Jaz Cheerios Extremely impress with the service at admin counter and medical care. Even after service care was friendly. Our son came in late at night but they still took us in. We are so happy to have walked in to this professional clinic for urgent care. Thank you for your team’s help.

Ryoko The doctor addressed my problems well, but his ability to explain the treatment to his patient has room to improve. He suggested using two different ointments to apply two distinct parts: one is OTC, and the other is prescription. He did explain those, but he did it very quickly without details. I needed to spend some time to understand the plan after the visit thoroughly. He prescribed the medication, which he never mentioned during my visit. He wrote in summary to take the same medicines in different strengths, but he never gave me the usage of the medication.

Gang Li I was required to take three separate tests, including flu, COVID, and another one, and was charged over $240. To my knowledge, there are test kits available that can detect both COVID and flu within 15 minutes for just $10. I had to undergo two rounds of testing since the initial tests on COVID came back negative, and only on the second attempt did the flu test return positive. Given the high cost and the more than an hour-long wait to complete both rounds of testing, I find this pricing unreasonable.

Kristena Louie Everyone here is fantastic! Been going here for over 20 years and when my doctor retired, I thought there’s no way anyone could replace her, but I’ve seen 2 other doctors here, and both are wonderful! They truly show they care, take the time to explain everything, share personal anecdotes and tips, and rush tests if you need it. They really show they are interested in your whole health and life, and are interested in building a long term relationship with you. So thankful I’ve been lucky enough to be a Swedish patient for my entire adult life.

Donya Smith I recently had my first visit to Swedish Primary Care, and I was very impressed with the experience. From beginning to end, the receptionist and everyone on the medical team was so nice and welcoming, making the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Everyone was attentiveness and I never felt rushed. I truly appreciate the experience.

hui hong Dr Karen Ting is the best! She is compassionate and highly skilled and resourceful who really listens to her patients. She and her team always answer questions and address my needs in a timely fashion. I am grateful for her care.

Lauren Professional staff. Clean and spacious. Efficient doctors who always ask if you have “anymore questions,” before you leave. I’m always able to be seen in a timely manner. There is a Lab in house. Been coming here for years and have no complaints. As long as you can have compassion’s for an overburdened system, everyone here is doing their best with a smile.

Svitlana Hryhorieva My doctor, Peter Flores, has given me the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor - hands down! And that’s saying a lot since I’ve seen doctors in many different countries. He always remembers my concerns and past stories, genuinely listens, and shows real empathy. It’s clear he’s truly passionate about his work. I can’t recommend both him and the hospital enough!

Frankie Valenti I am just astounded by these reviews. And zero responses from the clinic director, too? It really sounds like this place went totally downhill as soon as this Cruz woman came aboard and the good doctors left. Can you imagine refusing to see a patient bc she was depressed at some point in the past? And saying "I wont see people with mental problems??" Thats like 90% of the USA, now, maam. It could be that the receptionist is terrible at sharing info accurately and doesnt communicate what a patient wants or what the doctor says with any accuracy. Thats why you never drop a patient without speaking to them directly, yourself, "doctor." We really cant even call you that, because youve violated your oath so many times. I encourage everyone harmed by this person to seek counsel- legal consultations are free!

yogesh ramola There is no ZERO option, hence giving one star! After Dr Bardman retired the services had literally fallen on the floor! Dr Cruz seems very incompetent, she is always running late, doesn’t hear out to her patients and so far in my three visits (including annual checkups and follow ups), I felt she is very rude and loud, not calm at all. Really missing dr Bardman as she was great doctor and never felt this way for past 15+ years!

Ilya Ostrovskiy Recently, I called to schedule my annual exam with Dr. Cruz, as Dr. Bardman had retired. They contacted me twice to reschedule. On the third call, they offered an appointment with Physician Assistant instead. I requested to have my annual exam with a medical doctor, but they informed me that my only option was to see the PA or cancel the appointment. Since Dr. Bardmans retirement, I feel the quality of service at this practice has declined. After five wonderful years, I believe I need to look for another practice.

Anna I feel like there is a lack of staffing, management and communication. The front desk was nice and polite and Dr. Cruz was informative and straightforward. But when it came to scheduling a second appointment for blood work, I was told by Dr Cruz to talk to the front desk and they would give me the information. However, the front desk said I would receive information about the blood work via email. After two days, I called and the front desk said they would email me the address the same day but did not and two weeks later I received the information about the blood work via email. By then, I had found another provider who could fit my window of time.

