Vanessa Orozco Brian did a great job with my nails! I wanted something fun for my upcoming trip to New Orleans. Brian nailed it, and got them done so quickly! Definitely will be going back to have him do my nails. I also, love getting a pedicure here. It’s clean and maintained inside. I recommend this place to everyone!

Vina Lopez I’ve been to a couple other places that have done well, but If you’re wanting nails that are perfect, and a customer experience that is also perfect, look no further!! Brian did my acrylics and his attention to detail is amazing, no nips or cuts at all. It was truly a relaxing nail appointment. The acrylics were placed cleanly, and was speedy with his service. They also had comfy chairs and drinks to offer. Jojet did my pedicure, and his service was excellent. Clean and beautiful as well. I left feeling so refreshed and happy with my new mani and pedi. They both took great care of me and I will never go to another salon in Spokane after visiting here. Not to mention, the prices are very fair for the set that I received. $75 for my acrylics, and $50 for my pedicure with gel.

Jennifer Bryan This nail salon is 10/10. I never wait longer than 5 mins to be seen, everyone is super nice and friendly. They keep it clean and the decor is trendy. I wish I could remember the name of the wonderful woman who does my nails I believe it’s Catherine but I get gel X done by her and she does my nails beyond my expectations she is amazing I have been coming here for a year now and it’s the only nail shop I will go to!

The nail technicians took their time on our pedicures and manicures. They were extra gentle with my 98yr old Nana and I really appreciated their kindess. I will definitely return!

Devon Renee Love this place! Ive come here with my wife for pedicures a couple of times now. They take their time. I got gel polish and it fell off of one of my toes a couple fays later. I came in and they redid it for no charge and were super nice about it. I also got a gel acrylic set and they were gorgeous. I dont like long nails and she did a great shorter set. I cant remember her name, but I believe she is the only woman that works there/owns the salon. I showed her a picture of a design and she matched it perfectly. She was gentle and didnt hurt my nailbed or cuticles. Nails didnt chip or anything for several weeks (I dont get my nails done often so I took them off myself, but they lasted a long time!). Will definitely come back!

Shirlea Fletcher Great service and the most uniform set Ive been able to get for awhile. Pics will be from day of & then about a week later, still doing great. Spent $75 if I recall correctly. Cats eye color with sticker/rhinestone. A friend had recommended this place to me and stated her daughter always goes to them. Id say for good reason :)

Maggie Martinson The pedicure was perfect which is the only reason I’m giving it a two star review. The manicure I’m very unpleasant with the outcome is what I wanted, but it came out bumpy, dented, and uneven. When I first walked in they sat me at a dirty desk. The person who did my nails did not wear gloves when taking care of my nails. They rip my old acrylics off and they pulled out a dirty file and used it on my nails. They weren’t careful with my nails and I had to back my hands out cause they started hurting me.

Lukas Regan Came in to get my lady a pedicure, she told me they offered her a beverage and were very kind, but they didn’t remove her calluses at the regular price, which any other company we’ve been through will throw that in at just the regular price but they wanted $80 for that service, and the nail polish came off three days later. So for $45, before the tip, it definitely wasn’t worth it. The shop is close to our house, but next time we’ll find a different place. The kindness they showed her was great to hear, but that’s not what we paid for.

Karen Turner I have been going to this salon since they opened and it has consistently been stellar service and care. They are very welcoming with a glass of champagne or tea and have snacks. The patrons all chat together and the staff know their patrons! All of the technicians are experts and very artistic and kind.

Sarah Sartin Got to visit this Salon for the first time today with my sister. It was a fantastic experience! The overall vibe in the salon is mellow and welcoming. There were a few people already in the salon being serviced but we were seated for our pedicures almost immediately. We got gel pedicures, unfortunately my sister got called away on business before she could get her full set done. I however was able to stay and had mine finished. They turned out very lovely, the color and shape are exactly what I wanted. My nail tech was awesome; he listened when I told him about my nails being thin and was very gentle when filing them. The complementary beverages were a delightful addition to the experience as well. My hands and feet feel so much better than they did when I woke up today. I most certainly recommend them and will probably visit them again in the future.

Brandi Olson Caroline did my pedicure and full set nails. She was so sweet to talk to and she did exactly what I wanted. Im incredibly happy as this is for my wedding in 3 days. I definitely will be back! Thank you Zen Spa! Edit: The tech Ive been seeing lately is Cindy and I absolutely adore her! Shes gentle, sweet and fun to talk to! She always know exactly how to do what idea come into my head. We plan to start doing more creative stuff and designs and Im excited! Love you lady!

Mike Toutloff This account for some reason has My Husband‘s name, but he can also testify that my nails have always been perfect.I have been going to Carnegie nail design for close to 30 years, I have been going to Lisa all these years, who is the owner of the salon. Lisa is a wonderful person, an amazing nail tech, and an amazing owner of this small but mighty salon. I have been complimented on my nails for years, I wouldn’t trust anybody else, and wouldn’t be going back for all these years if I wasn’t completely satisfied. I recommend Carnegie nail design to anyone and everyone. The salon treats you like family, and I highly recommend you try them out.

They’re able to work with my busy work schedule to fit me in, all are kind and welcoming, and they always have new colors and designs to try. I work with kids so I sometimes break nails; their customer service is excellent and they always get me in right away to fix! I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Wanderlust Lips This quaint little salon is tucked away in the cutest downtown space! Every time I’ve been in there, all of the gals are genuinely sweet. I especially have to shout out Serena! She’s fairly new in nails, but does an EXCEPTIONAL job, and is always so patient and willing to play and try new nail art on me!

Kaitlynn Stirling I see Tina for manicures and pedicures and she always does an amazing job! Great nail salon, everyone is so nice and fun to visit with. Very clean. They dont charge you to remove any existing nail polish like some other salons do. Highly recommend!

