Kim McGuire We got in as a walk in at 5pm with no wait! The stylist was fast and friendly with polite conversation throughout the cut. Had to get my lil guys haircut before school starts and this place made that quick and painless. We will come here again for sure.

Brayden Horton I came in with my hair at the bottom of my neck and asked for 1 and 3 quarters of my hair cut for the sides and to get my hair out of my face but they gave me a worse version of the Edgar cut.

kay Idc if I look like Karen for this but I gotta say something. Ill give this place a 3 because the lady that cut my hair did great an I had my child there an she was sitting well. But when I was there Tee was flirting with a married man. He was complaining little about his wife, ok fine. But she was saying oh I work hard and going on an on an he said hes been married for 34 yrs talking about divorce rates and why, but failed to mention cheating is one of the reasons an this conversation is just going an she asked him to text her an he said wife has access to the phone bill. An Tee was telling him the feature on iPhone if its with a android you cant see deleted text only if you have a iPhone. She kept touching him saying "every time you come here you make me smile" then he got up made comment about my daughter how shes good. In the mist my daughter dropped her cup she told my daughter that is 18 months old "lm not getting that for you my hands are dirty" so my hair dresser picked it up an helped her. Meanwhile Tee went to go check herself in the mirror an grabbed her phone an said shes uncomfortable to me because my daughter is standing in the chair. Tee your whole conversation made me feel uncomfortable. It was so unprofessional an sick that you were trying to wreck a mans marriage. So Darrel wife of 34 yrs Im sorry. He should probably go somewhere else.

Naisha Moland I recently just did the big chop. I’m terrible with names but if you’re reading this(I told you I’d come back to show you the after pic lol) she did such a good job and made me feel so confident! I’ve gotten so many compliments! Brandilee Bishop I will not be bringing my daughters back here and will be selective of who cuts my sons hair. This was suppose to be a should bob with stacked layers and framing. We told the stylist three times its not right. Then decided to just fix it at home. The stylist that did my sons hair was practically yelling at the boys before him to hold still and then continued to be harsh to my son. There are a few stylists I love but they tend to be there in the morning.

Peggy Kimpton Charlie, one of the stylists, always cut s(trims) my hair. She is AMAZING!! I go to Great Clips in Puyallup, on River Road. I request her EVERY TIME that I get my hair cut. I wont go anywhere else! Way to go CHARLIE!! Dont ever quit on me, lol! Thanks again! Peggy Kimpton

Justin Brodie This is a great place to get a hair cut. Been going here for years and only had 1 bad cut. Doesnt really matter who does your hair. They are all great.

Stephanie Haroldsen Although I was able to get my son in quickly. The woman who cut my sons hair gave him the hair cut she felt like giving him. Absolutely didnt listen to me and the fact I like to comb my sons hair to the left. When I mentioned it I was told that they were having difficulties. His hair looks like a home hair cut. We will not be coming back.

Shawnee Fuller IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD I requested highlights from the stylist (autumn) she said she could do it. I made my appointment over the internet and it said my appointment would cost $70 for what I was wanting done.. I booked a cap highlight. I got there and she said it would cost $140 for this tiny section of hair on the top of my head & called it a partial highlight. Ive gotten my hair done soooo many times before and this was the ABSOLUTELY WORST experience Ive ever had. She ended up doing a balayage on my hair and said it would look like what I wanted. Still quoted $140. So she bleached the shit out of my hair and fried it. My hair was healthy when I went in to the salon. I wanted a platinum blonde she put a dark toner on my hair without even talking to me about it. So I left unhappy. Called and spoke to a manager and she said they would fix it for me. I went in today and got there after an hour of commute there and home, and the manager tells me she spoke to autumn and she discussed with me what was happening with my hair that it didnt lighten good it was "orange" which is a flat out lie. Autumn told me it lightened great. Then put a dark toner on it without even seeing if that was okay with me and lied to the manager and said she discussed it with me. The manager then told me there was NOTHING they could do to fix my hair. I left crying. The "vibe" was horrible. They made me so uncomfortable and upset. Will never go again to this salon && dont recommend my worst enemy to go there. The woman in front of me in line today her hair cut was horrible also... I felt so bad for her... these women in this salon dont care about the people they are supposed to be helping. They will ruin your hair and rip you off like they did me. My hair is fried and SO UGLY. Oh also did no test stream before bleaching my hair. Was so careless and rude. I saw how it lightened and it was good I have no idea what came over her to put something completely different than what I asked for on my hair.

X Karly is so talented and turned my dried out rats nest into luscious flowing locks. Her cuts are exceptional and she knows how to balance and highlight facial features with layers. She takes the time to listen to her clients and didn’t take too much off when I resisted a badly needed trim. She is exceptional with color and recommended products that didn’t break the budget and which I would actually use at home. She was able to seriously transform my hair. Highly recommend!