R P This office lacks empathy except for the sweet nurse better than the doctor. The front office person is slow and lacking knowledge. The doctor Vina Cruz is a DO but they have mentioned in their website as MD. Personally, it didnt matter, all I was looking for a good doctor whom Im comfortable to talk to. Dr. Cruz doesnt look at you most of the time, she is looking at the ground. She doesnt take time to listen or understand what you have to say. Trying to push as much as possible and saying its not her responsibility and gave a referral. When I came out of the office, I felt its a complete waste of my time and insurance money in visiting this place. This is my experience.

joanna kadish I had a nasty looking chalazia under my right eye and did what my primary caregiver recommended, which was to get on the Kaiser Permanente website and do an online care chat with a clinician. I discussed symptoms and uploaded photos and soon had a referral to see an ophthalmologist, Dr. Fine, who turned out to have the best recommendations and insights, as well as medication to aid me in treating my inflammation. In my case the system worked beautifully, and quickly.

debbie Fischer This flu season is really taking its toll on patients and medical staffs. Arrived today as my Influenza A has morphed into one of the worst coughs Ive ever had. The waiting rooms are packed with people just like me. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely kind and caring. It took a long time but I was NOT the only one there. My doctor was very thorough and made me feel like I was his 100% focus. I was able to receive medication and instructions for future care. They are trying their best but there are many in front of you and behind you. Have a heart for your health care provider.

Kel Denke I was seen quickly. Everyone was patient, validating, attentive, and knowledgeable. They eased my worry and my symptoms very quickly. That was probably the best care I have ever received at any urgent care. I was very concerned about not being able to see my own doctor, but I have no reason to be concerned anymore. I was taken very well care of.

Payton Bright This hospital is excellent. The interior is beautiful, parking is easy. I had nurse Doug during my urgent care visit and he was absolutely lovely and lively which made me feel very comfortable during my visit. He also was excellent in his procedures like drawing blood the first time, which other nurses have had trouble with for me. I felt my privacy was respected by all and the process was relatively speedy and I got my results fast. Pharmacy pickup was simple and speedy. Overall amazing service, thankful for these providers and proud to be with Kaiser.

Lorena Terres I had a deeply upsetting experience during my recent visit to Virginia Mason at Bellevue, I went for a vaginal ultrasound. The way I was treated left me feeling uncomfortable and distressed, During the procedure, the nurse demonstrated a complete lack of communication and empathy. While I understand that some pressure is required during an ultrasound, there were times when the nurse applied significant pressure to my belly, but she never warned me beforehand or explained what she was doing. This left me feeling unprepared and uncomfortable, as I was caught off guard each time she applied force. As a patient, I believe it is essential to receive clear communication before such actions so that I can mentally prepare and feel more at ease. The nurse did not provide any explanation or heads-up, which I found very distressing and unacceptable. Additionally, the nurse was dismissive throughout the entire appointment. She did not make eye contact with me, nor did she engage in any kind of conversation or explanation. When the procedure ended, she simply said, “OK, you can go,” without offering any further acknowledgment or care. The lack of empathy and communication, combined with the abrupt manner in which the procedure was carried out, left me feeling deeply upset. It’s important for healthcare providers, particularly those performing intimate exams, to approach patients with respect, clear communication, and sensitivity. I want to emphasize that many patients, like myself, may have emotional triggers that make certain situations even more difficult. This experience made me feel emotionally shaken and unable to continue with the ultrasound. I kindly ask that you review the procedures followed by staff, ensuring that nurses are trained in providing clear explanations and maintaining a compassionate approach, particularly when performing procedures that may be uncomfortable or involve physical contact. I truly believe that by improving communication and sensitivity, you can create a more supportive and respectful environment for all patients. I would appreciate hearing back from you regarding any steps that will be taken to address this matter. I sincerely hope that this feedback leads to positive change and ensures that other patients do not have to endure a similar experience.

Rachel R Thank you Virginia Mason for your care! Kirk is the best nurse you could have, he is incredibly professional and understanding. The staff was all pleasant as well and this location looks like it was newly remodeled. It’s nice and clean.

Gail Givan This is a very clean facility, with friendly staff. I was referred here for a bone density scan, which was very easily accomplished and not unpleasant at all. The clinic is located in a multi-use building with Target, PCC, Chipotle and Dave & Busters. So, you could do shopping or have lunch after a medical appointment.

