Kevin Wood Dr. Schmidt is a caring dr. Who has your best interest. I have been on L & I 12 years now and have seen many doctors. But no one has come close to his care and professionalism. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone needing this kind of help.

I love that my physician can almost always see me same day when needed (I can’t recall a time when I had to take an appointment on a future day when I really needed to get in), and he’s attentive and very smart. I have been using this practice for over 10 years and recommend my physician to others often. I don’t necessarily have a preference for Providence the corporation itself but this office in particular definitely keeps me as a happy patient/customer very easily. I love Dr. Dutta!

Kristy Masteller From the minute I walk through the door I am greeted by friendly welcoming people. Check in was quick, I was called back in less than 5 min. Jamie was efficient and cheery, and quickly put me at ease. Dr. Kunkel was also welcoming, included me as he reviewed notes and the checklist, asked clarifying questions and listened attentively to my answers and questions. Then I checked out, again very friendly and waited for lab tech. Lab tec was sensitive to my need to use the bathroom and efficient with the blood draw. Each aspect of my visit was warm and professional.

Sabrina Haney Highly disappointed in this visit with Ryan Lysne. I didnt even get to see the main doctor, Dr. Powers. I felt like this was a waste of time and I was not listened to at all. The appointment was 2 minutes and there was such a rush to get get through the appointment as soon as possible. Additionally, there was minimal physical evaluation, which made it seem like they had no idea what they were even looking for. I went in for intermittent chronic lower back and SI joint pain. I have had the support from chiropractic care (xrays for SI joint abnormalities), general doctor with MRI, and a physical therapist in which described abnormalities in beginning in my lower back. When I arrived, it was all dismissed and they could not find anything wrong. But they wanted to go ahead and inject my back, because why not. Most of my pain stems from the SI joints and these were the first symptoms and need addressed first, but because they disagree with multiple other doctors ( by saying nothing is wrong with them) despite that I can literally feel how swollen and binding they are. I wont be wasting my money here with unknowledageble medicine practices. "your back looks fine, lets go ahead and inject it."- probably because the issue is in my SI joints! I will go find a doctor that will take the time to try to understand what is going on with my body.

Kari Papst OMG...I have had the best experiences thoughout my appointments at NWOS: Nurses, doctors and staff alike. The last 2 apts were with Dr. Tim Powers. Great sense of humor and interested in me/my life. He is adept, extremely competent and a very skilled communicator, having schooled me through my situation and diagnosis. Mary Geyer Great place to call if youre sick and you have the ability to connect with them. They came to my home with-in 4 hours. They were able to help me out with some of the very important things I needed during that visit.They have so many different abilities available that they can offer at their visit with you. I was actually even feeling a tiny bit better when they left. I was very impressed! I will definitely refer them to friends. Assuming they can connect with them. Im not sure if its done conptractual or not. Give them a try for sure. You wont be disappointed!

Ursula Gaertner Landmark came several times to our house due to my husbands health conditions. PA Jeff and PA Tracy including all the nurses have always shown up promptly. They all are very caring, very knowledgeable and reassuring. I can’t say enough good about this organization.

Chris Kassa Mom is recovering from a stroke in our home . It’s great that we don’t have to pack her up in the car and go sit in a waiting room for hours for her to be seen. The nurses that come to the house are wonderful and the doctors on video chat very helpful. Service is excellent. We called them around 8 am one morning and by 10 a nurse was at the house with a doctor on video. If you’re caring for your family at home, I highly recommend looking into this service.

Ashley Dr Bot is wonderful! I think some of the negative comments come from his directness. But he listens well and he cares. I love him! He genuinely helped me in a time when no other provider was or would. I cant sing him enough praise. I will say the only negative would be how far out he books (but they all do). There is an influx of mental health and a shortage of providers. I just make appointments 3 months out and make sure to not miss them no matter what.

Jeremy B I have been going to Dr. Bot since 2016 and he has been nothing, but professional and understanding of my autism and hearing impairment. My previous psychiatrist was not much of a help, compared to Dr. Howard Ashby. My only complaint is that youll have to wait 2-4 months for the next appointment with him. Other than that, he is a good doctor. Keep up the good work!