MaCaila Beck I wish I could put 0 stars. I went back into the salon and asked them to fix my nails that they just did a couple of days ago because the white had formed bubbles under the top coat that were brown and looked awful. Tina then tried to scrape off the bubbles and told me they looked “shiny” and there were no bubbles after I asked her to fix them again. She refused to redo them and tried making me pay again. She said I only wanted them fixed because it was not valentine’s day, which I explained was not the issue. It was not until I broke down crying that someone else came and painted my nails again. Tina then told me that she would “never do this again” for anyone. I have never felt so belittled in my entire life and I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

All the ladies at Tina’s Nails are so talented!! They do artwork free hand and take such great care of anyone who walks thru their door. You won’t be disappointed!! I am never!! Paris Malet They are so amazing and talented. They are also the nicest women and I never have a problem getting in. I never had to wait long and they do exactly what I’m looking for each time. Either it be Christmas design or simple red. Love you guys.

rhyan clark Horrible experience. The lady was very rude. I Asked for the picture below. That shape is horrible. The paint is splotchy and the tips are not even French tips, they’re like half of my nail I asked the lady to make the French tip shorter and with more of an arch and she told me to put them under the lite “then she’ll fix them” I also told her that’s not the shape I wanted and she proceeded to say “it’s to late honey while my nails where still wet.” Asked for a refund and they refused because the “manager wasn’t there” don’t go here they’re rude, ruff with your nails, and you won’t leave happy. Hope this helps lol

Very clean, very professional, mocktail drinks we got were so yummy! Felt like we got king and queen treatment! Highly recommend their aromatherapy pedicure with the lavender was heavenly even got hot stones with it! New favorite nail salon & spa!!!! ALSO THEIR MASSAGE CHAIRS ARE THE BEST EVER!!!!

Daisy Vacca I’ve been going to New World Nails Lounge and Spa since they opened. They have been nothing but great! I love the atmosphere and service. The employees are amazing, friendly, welcoming and professional. Sunny did my nails, she is the sweetest person. She took her time with my nails and even fixed what needed to be fixed. She understood what I wanted and made sure that I liked everything before moving onto the next thing! I highly recommend her and the salon!!

Sophi Very hospitable,very affordable and once in a life time experience.I walked-in burning time in town and got my son a pedi massage for anxiety and mine was CBD Hemp massage with gel nails. I picked off menu super simple 85$ ,along with my acrylic nails 75$ and a picture was all she needed to see ones and the technician did it with hands on experience of 10 years I asked, a clean look she delivered for a important date. While I got my nails done he was nervous but he said it was amazing experience and I agree. I left a generous tip cause , honestly it felt like family and they listen and don’t judge. Helena did my pedi and she took her time. The manager was Very attentive and checked on us often even my son. A authentic once in a life time experience right in Spokane.

Hailee Esposito Have been coming here the past several months I was kind of hesitant because I loved my old nail salon but it was just to far of a drive after I moved but I’m so glad I got recommended to come here! They are always super quick and friendly! I love how they have a points system and offer drinks! Will definitely continue to come here and recommend to everyone! It usually cost me anywhere from $50-70 for a fill but it’s worth it they last me at least a month and with nail art and color change that’s pretty average for a nail salon

CJ McGregor Ruby was so kind and gentle, she made my own natural nails beautiful. I havent had my own nails in years. I always get acrylic nails but was so happy to have my own nails beautifully done. Thanks again Ruby, they turned out stunning!

Kimberly Shirley I booked to get my nails done for my wedding. She texted me trying to cancel my appointment less than 2 hours before, saying that she did not have the acrylic to do my nails. I am in the hair industry, so I was able to buy it and bring it with me. She reluctantly agreed to do my nails. The base of my nailbeds burned after she filed my nails with the dremmel. There was glue and acrylic under my nail. After the appointment, I had to file and chip off the chunks that were left. I have also had discomfort on my cuticles around my fingers since the appointment because there was acrylic sitting on my skin that she left. I got my nails done just 3 days before my wedding, and one of the nails snapped the morning of the wedding because of how thin they were. Greatfuly, I was able to glue it back on. I tipped extra because I could tell she didnt want to do it. Every part of my experience felt extremely unprofessional.

JC K I love taking my 14-year-old granddaughter for either Manicures or Pedicures as an outing. We came to DBs for our first pedicure together this last summer and had a great experience. I was told when we left that we never needed to call for an appointment, to just walk in and they would take us. So, this past Christmas break we went back to DBs for manicures. When we got there, without an appointment, we were told it would be a 40-minute wait, so we went to have ice cream and then returned. Once there, the owner kept asking which manicure we wanted. I asked the price, and he said $27 for regular and $37 for Gel. I said we just want the regular. He said "Oh you dont want regular. Its no good, it chips too easy." I said, "why do you do it then, if it is no good" but I didnt get a response. He kept asking me price and again I said regular, and then he said, "Gel for $27". I said "for $27" and he said again, "Gel for $27" and I said, ok then, if it is $27. When we were all done and went to pay, I gave him my Card and when he gave me the slip to sign, he charged me $37 each! I said to him, "that is not $27 each!" He just looked up at me and smiled, as if to say "gotcha". I was so angry and felt I got played. I didnt want to make a scene and to be honest, I was in shock. I felt tricked and my granddaughter had to witness this. I chose to leave without arguing and I decided I would wait and do a review instead. The sad part is, when we got into the car, my granddaughter said, "grandma, he lied to you!!!" Yes, he did... The only reason I gave 2 stars, is because our first experience was a fun one and that is my goal when I am with my granddaughter. It is too bad that we had to walk away the second time so very disappointed. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Lauren E I’ve come a few times and I always leave impressed. They do such a great job, the best acrylics I’ve ever gotten. This time I got nail art for Halloween :) it turned out exactly as I hoped for! The quality is great and they lasted for over two weeks. There are typically only two people working, so come early (a few hours before close) or book an appointment in advance. Be patient! It’s worth it.

Michelle Anderson Not the worst manicure I have had. Not the best. Good service. The lady that did the leg wax was VERY nice. She did a good job on my eyebrows too. Just a plain nail polish french tip. They push the gel nail stuff pretty good. It has never really lasted longer than the regular for me and costs 2x as much. Regular is fine for me!

Ramona Kellogg Larry at Perfect Nails has done my nails for years. Knowing I love Hawaii and wanted something summery on my nails, he gave me these beautiful nails. He does a wonderful job and the quality is so good that my nails last a month and would last longer if I grew less nail. I have thin nail beds that can be a nail techs nightmare. Not for Larry, he has done a great job time after time. Thank you, Larry and his wife Lynn for making my hands look great.

Stacey Town What was supposed to be a sweet gift to from my kids, turned into a man hitting my hand with a nail file yelling at me to relax, relax, relax. With him asking me multiple times, why cant you relax? I wonder why I cant relax!! I almost walked out several times I was so humiliated. I have had gel nails done multiple times and have never encountered this problem. Am I missing something with acrylic nails? Even so, I will never be back here again. I have super glue up and down my fingers and build up under my nails.

