a little ridiculous. I have an older son who is quiet and respectful. He was not allowed to stay over night. I can see a younger kids or several kids being an issue but just one quiet kid shouldn’t be an issue. One of the nurses didn’t even realize he was there that’s how good he is. Coincidentally, they kicked me out the day after giving birth even after telling me I would be there for a week. I had a third degree tear but was happy to be sent home the following day because I wanted to get ACTUAL rest.
Shout out to the NICU nurses and doctors! They are all super nice and know their stuff. I trusted them taking care of baby while there. Everyday there was progress so I felt I could trust them.
I’ll also note the hospital is clean and well maintained.

Sarah Taylor My care at Trios was far from accommodating or caring. You held my daughter an extra 4th night because of intermediate billi levels just to use our insurance. You discharged me at the same time because of a hospital policy that my vaginal stay was past due. You pulled my pain medication after a third degree tear with no warning. You stopped cleaning my bathroom which was completely disgusting. I asked for water & ice to keep hydrated & for pain management & no one would bring me any. You held us there to get money out of our insurance because while being present in the NICU my husband & I both heard nurses discussing loudly patient care regarding insurance. Making decisions whether or not to keep infants longer based on their health care coverage! NO infant’s care should be determined by what health care coverage they may or may not have. You have no right to hold infants longer than they need away from their parents because your NICU numbers are down! I had to ask the pediatrician to slow down because I couldn’t even understand her or see her face! Once again we were treated like she was just another baby & I had no reason to want updates about her. How was I suppose to take care of my brand new baby with no access to pain medication, an absolutely filthy bathroom with garbage overflowing, no access to clean towels, a slippery floor, no water to keep myself hydrated, & no ice to numb the pain I was in. The charge nurse came into my room when I went down to NICU to explain my frustration & she ripped into my husband yelling how dare me to question her nurses on duty! I was bawling to anyone that would listen because of the situation at hand & because no one was listening to me. The only response I got from most nurses in the hospital was questioning whether or not I had post partum depression! At this point I had 7 hours of sleep over a 4 day time frame. I was delusional. I didn’t know if they were going to charge our insurance thousands of dollars for me staying there by being discharged. I had no idea the hospital had a policy regarding automatic discharge orders. My doctor, the hospital & the nurses were not communicating with each other. I simply needed someone to listen to not be treated like another number being treated at the hospital. The charge nurse was completely rude & her only response was I could fill out a patient survey at the end of my stay. I wasn’t being a needy patient. I just simply wanted someone to meet my basic needs to function after a 34 hour birth, sitting in the nicu walking back & forth every three hours to nurse my baby in horribly hard chairs. After she was released from NICU to finally nurse her & cuddle her which I thought was going to happen in rolls the lights for her intermediate jaundice levels. At that point she didn’t need these lights..She needed her mother to cuddle her & nurse her. They tried making me stick her back under the lights even after her final blood draw & at that point I had had it. I started refusing any other type of care because at that point I had done all the hospital wanted from us. When the pediatrician came in with her numbers that only went down from 11.5-11.3 she started to question some newborn rash on her. Looking for another reason to keep her even longer! We were treated like these vulnerable first time parents that were being negligent to their child. I was asked why we hadn’t made an apt yet to get her into her own pediatrician. You see the hospital has a policy that you can’t schedule an apt with a provider until the patient is discharged! So why were we being questioned why an appointment hasn’t been made if the provider knows we can’t make one? The pediatrician made us call on the spot like we were being negligent. Therapy is needed after this terrible stay. Never would I recommend Trios.

Lori Hagadorn Not sure if the ARNP we saw on 2/18/2025 had an off day, but we were not happy with the visit. Doctor called after chest Xrays and said "I cant do anything further for you, but you should be treated". Treated how? For what? He implied very much that if positive for flu or covid then no chest Xray even though he heard something in the lungs. We wanted the chest Xray so we didnt do the COVID or Flu testing. A friends parent had a very similar visit with the same ARNP later in the day. Both patients were people over 70.
The appointment was easy to schedule, I called since the visit wasnt for me personally. Very helpful and kind person who answered the phone.
The check in staff were pleasant and professional.