Vinay Adenwala Dr. Bot is perhaps one of the most vicious doctors Ive ever met with. Hates to be contradicted, and Ive been yelled at by him more than once. Has a "God complex." After most meetings, I wind up crying in my car on the ride home. Have met five other former patients who have had similar experiences. I should not feel worse AFTER a meeting with a psychiatrist.

Rob Neils Im 75-year-old Clinical Psychologist semi-retired after 30+ years of practice in Spokane. I know a lot of docs from having worked with them through patients we shared. Head and shoulders above nearly all the other Spokane area docs, stands Mirko Zugec, the best of the best. He oughta have a "6" rating! I see him for my medical needs and he is awesome: great fund of knowledge, heart-full caring, and very effective in treating everything Ive ever needed him for. Hes collegial, meaning he listens to you respectfully and actually gives you credit for your self-knowledge. For too many docs "MD" stands for "Minor Deity" or, if theyre too stuck on themselves, "Major Deity." Not so for Dr. Zugec! Hes a modest and gently humorous physician who cares for his patients physical needs while respecting their dignity as a fellow human being. It dont get no more better than this physician! I give him a "6"! P.S. the ogre who dished his receptionist in his/her Healthgrade rating spoiled Dr. Zugecs perfect "5.0" and slandered the wonderfully receptive receptionist - shes right up there with Dr. Zugec. They make a great pair. The well-experienced nurse at the Zugec Medical Center oughta get a "5.0+" Healthgrade score. I actually look forward to seeing her again...and again. Shes excellent! Screw the advice that "You cant go wrong" seeing this doc; the truth If youre looking for a great treatment team, call em now. (509) 624-521.

Katie Merrifield After a bad experience with our own pediatrician, it was such a blessing to come to Shriners Fracture Clinic for my two-year-olds broken arm. From the ease of parking to every person being kind and friendly, to the quality care given, I have to say that this place is top-notch. They had books for the kids to read while I filled out paperwork and said we could take one home with us. While we waited for the doctor, a recreational therapist came and brought the kids toys and snacks to keep them occupied. The x-ray tech did a fabulous job with both my kids keeping the whole situation as light-hearted and fun as possible. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and great with children. So thankful for the great experience we had there!

Kayla Apolonio I acknowledge as a whole that Shriners is an amazing organization. But I just have a foul taste in my mouth over the years. I was a patient of Shriners as a child and I feel as though they had throughly failed me. Doctors telling my parents to “wait and see” rather than give treatment. Or insisting that my condition as a child wasn’t as bad as it was. It felt like the bar was constantly moved for how sick I had to be to be treated and made it impossible to get said treatment until I had aged out of the eligibility for being helped as I came from a low income household. Maybe I remember it all wrong since I was so young. But hearing about how my parents concerns were dismissed, and seeing now the consequences of those dismissals have on my health just make me sad.

Eddy Cuisinier Going to a hospital for a child is always a tough experience but experience made this a good one. The place was clean and, from all appearances, up to date with all the technology required to treat children. Super friendly staff, who tried to connect with the kid and the rest of the family. Service done in a timely manner with doctors who took their time to deal with the child. My experience was excellent and, faced with another emergency, I would not hesitate to bring my child back here. On a different note, it is worth noting that parking is free while you are at the hospital.

Dennis West I havent been to Deaconess hospital for almost 50 years when I had a major operation. It was a very good experience as far as what a good experience is for a hospital can be called. I came to Deaconess because of having reoccurring gout in many joints for the last 7 months. My experience in the ER was very professional and was decided because also my white blood cells were elevated they put me upstairs in a room and many doctors that came in to see me and feel that with him 24 hours of being here I have made more progress with all that have been taken care of through the 7 months prior to that. I probably have several more days in here but I am glad that my friends said that Deaconess was the place to go and I followed through. Just like in the movies when they say the best of the best at least in my opinion.

Matthew Richart Just had an operation done and was a resident on the tenth floor for a night. I was very happy with the care given. The nurses (from the leads to the assistants) were quick to respond, knowledgeable, and made my time in the hospital as enjoyable as it could be. Update (3/19) (Meant to update this sooner!) Stayed on the 10th floor again for about 9 days recovering from another surgery The nurses were all wonderful and i was well taken care of. I stand by my earlier rating of 5 stars and while i hopefully never have the need to return, would gladly do so and feel completely comfortable with the upcoming care i would receive.