K Sullivan I had Larry do my nails, he was nice but did not ask what i wanted and just started working. I told him i wanted a black French tip on almond shape nails medium length. Length and shape was spot on, but the details were not good. I left with messy nails and you can see clear through the nail and still see the fake nail glued on. This service costed me $55 before tip. Very dissatisfied

Heyden Adama Update! This dude used to be so sweet and nice when I go in to get my nails done. Like I would drive far just to come here. Today I walked in to see if I could get my nails done. This dude gave me the meanest look I’ve ever seen. How people change. First off. They are so sweet. And my nails came out great. I don’t normally get my nails done often cause I haven’t had much good experiences getting my nails done while black. I always leave feeling a type of way. But they were super nice and made me feel so comfortable. For as long as I live out here. I’ll be going to them. Maybe I’ll start getting my nails done more often!

Em B Mariah did my full acrylic set about a week ago and they still look perfect! She was the gentlest nail tech I’ve ever been to and was so kind and fun to talk to on top of doing an amazing job! I also have a nail glue allergy, so Mariah accommodated this and was willing to explain every part of the process to me to make sure nothing was going to cause me any problems. I can’t wait to see what the next set she does for me looks like. She is easily a 5-star tech!

Kelly Phillips I went in for a full set of acrylic nails and everyone I spoke to was so nice, but unfortunately this is the worst set of nails Ive ever had. They are way too thick, uneven, and oddly shaped. I asked for an oval shape but theyre too wide even asking for them to be narrowed. The set took over 2 hours and cost $70 so I wasnt expecting to need to get them fixed at another salon.

Mariah Miller I got my first manicure/pedicure at De Soleil from Lana for my honeymoon and it was a very pleasant experience. I have high anxiety and bite my nails and am extremely rough on my feet, but she was very respectful and professional and cleaned my nails right up. My feet look and feel great too. Will definitely be a returning customer!

lissadell i’ve been here twice. the people are very nice and the prices are reasonable. my first purple set was with anna, i think the shapes were uneven but besides that i love the set. my second heart set was with tom i think. i love the nail art he did and the shape. there’s just some build ups in the acrylic that make bumps in my nails. i also noticed that like most salons they don’t properly sanitize tools between clients (but this is typical for these types of salons) over all i like the nails, people, prices, and atmosphere.

Micah Barnett I really enjoyed my experience at Lavia. It was a really clean place with great atmosphere. The nail technicians were all really friendly and didn’t pressure you to get other services. They took a lot of time with their clients and paid great attention to detail. I took my 2 young daughters with me and the staff were all very kind and helpful with them as well. Ill definitely be going here from now on.

Tiffany Wilkins Id give 0 stars of I could for the customer service I just received. While this wasnt my first visit, each experience has been 3 stars or less. This was by far the worst!!! I could write a book but Ill try to keep it brief. Lady owner was rude and disrespectful because even after providing pics, she got frustrated they couldnt do any of the designs I asked for. Im not to going to pay for designs that arent close to what I asked for. So the older lady came over screaming at me that I needed to hurry up because they didnt have time. That was an insult because Im paying you maam. This tech is going but is a grown woman and talks better English that the lady owner (I think theyre mother and daughter). So she could certainly speak for herself. Not to mention the guy nicked my cuticles at least 5 times during my fill and I had to reshape my own nails. My kid asked to sit in the pedicure chair, which to my knowledge was fine. However, once she and I starting having words, she felt the need to bring my kid into the conversation as if he was misbehaving while I was being serviced which wasnt true. He played on his laptop the entire time and was in his own world. They dont understand the concept of customer service. Im sure its partly due to the cultural barriers but I dont care. Ill never go back and hope you dont either.

Amanda Powers They are the only place that get my nails exactly how I love them. They never rush even when busy and the nails always last, I went elsewhere once and not only paid more, but my nails were so not what I wanted at all. Plus I lost one into my second week and they were so bad. I highly recommend them for nails and waxing. I love the quality and the customer service. Great selection, great prices and I guarantee youll leave happy.

Tweetyy Nguyen They did such a good job on my nails everytime, all the techs at the shop are very nice. The girll did a fantastic job on my pedicure and she gave me a little flower design on two big toes for my vacation.i would recommend to all my friends and family.

Maria C I have been going to Digits Relaxation Spa for years. The staff there is amazing and all do quality work. I personally always go to John or as we call call him “John the Nail King” and his work is superb I always get compliments about my nails. He and his wife Kimmie that does my eyebrows and my families eyebrows as well as our pedis are an amazing team. I do recommend anyone at this establishment they are all great! Just make sure you go to the right shop. They are located on the Buffalo Wild Wings entrance to the mall. You go up the escalator to your right and pass the shoe store and the Christian Items Store and it is the shop right after the Christian Store. If they are busy just put your name down and what service you need and your phone number and take a stroll around the mall for your turn. Trust me it is worth the wait.

Tenaya Hamblin I love going here!! They always do what I ask and help make decisions to best suit me when I’m being undeceive or unsure of colors or styles. They also helped me try new things that better suit my hands that I didn’t know could look better on me. Don’t listen to reviewers like Lane Medlin. She obviously has let her nails grow out a month and damaged her own nails by waiting too long for a fill. Any breaks or damages to my nails have been my fault not the salons. She said “ typically if I hit a nail it just falls off but because they used so much product the nail ripped in half and cracked my actual nail in half in the middle of my nail bed.” From my experience glue on nails pop off… not acrylic nails. “ They didn’t cut my cuticles” At most places that costs extra it’s covered under a manicure not a new set. I could go on but I have better things to do than educate people online with bogus reviews.

Lane Medlin If I could give a negative rating I would, This plus sucks! They used way to much product on my nails, the filing and shape is awful, I asked for blue tips and they forgot asked me to pay with a base color till I said no I asked for blue and argued with me when I even showed a reference photo when I first came in and kept it up on my phone for them, I paid way to much for what I received, 124$ for blue French tip nails… and after a week of having them one cracked my nail in half typically if I hit a nail it just falls off but because they used so much product the nail ripped in half and cracked my actual nail in half in the middle of my nail bed ….. in pain and miserable I will never go back!!! They didn’t cut my cuticles or use nail oil the area to wash your hands is so unappealing they charge way to much for the location it’s gross they don’t change tools on clients either.