Heather P. This is our go-to location for non-emergency care such as eye and skin irritations/infections, sports physicals, testing for flu/strep, etc. The online scheduling is very easy and we have always been able to schedule for the following day (if not the same day) which is extremely convenient. Since they are a Kadlec facility, they have access to each of my family members records so we dont need to fill out documents & our PCPs have the records.

John Dough The staff are great and we’re helpful (hence the two stars). The billing policies are TERRIBLE if you use your insurance apparently. Their FAQs on their website state that a visit is $149 if you pay out of pocket (no insurance). Their website states “If you have insurance, ExpressCare uses a tiered pricing model aligned to your plan that ensures affordability for all our patients while still remaining competitive in the local market.” I figured my bill wouldn’t be higher than the $149, considering I have decent insurance. Wow, was I wrong! Just my visit (no labs) was billed at $314! I have been to several ExpressCare locations prior to Kadlec being acquired by Providence and received good care at a reasonable price. I guess Providence has different ideas about how to operate and they involve fleecing their insured customers. Beware!

J Always very friendly, helpful staff. There’s a reason it takes a day or so to get an appointment: this is the best Express Care clinic in all of the Tri-Cities. Seriously. However her office staff and MAs are some of the most unprfessional, rude, and condencending staff I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. They are very argumentative and rude. I have even been yelled at by the MA and then she lied and documented her lies in my kids medical charts!!!. I do belive the rapport between my and Dr Ofei has been severely negatively impacted due to her office staff.

tina smith Absolutely love Dr Ofei. She has been our pediatrician since she started practice at Kadlec. She is super attentive and personable with each and every one of our 5 children. Missing a star because unfortunately her office staff aren’t the best. It took 3 days after my daughters hospital discharge and for someone to come in to the office on my behalf to schedule an appointment for my newborn. Hospital recommended that newborns be seen 2 days after discharge and still couldn’t get me in until almost a week after her discharge date. Superviser had to schedule the appointment because for some reason the office staff had to keep telling us they would call back and never did. Superviser said nothing about it nor was apologetic or did not have any explanation of anything. Had called on a Friday and was told monday that they were closed on Fridays by office manager, which was never communicated and was just told I’d get a call back. Its unfortunate because Ofei is a great dr. Hoping this doesn’t ruin her reputation.

Trios is constantly getting rid of doctors, making patients have to switch doctors up to three or more times in just one year. I will get rid of this bad review if they keep my doctor this is absolutely ridiculous. Trios offers absolutely no job security for GOOD caring doctors, or good employees. I am completely switching to a new company.

Crystal Alexander I am 34 and I had been seeing Dr Clair since I was 13 years old. After being diagnosed with liver cancer in 2018 I attempted to get on disability. Dr Clair not only refused to support me in getting on disability but she also refused to give me a handicap parking pass stating that she was "worried about getting sued". Dr Clair is more conserned with covering her own back side than she is of giving even adequate care. Do not go to her.

Victoria Sanders I had an ultrasound there. I would not recommend doing so. It wasnt the technician who was bad. It was the way the entire procedure was handled by trios billing, audit department, and everyone else in between who serves in Trios ultrasound department. Apparently you should be the active interviewer in your appointment. If you have a uniquely positioned uterus, you should say so. But if you say so, they must still follow the doctors orders. (Doctors are expected to know each and everyones unique uterus too.) So if it says to perform the ultrasound one way and it doesnt work, they will proceed to do so another way but not tell you you will be billed for both. So youll still get charged for the abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound but not be told so until you get the bill. Then youll get another bill from them for them to review your ultrasound images that you were not notified for, but they make you pay anyway even though its not your doctor, and you didnt authorize it. BUT and I quote "as the consumer you should know to ask these questions." All I wanted was to be made aware of all these "hidden fees" and yes I say hidden because they werent known during the procedure but once explained later they made every which way to excuse themselves and the way the handle procedures. So I guess Im not complaining about this whole facility, Im complaining about the ultrasound departments lack of care for patients situations and lack of bedside manner. They care only for billing....theyre an insurance company not real people.

Isaiah Gernert Very difficult panel of medical people to work with. "Genivieve" is incredibly rude unprofessional assistant that will literally make fun of your health ailments, is snarky and short tempered on multiple occasions. Also another nurse rude to my toddler, and to me ( glaring at me and whispering to other nurses while I could still hear, about " bad parenting") because of my beliefs on vaccines.
They do not return calls despite urgency. I have recorded at least five times this has happened.