A BE I cant recommend Dr. Dygert enough! From the moment I became a patient, I’ve been incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention I’ve received. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m not only well taken care of but truly heard. Appointments are always thorough and never rushed, and I appreciate how accessible she is—whether it’s a quick question or an urgent concern, I always feel like I’m a priority. In the past Ive waited weeks to see my GP, but now I can text, call or schedule an in person visit and get in to see her in 24 hours or less (typically same day!) when something urgent arises. The personalized approach she takes to healthcare has made a huge difference in my overall well-being. She takes the time to explain things clearly, offer guidance, and provide solutions that make sense for me and my lifestyle. Not to mention that shes incredibly kind and makes you feel at ease no matter what situation might be. This is the best money Ive ever spent on my health - hands down. And since I dont have to go to urgent care anymore, in the long run Ill be saving money. If your medical needs go beyond a yearly checkup at the doctors, or you end up at urgent care a couple times a year this is an absolute no brainer. I would give her 10 stars if I could. :)

She recently made a home visit after a week-long respiratory illness for me. Her service and caring is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Bonnie Cook I had an amazing experience with Dr. Tseng and her outstanding support staff. Unfortunately, after her departure, I quickly realized that the new providers show little concern for my health. In early January, I faced difficulties with prior authorization during a brief period when I had different insurance. The new provider refused to complete the necessary paperwork, instead suggesting that I take the medication preferred by the new insurance—Jardiance—and space out my Monjaro doses to every 10 days. This recommendation was not only unsuitable but also concerning for my health as a diabetic not on insulin. Jardiance makes me ill and frequently leads to repeated courses of antibiotics. Spacing out Monjaro, a critical part of my treatment plan, jeopardizes my well-being long term. Keeping my blood sugars level is an important aspect of longevity. It seems that patients only matter when they have BCBS insurance, and even a one-month transition with different coverage led to being disregarded. I didnt ask for an appointment - I asked for the normal paperwork. Asking for something as simple as prior authorization paperwork though was apparently too much. I am going on a search again - to see if there is anywhere patients matter. Unfortunate - Dr Tseng left - hopefully there is another one with her incredible attitude and comptence locally.

Birch Tree My previous Primary Dr., of 20+ years, had just passed away from COVID in the middle of the 1st year. I tried to go to clinics, which would not accept me, if I could get in, I was not known & knew no one. Dr. Lyles is such a gift. I hadnt had a primary Dr. for all of COVID, and until last week. He was kind, very compassionate, and definitely easy to talk to and communicate with. He asked for a few moments to took review my chart. He was focused & attentive to the notes. Then he asked questions, and he listened. He ask for specific clarifications, used effective communication skills!! He was patient, thoughtful, concerned and he had a caring personality, and a sincere interest in the patient-me. Be forewarned. He gives you homework! He expects you to work with him as a team! He doesnt "do it to you", but WITH you!! You are the focus of his exam, and he puts you front and center, you will be engaged in the dialogue, & your solution with him! Doug Minick Dr Liles is a great dr. I was having symptoms that I couldn’t explain and was feeling horrible. He ordered a blood test. He saw my thyroid hormones were off so he ordered a full thyroid panel . Then after those results he said something isn’t right so he ordered an MRI of my brain. Turns out I had a tumor in my pituitary gland that was messing with my hormones and causing my body not to produce testosterone which explains my symptoms of aching joints, fatigue, feeling like crap most days, low libido. He pushed for me to see a neurosurgeon in Seattle at the UW pituitary tumor facility because it was out of network for me. Dr Liles worked hard for me and I owe him bigtime. thanks to dr Liles and the testosterone treatment, I’m feeling a lot better.

