Biarki Viorandr I am so grateful no appointment necessary. Kristy did such an amazing job. I came in half an hour before close and she got me done quickly and the cut was amazing not just good. Great customer service and professionalism.

Angela Salgado I asked for a specific style of haircut and what I got was not that! luckily my hair grows fast and it will grow back. The only bonus thing for me about this whole experience is that my hair was so long. I was donating it to wigs for kids so at least I know that it went for a good cause. As for going back to Great clips that Will not be happening! These are the photos of what I got? How much hair was cut and the haircut that I asked for!

Debbie Hoadley So I’m pretty unhappy with my hair I thought long and hard about posting my review but when the stylist held up my tip to show her husband I really feel something needs to be said. My hair was colored dark red in the beginning and when I went back for a correction the stylist turned my roots green then had to add a mocha color to even it out well my hair looks awful and the cut is very uneven. I did not tip her well as I felt she did not know what she was doing in coloring my hair. Her husband was sitting right there which made me feel completely uncomfortable and I felt shamed for crappy tipping as she lifted up the amount I tipped to show him. I left in tears as I had a major surgery coming up and was stressed about the results of my hair. I will never return to this salon.

Shay H Don’t bother setting an appointment at the salon. I set an appointment for a bleach correction with a stylist who was supposedly great with bleach. Upon arriving the stylist was not planning to do the entire head though it was gone over when the appointment was set. Then said stylist thought it’d be a great idea to be rude to me and my 13 year old daughter.

Michelle Bean Greg is awesome! I had over bleached scraggly hair and I now have the cutest cut of my life and amazing colors. After he had to correct months of home bleaching. I’m so glad I came here. New to the area and with no one to help me find a good stylist, I chose JCPenney based off their reputation in general and google reviews. All of the hairdressers seemed to have a following, so you probably won’t go wrong with any of them. I HIGHLY recommend Greg though. He even massaged my head with the shampoo! I’ve never been so relaxed. I nearly fell asleep several times. And my hair looks amazing. It’s been 3 hours and I’ve received 12 compliments. Go see Greg, you’ll just feel better and look amazing

Megan I have curly hair and it’s really hard to find someone who can give me a good cut, I rolled the dice and just randomly booked a stylist and I got Taylor. She did so good! she took the time to really shape my hair and give me the volume I was looking for. So happy with my hair! Thanks Taylor

Terri Coty This was the worst nail job I have ever had. The nails were uneven and lumpy. Not one nail looks like the others. I am literally sitting here filing them to try and make them look even. How on earth is this salon able to stay open? On top of that it was way over priced.

Lisa Taylor Tried to charge extra $6 to remove previous mail polish before pedicure then lied about it and naturally couldnt show me were the cost was on their charge sheet. I dont like to work with cheats and liars. I will take my money elsewhere.

Sammie Gonzalez I came here earlier today. Terrible experience. My sister asked for all white fake nails. The lady told my sister no and said she was going to give her french tips, the lady laughed so did my sister, of course my sister thought the lady was joking but gave her french tips anyways. She spent $25 of her Christmas money only to come home and paint over them. The lady that finished doing my nails thought that I was leaving with out paying, even with out my sister!! She got really rude and loud and kept telling me to sit down and pay now, a few of the girls in the salon getting their nails done and waiting to get their nails done even made a comment about her being rude. I kept on trying to explain that my boyfriend was sitting right outside the salon after he had been wondering the mall and that I was only trying to grab his atention so that he can come into the salon to wait with me for my sister to be done. Only one lady working that was nice. I believe her name was Chow but she didnt do my nails.

Taylor Lavigne I never leave reviews but my 16y/o sister came home with these nails. This was after she went in a second time to have them fixed. They painted the cuticles/skin, the shape & apex is absolutely awful(not what she asked for) and chipped after 5 hours of wear. I would not recommend. It seems like she was taken advantage of because of her age, especially after she went in a second time to get them fixed and they still look like this after 5 hours of wear.

Melissa Hammond I got gel- I had to have my nails redone while in the salon because the polish is old and not good. My nail beds were blamed which is ridiculous (I got gel- not acrylic nails) I get my nails done often and its never ever been an issue. My gel polish started chipping/peeling 3 days after being done which is also ridiculous. Gel should last at minimum 2 weeks. The women who was doing my nails was nice enough but there was a strong language barrier, and she just kept giggling because I dont think she could understand me and how displeased I was. I paid and tipped because thats what your supposed to do but I would never ever go here again. I went to this place to try it because my husband was at a card tournament in the mall and I needed something to do. I also specifically asked for a manicure when I called and booked and that wasnt done either. Its very much a "pay me and get out" kind of salon.