Jewel Ive been a regular since I moved to Spokane 3 years ago and I usually get really great service as well as even better communication about prices. THIS time though, I was basically tricked into paying an extra $50 because of a few reasons. First reason, I asked for one color for my toes & another for my hands, usually at no extra charge. Second reason, both technicians that were working as counterparts to get my service completed, said that the colors I chose wouldnt look well without a separate base color. Since the advice was unsolicited by technicians who almost always say "up to you" whenever I ask for genuine advice, I took it. Now per my history with this place, the price always follows the advice. This time though, that did not happen. So I assumed, there would be no extra charge. I walked up to the register, & was given a shocking total. I shared my concern regarding the price & that I was unaware that the advice I was given would basically cost me a whole separate service. I was told that I would be given a discount because I am a regular, but there was no evidence of a discount. I paid, said thank you & walked out. Ladies, Some advice for salons that seem high end & worth it, take the initiative to ask for an itemized bill for nail service. I definitely recommend it. Tiana Armstrong What I asked for vs. what I got. I’m genuinely embarrassed to walk around with my hands looking like this. She let the acrylic drip down my hands the whole time she was applying and it looks like I have some terrible condition with it peeling like this (third picture). None of the nail tips fit, she was basically glueing them to my skin. Square is the first thing you learn in nail school, it should never be like this. EDIT: fixed them at home (a non nail tech) the best I could :) more so what they should have looked like!!! (last photo)

LA CA This is the first time that Ive had acrylic nails and they have not popped off before the two-week mark! I am rough on my hands I work in the medical field, and now at the fire department, so my nails get banged they get pulled back I have bruised my thumb etc. however they are still going strong. When I go in for my fill Ill be asking for them to be thinned out a bit to make them a little more pointed. Update: got them filled and had them use basically my own color street nail designs and it costed $65. The person who put them on for me said she hasnt ever done them before so it was a learning experience they did come out with a few chips and nicks but overall it was good. I did have to put two more top coats on once home. They are the purple and blue ones.

I have a nail-biting habit and I know it can be challenging for some nail techs to form natural-looking nails over them but Tee did amazing! I showed her an inspiration-pic and tailored it to my needs. Looking forward to visiting again!

Terri Dysart Ive been going here for my nails for several years. The are wonderful people who do amazing work. Their kindness and attention to detail is top notch. Ive been to many other nail salons prior to finding Venus, and non of them offered the quality of service as them. Highly recommend !

Deggan Dahir I would like to start by saying that the service I got from the male nail tech was absolutely horrible. I started with giving a picture of the nails I wanted (which didn’t turn out good) and I stated I wanted an almond shape. He showed me the shape that he did and it was a coffin so I kindly told him that I wanted almond. He proceeded to fix it to make it almond however his annoyance with it was obvious. He gave me horrible attitude and kept kissing his teeth in his distaste with me as if I did something wrong. I went to another salon 2 weeks after and when the other nail tech was doing my nails it turns out that the quality was so bad she couldn’t even do a fill, my nails were coming off so easily so she just took all of them off and gave me a new set. I will not be coming back to this salon.

Rachel I have been getting my nails done here for a year now and the care and knowledge that goes into what is need is unmatched. Beth is great with Hard Gel and all of my product sensitivities. This is the only manicure/gel polish that will stay on my nails. For weeks. Hard gel is a must for me and recently we even got to create my own color! It’s PERFECT.

Carla E Ive been to the Nailery for pedicures and have had the same nail tech, Shelly. She is wonderful! I love that their pedicures focus on nail and feet health. Shelly is always so positive and educational. I really feel like I am getting quality service, not to mention their pedicures are at least 3x the length of a generic walk in pedicure place. Kyra Miner Someone came in to get their nails fixed, she was switching between doing my nails and the girl that needed them fixed. She told me price was $40, then after she did the shape she said it was already at $65. The french tips are almost a straight line. I said she could have creative freedom (but I wanted a flower) on my ring finger and it looks like a child did it. The process took almost 3 hours. Then she charged me $85! The tools were also not disinfected, she just threw them back in her drawer and wiped the acrylic off of the bare counter. I will however say it was a very calm and relaxed environment.

Laura Williams Hands down the best place Ive been!!!!! I called to see if they could get me in for a full set and done within 2 hours. I felt crazy for asking because Ive always spent 2+hrs in a chair. Well Danny said come on down and hell get me in. I was in and out of the salon in an hour! Danny was incredibly kind, and so was the woman who finished my set with an absolutely beautiful pink! I typically get dark nails and I changed my mind and went with a girly color. The shape is perfect, and no lift! Im definitely going to be a continuing customer.

The man who answered the phone got us appointments immediately and when we showed up early he got us seated and taken care of right away! Our nails turned out fantastic and we were pleased with how quick and efficient the staff at this salon were. Francina Matos Friendly staff and easy for walk in visits. Had to ask the nail tech to paint the edges of the nail. She didn’t seem too annoyed but when there was a speck of dust that dried over and it was obvious, she tried dismissing it and trying to normalize it. If the client is unhappy with the finished look they’ll be paying for, the least you can do it accommodate rather than trying to convince them the defect is okay. So after insisting, she fixed it, seeming a bit more annoyed but the nails look much better now. Won’t be returning though.

Hannah Im disheartened to be writing this review as ive been coming here for the last 5 months. I came in yesterday for a manicure and the original manicure I was given did not look nice. I came back in and the salon did the right thing and fixed the nails for free and even offered me $10 back (I declined because I never wanted the money, I just wanted cute nails) which I truly appreciated. However, while fixing them, my cuticles were absolutely destroyed. Every single finger. I have been a very loyal costumer here, but this really upset me. I can always understand one finger or even two, but my entire hand is swollen and im fearful of an infection due to how many cuts are on my hands.

Geiza Sanchez I came here because my roommate gets her nails done here and i love the way they look. It was my first time here and my last. I asked for a full set and showed a picture of what I wanted I asked multiple times if it was possible and I never got a solid yes for response just head nods. Once I was seated I asked the lady doing my nails if she was able to do something similar to the picture she kept talking to the man a few seats next to her doing my friends nails… we got there at 4:30 and left almost at 6 and got NOTHING CLOSE to what I wanted. So upsetting I understand if they couldn’t do what I was asking for but letting me sit through a whole new set and not getting anything close to what I wanted was frustrating.

DuCré Danielle Interesting experience. This salon was recommended to me for a gel manicure and the website seemed to promote a more upscale experience. I walked in early for my appointment, was kindly greeted and directed to choose my gel color. I was placed with a tech who was told I needed a fill. (Though it was easy for me to make an appointment online, she said they had 40 techs working because of how busy they were!) I shared my concerns which brought me in today: remove gel color, cut my long nails short. I shared I had natural nails with gel color and it took the entire appt to convince her which was odd. She took off the gel, clipped, painted, added cuticle oil which she told me to rub in. (FYI They are out of several reds due to holiday apparently.) Thats it. No hand soak, no lotion massage, no cuticle clip. I asked to rinse the oil and then noticed "bubbles" on two of my nails, requesting that they be fixed. She seemed reluctant, but couldnt deny the bubbles so buffed the two nails, put clear gel, cured, and sent me on my way to pay. Had I ACTUALLY wanted a full on spa treatment, I wouldve said something. Maybe even inquired about the wine. But in/out was convenient today. Lastly, gel manicure was $35. She charged me $5 to clip my nails. What?! So odd! I paid with tip, said "Merry Christmas" twice to her back because she turned away, and carried on. (I noticed the customers checking out next to me also were concerned with their services charges, but like me chalked it up to hidden fees. Hmmm..increase due to Holidays?) I dont live here, so should I return Ill ask specifically for a tech that has good reviews. Or go somewhere else.