Other concern is lack of operators when you call for appointments, mostly you are forced to wait on hold forever or get call back. This is not always convenient if not always have access to phone.
Today at my appointment with primary care doctor I was called in my nurse timely but then had to wait in exam room for 25 minutes. I don’t feel this is acceptable, also it was totally freezing in this room.
I think there is room for improvement.

Zule These doctors are incredibly incompetent and need better education. I am someone who rarely goes to the doctor for anything minor, getting check is usually my last resort and usually when an injury is so bad to the point where I have no other choice. Every single time I check in they wouldn’t let me speak and would immediately blame the reason I’m there for my anxiety or my stress without further examination. Recently I went in for a paralyzing headache I’ve been having within the last view months. The first time I went in they asked me to keep a headache log for our next appointment. The next appointment was no help at all, my doctor just took a look at my headache log and told me I needed more rest and I needed to take it easy with my work load. I did just that but I still get these headaches that leave me bedridden. I also scheduled an appointment for my lungs because a week before i had been in the ER due to heavy wheezing out of no where. The doctor only checked my lungs for a few minutes and immediately started asking questions about my mental health and my workload. She made me take a questionnaire which was filled with questions related to anxiety. After I was done and she saw my answers she quickly said it was because of my high anxiety she suggested to “take it easy”. Still to this day I have pretty bad wheezing. I’d like to mention that I see a therapist quite regularly regarding my anxiety which has not cause this many issues in several years. I am so sick and tired of these doctors blaming everything on my mental health, when it’s clearly not.

Sydney I recently visited Tri City Treatment Center with high hopes, but my experience left much to be desired. Despite the promising facade of the office and the well-ordered waiting room, the service provided fell flat on several crucial fronts.
First off, the wait times are extraordinarily long—I had to wait more than a year just to try to schedule a basic dental cleaning. I understand that quality care takes time, but years? That made me feel more like a number in a queue than a patient receiving the individual attention everyone deserves. I never got a cleaning despite being on the waitlist for 3 years.
When I finally got in for my appointment, I had a series of cavities filled. Unfortunately, the quality of the work didn’t match up to my expectations. The fillings seemed rushed, and the discomfort I experienced after the procedure suggested corners might have been cut. I’ve had dental work before, so I know what to expect, but this was not done with the care and precision I would deem necessary. They also seem to have a high turn over for dentists. I never saw the same dentist once in the three years I was a patient there.
From delays to inconsistent quality, my visit to Tri City Treatment Center was far from the smooth, professional experience one hopes for in a dental office. While it seems they handle a large volume of patients, that quantity shouldn’t compromise quality. I truly wish I could provide a better review, but based on my experience, I cant recommend them without substantial reservations. Trying a different dental practice might be the best course of action for anyone seeking reliable, timely care. I was forced to find another dentist who was able to get me in for a cleaning the next day. I don’t know why I waited so long!

Renee Niezgoda Called and they told me walks in get seen early at 7am, I told them Id be in the next day and when I arrived at 7am sharp they told me they had a meeting and couldnt see me till 2pm, waste of my time when they could have informed me the day before over the phone. I went in the next day and received the worst care I have ever experienced in a dental office and talked to the rudest Dr. Ive ever met. Definitely will never go back, Id rather make a trip out of town to another community health care center or pay out of pocket then get that type of serve and treatment again

gabriel saenz These people are absolutely worthless!! From the "doctors " and nurses to every secretary there.these people cant help themselves to keep people waiting, then do nothing to help a person out.they are always canceling on people, and dont give a person at least a 24 hour advance notice, like we are told to do so.theres no one who addresses the problems there, nor take responsibility for the negative service that we receive. Its called "holding yourselves accountable!"

Rosa Duterte My Dr is Amazing. The mental health advisor is great. The office staff? Leaves much to be desired. They’re polite but very much unorganized and act like it’s your fault. I went to make a follow up appointment and they were going to book me with the wrong Dr until I said something. Then, they refused to make my follow up in the three weeks my Dr had told me to make the appointment. Which I can understand is he didn’t make a note or whatever. But their desire to help me make sense of the situation was met with : send your Dr a message. Today was just the cherry on top when I arrived to pick up a prescription at 5:45 and their doors were closed. I had talked to the pharmacy just before driving 20 minutes to get here. They knew I was coming. I wasn’t the only one when I arrived. Another woman was also confused why they were closed before hours stated on the doors. Very VERY disappointed as I needed those meds TODAY. I will be changing my pharmacy first thing Monday. And possibly my dr. This is ridiculous.