Chasity Lively I won’t name the hairdresser out of courtesy for the salon as a whole but the lack of professionalism I experienced today was nonsense. It was my first time in this salon due to being new to the area. The stylist asked what we were doing. I showed her several pictures of how I wanted my hair to look. She then says we’re going to dye the roots and throw a toner on the rest. I was thinking about what she said while she was away and asked her when she returned if what she was going to do was going to make my hair look like the pictures I showed her because it was going to upset me if those were not my results. She walked over to another stylist (maybe manager) and said loudly she did not want to do my hair. She then walks back and says I’m going to have to reschedule with another stylist because she wasn’t going to do it. I told her I just wanted to make sure we were on the same page as I didn’t want my hair messed up and she replied “reschedule with another stylist”. There’s a right and wrong way to do things and I’m pretty upset that she lacked the ability to use basic communication skills to make sure we both left happy (me with great hair and her with a decent tip and not one, but potentially 4 new clients). Hopefully I can update my review in the near future.

Brandy H If I could give 0 I would. I had long thick healthy hair. I went in and asked for long layers with the shortest layer being just below my shoulders. I told the Asian stylist this multiple times. She talked to me about a poof (not sure if that’s correct) cut she had done on another girl and I told her I don’t know what that was but again wanted long layers with the shortest just below my shoulders. And I showed her this multiple times. When she cut the first big section I said that seems too short. Mind you I have my glasses off and have really bad eyes so couldn’t exactly see. She said it’s not too short, you will like it. I said well remember I don’t want it shorter than just below my shoulders. Needless to say she cut shorter and then thinned it out. I felt she wasn’t cutting so I asked if she was thinning it out and she said yes bc it’s so heavy. I told her it was my choice to have it heavy and she really shouldn’t do that without asking. I also told her she was cutting my hair way shorter than I had asked but there wasn’t anything I could do. Yes I cried in the chair and yes it’s just hair but it was my long thick beautiful hair and I was robbed by her not listening. I don’t know her name just that she was Asian. Yes I still paid for it even though she decided not to charge me but I wasn’t there for a free cut. It ruined a lot of things for me, most important self confidence. I am not skinny and my hair helped me feel more confident. I told her she should listen to her clients and not do what she thinks they want bc sometimes a persons hair is something they can control. I dropped cash on the counter and told her I had to go, I was crying and trying not to cause a scene. I have a shoulder injury and taking care of my hair this morning took me longer and hurt more. I have to now figure a different way to take care of it which will cost me more money. Would not recommend this person at JCP salon in Puyallup. I’m sure others listen and do a good job but not her.

Karen Guillen Been at this salon plenty of times. I always take my mom here for her haircut and had been lucky enough to get Raven all the time without making appointments. Today I made a mistake of getting her a haircut with someone else. Big mistake! Not only was the haircut subpar but the lady is straight up rude. I showed her a pic of what my mom would like and she proceeded to tell me “I know … “I know how to cut hair” several times. As if to just shut me up. So I say back down. She called me to check the job and each time I had to tell her to take some more hair off. She must have called me 8 times to check her work. She was getting annoyed each time I asked to take more inches of. The only visit was just irritating and weird. The last time she called me she yelled “Hey you!” I thought at first she was talking to my mom so I didn’t respond. I work in customer service and this lady is just not very welcoming at all. Next time I’ll definitely call ahead and book with Raven.

Shuzen Norman (Wild1Banana) I am received a Haircut from the Lady stylist Li and she exceeded my expectation of a haircut and my hair cut was perfect for my busy life and Ive never received a quality haircut that comes to close to Miss Li and highly recommend SUPERCUTS in Puyallup for a Man that wants to look great and smile at the mirror after a hard days work.

Chaos Entertainment Just moved down to puyallup from aburn and for the last several years i went to super cuts. i have curly hair and its hard to find someone who can do good flat tops. I went there the lady named Raven did my hair and i was super pleased with the results! She did a perfect flat top. She has a warm hearted nature and a great spirit. Kelly DeKeyser I cannot speak highly enough about Li and the team there. They are friendly, helpful, converse with you and are so fair in the prices. I know the prices are likely set by Super Cuts, but man they are so good. I started going in August after I had surgery, knowing my hair would be SUPER thinning out post surgery. After 15+ years of black hair, I tried getting it out by bleaching....it turned me orange. And then I tried going red...and that was a disaster. Li found the perfect color and cut for me to keep the thinning from being too noticeable, brought me to a color more my natural color and helped me get my hair stronger with awesome recommended products. Never once did she judge me, make me feel bad or do anything but be kind and helpful. The pictures speak volumes. I left feeling SO happy and pleased with what she did.