Sam Lee Super happy with the style and the nail tech was very nice the entire time, but I was absolutely floored when she told me she charges 105$ alone for a new set. That’s not including the powder and chrome (which I already knew was extra). As I was walking out, two other women were also walking out and complaining about the prices being way more than other places and suggested we all go to a great place in the valley.

Angela Kisel The most terrible service and the most unprofessional people that have seen in a while. Call to book an appointment for a pedicure for 11, they told me to just walk in instead, I walked in at 11 and waited till 1130 to get serviced. The lady that serviced me did not speak a word of English, did not follow my instruction of me, wanting square shaped nails, They’re basic pedicure says it includes a basic cleaning of the foot, According to what she did not, my nails came out crooked. The nail polish does not look smooth on the big toes, I tried to tell the lady in English that she needs to redo it and fix it, but she doesn’t understand. There’s no one else walking around there that is able to translate in time and I had to run so I let it be. This was terrible

miyara cavazos Today I did I came in about 2 hours to close and was greeted by very friendly faces, I was seen by Tia and I’ve never had a better experience! I’m usually quiet during my nail appointments but she made me feel so comfortable, I wanted a full set and a basic gel pedi. The full set took about an hour because she was making that I liked everything she was doing and genuinely took her time to make sure I liked what I was paying for ! I told her never mind on the pedi cause I don’t want to hold her up from going home but she insisted that she took care of me. We talked, laughed and she didn’t rush what so ever, the best service ever. Cannot recommend enough. my nails came out gorgeous:)

Alexis Maples I got recommend here by a friend, her nails are always amazing so I had high hopes. The guy started on my nails and didn’t do any prep work. The acrylic application was good. They’re a little long but it’s my own fault. He started painting with gel and it was SO thick. He did my nails beginning to end in 30 minutes. Way too fast for my liking. I have acrylic on my skin, he cut my skin a bunch, and he didn’t clean up the acrylic underneath. I’ve had worse but I really wasn’t impressed. My friend I went with got her nails done as well and they were super cute!!

Melania Colon 4 star being nice. Spent less than 10 minutes painting my nails this color after the 2 I picked, she said didnt work. He desk she had me at wasnt clean with nail shavings and dust all over. She painted my skin and didnt take it off. Also, didnt paint part of my nail. She was solo and rushing. I wont spent over $25 for this again here.

Kelly Fernandez Tried them cause they were closest to my house...not the cleanest salon...had my eyebrows done didnt get to look in a mirror when she was done after leaving noticed she missed quite a few hairs on one side. Got a manicure barely soaked my hands in a bowl of Luke warm water, didnt trim my nails and missed alot on my cuticle clean up let my nails dry for 15 mins and they smudged right away. They made a comment that my polish wasnt good and would only last 24hrs and tried to upset me to gel. Got a pedicure some toes look better than others, a few years ago I had my foot ran over and lost a large part of my big toe nail and its taken a while to grow back, the guy doing my nails kept telling me I had nail fungus and needed to buy stuff from them to treat it and cut off a bunch of my toe nail. $80 for all services and will not be going back I will sticking to my usual place

The floors, stations, and tools were all spotless, and I could tell that hygiene is a top priority here. Lily4reals This was my second time coming here after giving them one more chance. never again. I paid 32 dollars for them to remove my acrylics and a basic manicure. I have never been so disappointed in my life. How can someone do such a sloppy job for a basic manicure. They did not even dry my nails after I was done so they instantly got ruined. lexis Bosarge Worst experience at a nail salon ever. My nails hurt so bad and are so damaged I went there to get my nails removed, and they started prying them off. I had to ask them to do a soak of And they were like oh we don’t usually do that because it takes too long And the entire time we’re there it sounded like there was a club going on downstairs. Look like somebody was rushed and forgot to do things I’ve Never had to say that that’s enough The Apex is completely off. I’ve never seen nails super thin and easily to break. I’ve been getting my nails done since the age of 15 and there’s no way I would pay $60 for a full set. That’s not even cute. It looks like it could be somebody else’s hands and not mine I won’t be going back.

Ana Mullen I got an acrylic set done by Elaine and was displeased to say the least. She cut me with the little electric file tool at least 5 times and proceeded to rub hand sanitizer in them which hurt quite a bit. She didn’t say anything about the cuts. The acrylic application was very clearly poorly done, she applied way too much and filed very roughly for a long time. All the nails are different thicknesses and lengths and almost every one is slightly crooked. They look fine from a distance but when you look closer all the imperfections are everywhere. She also let me leave with acrylic residue all around my nails which i had to peel off. It was definitely not very professional she was not precise whatsoever. They aren’t so terrible that i will rip them off immediately but I definitely will not come back here

She held my hands and said I had nothing to worry about and she thought my nails were beautiful. She said, “they work, and that’s beautiful too!” She made me feel so seen and cared for. It was open so we popped in the reviews were pretty good as we looked as we drove around to come back to the place and compared to the nails that they can do, Im sure my nails are pretty boring but I am so happy with my nails. Ginger Peterson Visited today for the third pedicure and may never come again. The lady who gave me my pedicure, Lynn, cut my nail much too short, though I requested they be trimmed very little. When she started filing away, I pulled my food back because it hurt, as she cut the nail right up next to the quick. She asked me not to kick her, please. I clarified thats what she said and I said I did not kick her, I pulled away because she hurt me. From then on it was downhill. Her work was sloppy, my nail shapes were a mix of rounded and square....I will have to really think about whether or not I will come back. The nail cut so close to the quick feels like it could bleed if anything bumps it. One thing is for sure and that is I will have to get a better Pedi before I go on vacation at the end of next week. -------------- This was my second time in for a pedicure and Ive been worked on by both gentlemen now. They are wonderful! Much attention was given to the details and that is greatly appreciated.