Jordyn Kim As a Premera member, I had high hopes for this facility. I was eager to get set up here for primary care after not having a PCP since moving to Spokane, and my initial visit was great. Staff were very friendly and thorough, but since then I have been greatly disappointed in the service. I had my health records sent over from my previous provider and it took over a month to get a response and follow up instructions. I even called to confirm the records were received in a timely manner. After finally getting a message back, it was determined I needed to be referred to a specialist for further evaluation. It’s been over a week now since I told them which provider I preferred and when I called the other office today to see if they received the referral yet, they said they had not. I am frustrated to say the least, and will not be returning for future care. If you value timely responses and feeling like your health is a priority, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Updated 6/26/24: Provider sent referral to wrong office, even after multiple mychart messages specifically requesting it be sent to a specific place. Frustrated doesn’t even begin to cover it. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Liz Schmidt I’ve been with my PCP now for 2 yrs! I’m very happy with the care she has given me! She listens and is very knowledgeable when I ask her questions! She includes me with my medical treatment and never hesitates to prescribe what is needed to get me well! She’s always cheerful. Appointment availability is great and when I send messages to her, either her or her care team responds and resolves issues right away! Thank-you, Renee Mueller for the fantastic care! ; )

Tammie Honican They are kind, caring and professional! The wait time was only 10 minutes. And I like the fact that Kiaser Permanente has so many in house services, eyes, exrays, lab work and many more services! I would highly recommend this medical facility! I have been a member for 30yrs or more!

Jana F My husband and I have been patients here for several years and our first doctor (who was great) retired, so weve been looking for another one as good, and finally found one! Dr Odom is terrific, thoughtful, caring, patient and understanding. He takes the time you need with him, is thorough and makes sure you are ready before he leaves. The rest of the staff is great, too, and having the lab, X-ray, all there makes it easier to get everything done.

carrie connerley 15 minutes per patient is KP POLICY. Again a multi billion $$ health institution treating patients like a turn and burn item. My physician was amazing but KP policies show how little they really care about the actual patient care.

They are smart, friendly, intelligent, and empathetic to all of your needs. It was very fast and easy to get in and out with a solution to what I was dealing with. I hope the employees know what a great job they are doing.

A family member went in for serious health concerns and this PA-C Tobias Lopez and the Medical Assistant Rita were fantastic. Detailed care, professional and personable, created a plan of action, kind and all without waiting for whenever the primary care office lets you make an appointment. Some things cant wait weeks. I appreciate my family members health being made a priority finally. This office really came through with great care.

Heidi Mills I really like these providence express cares and this one was no different. I saw Drew Rivera here and man, I wish this guy could be my pcp. I felt like he took his time, showed an appropriate level of concern, I just liked his manner, he was easy to work with, down to earth. I also really love that you can schedule a same day visit without waiting around, very easy and convenient.

Brittani Tyler Dr. Stanley Lee is the BEST!!! He needs more reviews. Our son is 3 years old and he has been a blessing to our family for the last year and a half. Phenomenal doctor who listens to parental concerns and genuinely takes them into consideration.

Amanda Stanton Been a CF patient of first Dr. McCarthy and then Dr. Lambert for years. By far the best CF Clinic weve ever been to (in 4 different states). I highly, highly recommend their Adult CF Care Team.

Tiffany Rohdenburg My daughter has seen Michael McCarthy for the last 13 years for her asthma and he is absolutely fabulous. Hes very thorough and explains things well. We drive over 2 hours to see him and its well worth it.

G W “Nickname” By far the pulmonary Drs are likely yhe best ones available in Eastern Washington and youre likely not going to find any lung specialist like the ones from providence unless youre living more west towards Seattle. I would have no problem recommending this place and their care team and doctors to another. Not much else to say besides that they are good doctors.

Jesse Grout What can I say about Dr. Anderson and his staff, I scheduled my appointment for them in February. They scheduled me for May 4th @3:30pm. somewhere in that time they rescheduled me for 3:00pm. I missed the appointment because they sent a letter to my house I never got, they called my phone and according to my smart phone said lasted 26 sec. and there reminder message only said the appointment was for 5-4 no time with that date. If you miss an appointment you can not ever be seen again according to Charly there scheduler even though they said they would call me back in 2 minutes to reschedule. The never call back and I had to call them and even after being transferred 3x to get the right office they said they would reschedule then. This is outrageous. I do not know how they stay in business. There phone system has been changed so many time my doctor had to personally find the right number for the referral and it still was denied 2x because it was to the wrong department. Ill update this link for I pulmonologist in the Spokane/CDA area that knows what there doing. You have been warned.