Janice Byron Much nicer than it used to be over in Pasco. Never had to wait. Everyone is very friendly. I like the new doctor, its really nice when they talk "to" you and not "at" you. Im very happy with the current changes.

Seth Gillihan They were great for the most part. But theres certain medication that I need but dont listen to me. They just prescribed me stuff that doesnt work. I just dont understand how its okay medically castrate your children but they refused to give you medication that you need. I havent been to the doctor for 6 years but I used to be prescribed certifications that they refused to give me now. I know it works for me and what doesnt.

Molly K I used to like this place. My kids Doctors a nice man and the staffs always polite. Now my childs constantly rescheduled, no fault of our own I might add, and put at the back of the wait list. First time rescheduled 3 months then rescheduled again 6 months later, then another 3 months. Now my child is going to be seen for her 1 year old check up as a 2 year old, and is a year on behind her immunizations and vaccinations.

El Kom Skaikru Incredible customer service, super kind staff, clean rooms, comfortable atmosphere, and just overall a great experience. I highly recommend! Dr Carlson provided a safe space for all of my medical inquiries, and I did not feel pressured or judged by any of the staff here. If you are looking for a PCP, this is the place for you!

Bessy Cisneros If I could put zero stars I would. The secretaries have a very rude attitude. The doctors there dont care about the health of the children if you want a doctor for your child dont go to there. But more than anything, its the secretaries who make doctors look bad. They are not professional in their work. I feel very disappointed with this clinic that was very recognized. For something small I have to wait a whole month and we are barely in September and I have to wait until the end of the next month for an appointment. I would also like an apology for the way they treated me. I just put it in Gods hands.

Adalita Daves Matthew Palmblad and his staff are amazing and have been a godsend to me and my family. I always feel heard and understood. Takes the time to listen and is detrimental in keeping my specialists and meds straight for me. I cannot thank him enough for coordinating my care and meds. So happy to have found a PCP who actually cares about my wellbeing! Love that I can make appointments online and there is a lab in office.

Tiara Wharton We all know our healthcare system has been rough not only for seeking care but for healthcare workers too. I bring my 2 daughters to see Dr. Ofei and I see Stephanie Santos. The front desk is always so kind (ESPECIALLY JAY) and the nurses are always so helpful. I know the system is hard to work with but the people here are what make it better! Love this team and how hard they work for us!

Samantha Coffland If you’re looking for a doctor for yourself or kiddos, I’d recommend anywhere else. Fine when it first opened, worked great as an urgent care (they quickly took that option away though) but the office has changed. They’re always overbooked weeks, if not months out. They can never get us in when ill (the whole point of setting up a GP). I’m told to go to the ER or Urgent Care almost every time, who are then annoyed and rude to the patient for now acting as my primary. I will now take up hours, space, money, and resources from the hospital for a bad cold. I understand their frustration. Don’t bother leaving messages for the nurse staff either. You’ll never hear back.

Tawni Hoffer I have seen Stephanie Santos here at this clinic for many years now. She takes time to listen and I always leave there feeling like it was a great visit. She is very quick getting me any referrals I might need and has gone out of her way trying to get me special referrals I needed. Every single time I have asked questions through the Kchart I receive a prompt response. Sometimes by Stephanie herself and sometimes by Karina, her medical assistant, who is very proactive and great by the way! Two other family members now see Stephanie after hearing of my great experience there. I highly recommend this Clinic!

Robert Johnson These doctors are amazing and they got me in super quickly to be seen when it was a emergency and they really helped me out with meds and all my other needs.
I wouldve gave 5 stars but.
I wanted to get my blood tested for micro clotting after 20 million people have #diedsuddenly and dropped like flies or had strokes because of the covid vax and I was laughed at.

Emily Elison Got to our appointment only for them to tell us they cancelled it the same day I made the appointment. No phone calls, no emails, no communication whatsoever. If that wasnt frustrating enough, the front desk receptionist just said... sorry, thats not our problem, and I dont have any appointments. Staff was rude and didnt even try to make things right.