Rebecca Azucena Called ahead and they were able to squeeze me in same day 90 mins before closing, which I greatly appreciate. I could tell they were rushing tho as a gentleman was prepping my fingernails as I was getting my pedicure, which was awkward and not relaxing at all. The towels used had stains all over them which was honestly really gross. When I told them I was unhappy with my fingernails not being fully painted (the sides and area near cuticle were completely bare) they kept trying to “fix” it by filling my nails more and insisted that what I was upset about was unreasonable. Also geez since when does a basic gel mani/pedi cost $85? Appreciate them getting me in last minute but won’t be returning

Ashlee Waslaski Terrible decision going here. Got my nails done for my bday and I hate them. She did some weird fill thing on my thumb because my nail was broken. All nails are lumpy and uneven and she clipped a bunch of skin which is peeling and irritated. Also did a pedicure and my toes were irritated and itchy. The lady was pushy about upgrading services and even down to the tip. She asked for more $$!!!! And only cash! If I could rate negative 10 I would.

Iuliia Babakov I was running my errands around this location and I had a brocken nail do I decided to stop at this place row quick to fix it. When I came in and a lady asked what I needed she gave me unwelcome look and said why didnt I go to the place where I made whole set. I felt awkward and rejected. I explained that I didnt wanted to go far to fix one nail so I stopped here where she proceed telling me with that look on her face that she out happy to see me there that the nail polish wont match. I asked the palette of colors and she found the first yellow and was showing me the difference trying to not let me go through all colors and send me away, but her coworker saw this and pointed right away to the right color. She fixed my nail and I tipped her a good amount so she wouldnt be Prejudiced next time to people. But personally I will say away from this place because of that attitude.

amanda Hunter This was my first time here and I won’t go back. I never really leave reviews unless necessary. I got a full set of short acrylics. They were nice but immediately I could tell the gentlemen at station 1 didn’t know what he was doing. I wanted almond but he made comments about shape and I knew he wasn’t going to be able to do almond. While on my first hand he didn’t even know how to lay the acrylic correctly. I am a empath and don’t like to hurt feelings so I just let him finish but I shouldn’t have. My nails are horrible they’re “lumpy” uneven, and just horrid. I couldn’t even save them with trying to file them. I am heading to get them soaked off after paying $55 for this job. And they only want cash tips but for the job you’re getting it’s not worth it. I’ve never had a set this bad. I’m not sure how others do there but the man at station 1 should not be doing nails period. And during my set he would watch YouTube videos and not pay attention to the already bad job he was doing. My nails are super thin for the most part but lumps every where. I’m very disappointed. And upset I have to spend money to have them removed now. Please do better and get better training

Garald Adams I wouldve given a zero if I could. I got my nails done 1 1/2 weeks ago. A full new set. I loved them even tho they were lumpy and had flat spots. But I loved them. Until 3 days later I noticed at my cuticle on EVERY finger, the acrylic was starting to lift and catching on everything. So I called them and they said come in no charge. So I went in. The guy told me it was the sparkle at the nail polish I got, that it was just the added layer of that making it feel like it was sticking out, even tho I proceeded to tell him no I can see under it. He them kept telling me I was wrong as he just filed the sides of all my nails and he refused to listen to me and fix the problem. So I went home. Jump to now 1 1/2 weeks after getting them done, my statement of them lifting was correct now I have 4 nails that are 3/4 of the way off my nails and the others arent far behind. I didnt expect this, Ive never had this kind of experience ever! Im so upset because my niece paid for me to get my nails done because I had a miscarriage which was a very traumatic thing to go through and she wanted to treat me because I dont do nice things for myself. They couldve made it right and they didnt. I dont ever post bad reviews, even if Im wronged or had a bad experience cause Im usually too kind to do it. I know its just nails but to me it was such more. This was my pick me up after a traumatic event and I cant even enjoy them because Ive had issues since day 3. Do better famous nails.

Shanyce Correa Marshall A bit pricey, but honestly a great experience. She had great attention to detail and did a great job matching the picture. Was given water, candy, and mini oils. I honestly didnt have much faith in a top nails but, pardon the pun, they nailed it. My friend also got her nails done, it was her first set of acrylics and the lady was very patient and kind.

Rachel, and her mother go over and beyond to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and assure you leave satisfied and with a smile on your face. Rachel just recently took ownership of this Top Nails location and has put in great work in such a short time! They have placed in all new tables, pedicure chairs, tanning tables, and have done remodeling such as painting, new plumbing, etc. to improve their new business. Not only do I go and enjoy myself, I always leave with a beautiful set of nails that get complemented left and right. I am pleased to have this as my new nail home. Good work ladies!

Crystal Aguayo I decided to try Foxy Nails, since I haven’t been since they moved locations. I was not impressed. The lady that did my nails sat a bit to the side so it seemed my hand that was farther away (left hand) has lopsided nail shapes. A couple tips aren’t straight either, possibly due to not filing them after the gel polish? When I mentioned things or changed my color she seemed to be bugged by it. I asked for her opinion she said “it’s not my nails”. I’ve never wanted to get out of a nail salon so fast.

Stefani fixed them and made them look amazing and made me feel welcomed again, and every other time Ive been here is great(reference shown, APPROVED AT TABLE, and final results in photos): I came in and asked for a gradients clear to black claw shaped nail with a design on one nail, and the gentleman I worked with was the literal definition of a nightmare. He continually smudged my nails and made them look like a toddler was put in the seat and asked to do my nails. He refused to listen to what bothered me, and I tried to compromise and work with him, but he refused. Other staff also guided him to use different methods like the airbrush rather than the dip powder, and he refused again He told me after his 5 failed attempts that I was only allowed to have a solid color and that I coudnt ask for what I had previously approved because "nothing made me happy" and that not smudging it was impossible. He also displayed shifty behavior and wiped away the messed-up nails and denied he did anything when staff came to help, making me look unreasonably unhappy He then declared publicly in front of the entire salon when they finally got another person to work on me, saying, "I know you have OCD!" As loud as he could after I polite had apologized and that I wasnt trying to be difficult. He didnt make sure my nails were even (trust me, they are crooked in some spots and NOT the same length anywhere), theres build up of the gel material on the bottom, and he didnt even try to use stencils or the airbrush to make it look nice. He doesnt seem like hes even done nails before He is a large man with a tattoo sleeve on his left arm, and trust me: you wont even get a smile from him. He was disrespectful and out of line entirely, and I even swapped artists to have him to accomodate a woman not wanting a man to work on her, so I become his unfortunate victim of his excuse of "art" He will bully you into paying 90 dollars for something that is the quality of again, a child, with an attitude to match. If youre unlucky enough to have him, you better be firm on your expectations as he takes any opportunity to take advantage of you and make you feel like the problem Again, thank you to staff for believing me when I said there was a problem and trying your best to make the situation right. He obviously needs to sit down next to some of you and learn how to act so no one gets an overall negative idea of the place. If it had been my first time, I would have never returned again

Owen Evenson Went in today after making appt to get a broken nail fixed. The person I had the appointment with was doing someone else’s nails and was told the owner would fix for me which was ok. He was rude the entire time, making me feel bad about getting the nail fixed. Another worker came over and told me it was time for a fill when my nails were done last week.While doing my nail, he showed his coworkers a video on his phone that was clearly making fun as they watched and looked at me laughing which made me uncomfortable. When it came time to polish, he didn’t have the right color chrome at his station, that the color he had “would be ok”. I told him I’d like it to match my other nails and he told me I could wait another 45 minutes for the guy I originally had the appt with other than grabbing it from the other station. Told me that he was done. That it wasn’t his problem to fix my nail. I’ve been a long standing customer at Foxy, not anymore. As a business owner, you’d think he’d know to treat clients better and that indeed all clients are “his problem”. Don’t support this business.

Kylyn Westerman Won’t be going back here, I wish would’ve read the reviews before coming in. I only get a couple pedicures every year so I’m really disappointed with this experience. The pedicure was mediocre, she hardly scrubbed my feet and didn’t use any lotion. I didn’t see her get the tools out of sterile packages, but I could’ve missed that step. The clipping & filing job I could’ve done just as well at home. I asked for a flower, and she gave me the strangest color combo (bright purple nail polish with mustard yellow, red, and green flowers?). She pressured me to tip while paying, and it wasn’t until after I paid that she told me there was a 5% fee for using a card.

Tiffanie Browne Got my nails done and in less then 2 weeks they are lifting up From the back I have had to do nail glue for over a week because of how busy my schedule has been so I didnt lose the nail. 3 employees worked on my hand so I can understand where there may have been steps. Missed that would cause them to lift so early. I will say the design work is amazing. The girl did it free hand without a stamper. But besides that, when I did go in the guy was trying to say that happens with time, i have been getting my nails done for 18+ years and never have i had this happen in just 2 weeks and no care for what i had to say. I am very underwhelmed with my experience and with the nails lifting from the back So soon after getting them done I will not go back. I went to them because they were closer then the hour away for my old girl... now to keep looking for a good nail place close to home.

P. PP I came in for a gel pedi, but needed old gel removed first. A tech used a nail drill to remove my old gel and went in so deep that it left my natural nails all broken/cracked. Nails have now been breaking off non stop. If you are too lazy to soak off prior gel, dont offer the service. Will never return.

The woman that did my nails was very nice but $150 for a pedicure and short plain nails!? They don’t tell you any prices until you check out, no breakdown of what you were charged and why. The work is NOT WORTH that price! My nails are so wide and ugly. Will NOT be returning.

Michelle Retherford I walked in to get my gel/acrylics off my nails. I asked for a a manicure because I knew my nails would need it. It took over an hour to remove the fillers. She was very rough with my hands and ground my cuticles pretty bad. She kept saying relax and got rougher and more annoyed at me. She got up after they were done and the other lady said she wants a manicure. I ended up leaving without my manicure. The positive thing is, it only cost $20 to get the gel/acrylics off. Unfortunately I would not recommend them. ☹️

Kathleen Caler 1st time in. I had a appointment for dip nails and a pedicure.. I was 10 minutes early seated on time she placed nail remover on nails when a walk in came into the salon. She sat her and did not get back to me for 35 minutes. Finally she started my nails, they are very uncomfortable and uneven the dip is on the sides of my fingers when I asked for her to remove the overhang of products he seem aggregated that I asked. The top get is clumpy and also uneven. I did not stay for the pedicure. Dont recommend $50.00 lost

Terry Zakar I got my first manicure since COVID. I mistook this salon for another one located across the street. They wanted CASH up front and the lady who did my nails was not good! As I looked around I saw dirty nail bits, my hands were soaked in a wooden bowl and I had no idea what was touching my skin. My 11 year old granddaughter did my nails a few weeks ago and she did a better job and was faster! I do not recommend this shop. I went across the street to see if my old place was still there and to my surprise they were! I got the name mixed up. I will be going to them from now on!!

Savanah Thompson I visited this place while in Spokane for my bfs job. I first Called and requested Gel x and was told they could complete this service when in fact they could not. When I opened the door of the salon I was hit in the face with the smell of acrylic and acetone as theres not enough ventilation in the small area. I received tips with SEVERAL layers of gel builder on top. The process of getting my nails prepped for the gel polish was very painful as the lady was pressing very hard on the sides of my fingers. To top it off my nails are uneven, not the same length on each hand and on some have streaks that you can see through the polish and didnt even apply cuticle oil after slaughtering them. Im VERY disappointed in my experience here and would not recommend anyone to go here. *** UPDATE*** I had these done LESS than a WEEK ago and have already lost one. Just pathetic.

I am new to Spokane( just moved in December 2024) and had learned of a nail salon just south of me(another one that was not Mai Nails) and had gone to them twice prior, but my last visit with the other nail salon was less than stellar( I dont like to be chastised for being early for my appt. so I decided to take my business elsewhere). I called Mai Nails on the off chance that they could take me as a last minute appt. and I believe it was Mai I spoke with and she asked how soon I could be there and I advised less than 5 minutes( I am literally a hop, skip and jump away from the location), I got to Mai Nails and I love how cozy the shop is when I walked in and how wonderfully friendly everyone was when they greeted me :) . I got my nails done by Mai herself and she is an ABSOLUTE JOY! I love her and her bubbly personality and how funny she is! I love also the fact that I got a neck and shoulder massage( which I didnt know I needed until it started), I then told Mai I am going to move in and never leave since this is my new favorite place to be! My nails look phenomenal( I came in for a fill) and I will be there again this weekend for another fill and it is also my birthday this week, so my nails have look their best! :D Thank you Mai!

Mai is such a sweet woman and she takes great pride in offering a clean and welcoming environment. Even though she is not my regular nail tech she greets me with an abundance of joy. I always call and schedule appointments (acrylic, toes, and waxing) and she always does her best to satisfy me! She sparks conversations with me, mixes colors for me, offers me tips for my sensitive skin, and tackles ANY design that I show her. For example, she recently did halloween nails for me and EXCEEDED my expectations!

Bree White Never again. Took my daughter to get a pedicure and was treated rudely. When my daughter told the lady that the reason she wasnt putting both feet in the water was because the water was too hot and she had a scrape on her foot that was stinging with whatever was in the water, the lady got mad at her. My daughter picked out a color (a pale shimmery white) and even showed the lady the color and number. When the lady went to paint her nails, the color was a bubble gum pink. When my daughter pointed it out and said she didnt pick out that color and didnt want that particular color, the nail lady tried to tell her that not only did she pick out the color but it was the same color. The nail lady then became very rough with my daughters feet and when my daughter asked her to be more gentle, the lady rolled her eyes and started mumbling under her breath. Her toe nails were cut uneven and the paint job was super messy. For the price they charged I will go somewhere else where they appreciate their customers.

Amy Jackson Super over priced. We paid 200 dollars for my sister in law to just get a basic mani pedi and I got a basic set and the basic pedi with painted white tip. Lady rubbed my toe raw and when I pointed out a issue with how my big toe was painted she shrugged it off like it was nothing. They also missed half of one of my sister in laws fingers. We were there for over 3 hours and watched people come in after us get rushed threw before they did a quick paint on SIL nails. We came here because they had so many good reviews. So hopefully this will save someone a trip of disappointment.

Maria Wagner T does my nails all the time when I’m there she is the only one I will see. Her nails are great quality and I’m always satisfied with them as well. She k owes what I want and she always patient with me she had done my toes as well and my husbands loves them. Her nails don’t lift and they last a lot longer.

Big MomMe The lady was very genuine and made me feel welcome. We came in late Nov 5th and they managed to squeeze us both in but she mentioned she wasnt very good at it... I am convinced now she was serious. After telling her I didnt like the pink gel her attitude changed n her nail art wasnt the butterfly I requested n clearly her first time cuz she offered 2 free designs to attempt to do better which were not made with love. Problem is I mentioned the only time I got my nails done not with tips they broke n I wasnt happy and 6 days later I managed to break my middle finger in half!!! After 8 popped off Im done wanting to pay for them. Idk y they dont have a book to showcase their work!!!

Luv Barrett They were able to accommodate me as a walk in, but what I asked for and what I ended up with are 2 different things. They didnt have many of the colors offered on their swatches and when the tech was about to put the clear gel on I was confused as I specifically asked if they could paint zebra stripes on the tips and was told yes and when I reiterated that I was hoping for zebra stripes I was told they couldnt do it. The quality is pretty meh as it looks like I have 2 week grow out and its been 4 days. Maybe Im too picky since I used to be a cosmetology instructor, but 65.00 should have paid for a much better job. The final issue was I was asked to go to the ATM in the mall and pay with cash which caused me to incur a 5.00 fee from the ATM machine and a 3.00 fee from my bank. If I had known they were cash only I would have brought cash. As the ATM only gives out 20s I had to tip 15.00 as the lady followed me to the ATM and took payment then and there. I was also talked into a pedicure which was the least enjoyable that Ive ever had as they were too busy watching the TV and rushing to get it done before they closed. My toes do look nice, but the overall experience was very lackluster. Thats what I get for being spontaneous and not setting up an appointment ahead of time or ensuring that they had the colors I wanted in stock.

When I went in Amy was working so I walked around the mall for a few while she was finishing up with her current client. She was super friendly and attentive, my only complaint is that she seemed a little rushed and didnt shape my nails to all be even. But to be fair I came in right before closing time so next time Ill make an appointment and give this place another shot! Overall I am happy with the experience and my nails look fabulous!

Holly Chilinski So they lady cut my toe, grumbled at me that it was my fault because of how I cut my toe nails, had to be told to stop hurting my other foot. I am still dealing with the infection days later. I really needed to treat myself to something nice, I got the opposite.

They didn’t offer re-paint. When I got home I noticed more have bubbled so I called. They said I have to go back today or they will not re-do. I said I just got home, way up on South Hill and that they should have re-done when I was there. They said too bad. I said I’ll give you the review you deserve then. I guess they don’t gaf if customers are happy. Booo! Don’t waste money here!

Megan Hawley This might be the worst application of acrylic nails I’ve ever seen. The acrylic is thick and uneven, globs of acrylic n the sides of my fingers, the paint was uneven and partially separated/came off, there are hairs in the paint. All that AND the shape want finished off so they are sharp. I’ll be spending the evening soaking my hands trying to get this off. Absolutely not worth the $120 for this and a basic pedicure!!!

Sara Araica If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time coming to this place. Customer service is horrible. They give you attitude from the moment you walk in, until you leave. I came to get a pedicure and the guy proceeded to put my sandals on without the polish being dry fully. I told him I didn’t mind sitting to wait for the nail polish to dry, and he proceeded to ignore me, or give me the paper sandals that all nail salons give out in the mean time your polish dry. I still paid and TIP THEM BOTH individually. As soon as I got to my car, I took the sandals off and they were all smoosh into it and turned around to see if they could fix it and they had already left. Obviously they were in a rush because they wanted to leave. I came two days later to ask them if they can fix it or give me a refund. To what they automatically said “we don’t do refunds” and then she gave me attitude the whole way as she kept explaining me “how regular polish work”, until I had enough and I told her, I’m 27 years old, I know how nail polish work, you guys put my sandals not me. I’m being polite no need to keep giving me attitude or keep rolling your eyes at me…. Long story short, if you don’t like getting attitude while you are paying so much money for a service that they specify for, don’t come here.

Hillary Hanich I went to Nail Paradise today and left absolutely loving my new look, the gals were super fast and efficient, I got a full set done, no pain, no games! The atmosphere was nice, and everybody had a friendly, calm demeanor. Other gals were in there, getting manicures and pedicures as well. I will be going again without a doubt, impressive nail shop.

Emily Fulton I love this place! Relaxing atmosphere, very sweet professionals who are fast and do quality work. Other places are slower and use too much acrylic, resulting in premature breakage and separation. My nails always last two weeks before I need a fill when I have them done here.

Char The first time I came in my nails were fantastic and they lasted 2 and a 1/2 weeks it was a gel manicure. The second time I came in 4 days ago I got the same thing and my nail polish is already wearing off at the tips and you can see through to my nail on some of the paint. Yes its very glossy so from a distance it looks nice but to have it wear out after 3 days is ridiculous and not worth the price. I will not be coming back

I then got moved to do a dip manicure and it seemed to go well I was happy when I left. By Wednesday my dip started to come off my hands like literally popping off. I went in on Saturday since I was gone for the 4th of July holiday and asked to have them fixed. They said they could fix them and would do the 7 fingers that was missing dip for free.. great! I then asked the lady to fix my next finger (because it was also about to pop off) and she accused me of picking my nails and ripping them off… she then gave poor customer service and attitude asking “well what do you want” and I just said please fix the poor job that was done on Monday so I can get what I paid for. She was rude when doing the rest of my nails and left them sloppily done. I knew on Monday not to come here due to friends and family having a bad experience here ( to include getting an infection on their toe after having a pedicure done with unsanitary tools..) but it was my last resort to get my nails done before the holiday! Will not ever be coming back!!