Sam Maerz-Boening Overcharge above insurance. I was told it is a second charged visit if you respond after they ask "is there anything else youd like to discuss?" and they tried to charge me for 2 visits. This was explained as a regular billing practice.

Chozen Gemz Building aka most of the offices are closed unless you are an employee. Also...whoever works for enrolling people for orca cards via health insurance needs to get their directions rights and stop sending people to the wrong places. Had me lost for 2 hours downtown trying to find the right place. Telling someone "public health" building is not helpful at all. The correct address to get your orca card is at 201 S Jackson St. Not this building.

Robert Arnett It doesnt matter if there is no evidence of risk associated with opioid smoke, we may just not know about it yet, besides there is no smoking (at all) on the bus. Do your job you worthless and insolent bureaucrats. The police need to do their job too. You always pass the responsibility/accountability off on to someone else. DO YOUR JOB. Protect the public, the majority are not drug users.

Demetrius Jones I just called and asked to speak to a manager and was directed not once but twice to a useless prompt by someone Im not sure is even qualified for the job. Pathetic is not the word Id use to describe this individual. Dont even have a real job where they have to do actual work and are still lazier than a homeless drug user. Not gonna tell you where a potential food borne outbreak may occur if it already hasnt.

Lex Nat Horrible people especially Micheal. Called in for inspection for the FIRST time. Got a call in the morning to expect someone between 8-10. Waited for them 7-12 no one showed up. Wrote a report saying he showed up on time and no one was there to guide them around and I had to pay re-inspection fee. Payed the fee called in the inspection again. Got a call in the morning around 7:30 saying that someone will be there 10-12. Get a call from the supervisor of the jobsite that inspector is there and that was at 9am. And guess what he did. He didn’t even get out the car there is a video footage of him just sitting in the car and not getting out. All he wrote is “not ready for inspection PAY RE-INSPECTION FEE” again! As far as I know. You get 3 inspections for free. And I had to pay every single one…

Skywalker Feng Went there for a Covid-19 vaccine booster shot appointment. The staff there are nice and friendly. The overall office environment however, is not suited for Covid vaccination IMO. The space is rather small and crowded, too many people are forced to be seated in a tight waiting room, increasing the chance of cross-infection.

Sunny J The dentists here are very cruel they made me suicidal. I have found better more skilled dentists who actually care about their patients and job. These people have no empathy, cannot do a proper job, and belittle you. If all the other 1 star reviews isn’t enough to prevent you from coming here, then good luck and i wish your experience is better than mine.

Lev Kochergin went in for STD testing and it took about an hour for a walk-in appointment. the staff was super kind and welcoming, the nurse did a great job with the blood draw and the place had a nice atmosphere. the one drawback is that the call system they have is a little clunky, so i recommend stopping by and scheduling an appointment and whatnot in person.

Joseph Huppert Went to get our Covid booster shot and this was the most disorganized mess I have witnessed from a public service. The people here take no pride in their job and are absolutely on a power trip over scheduling. Do not go here and expect a fast helpful service at all. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no understanding of their own appointment system and will berate people or try to shame them when you try to get in.

Aaron Schwarz Dr. Lance is my primary care doctor. It takes weeks or month to get an appointment to see him. I recently had a cold virus that left me with persistent sinus infection, so I needed to get antibiotic, relatively simple right? I go in to the front desk and say "I have a medical problem and need to speak with any doctor" The customer service person asks "Whats the problem" so I said "its been 10 days, and the infection not going away, so I need help, is there anyone here that can help me today?" and they say "Sorry, they are no appointments available today" / by contrast when our cat has a problem the local vet bends over backwards to fit her in right away even when fully booked / Virginia Mason in DT Bellevue has turned me away 4 times now like they did this morning, without helping me in the slightest other than to tell me to go to an urgent care. That is not medical care. Does a healthy person require a doctor or an ill person? I only needed to talk to a doctor for a few minutes and they wouldnt even help. The local urged care took of me within minutes, giving me helpful advice, along with the prescription antibiotic and nasal decongestant based steroid OTC recommendation, then Edwin at Safeway helped fill the prescription & was appalled at how I was rejected from any form of care at Virginia Mason saying "How is that medical care if they will not see you when you need help with a medical problem?"

Anh Chu Very bad service accompanied with shitty billing issues. They keep sending me bills while failing to submitting claims to my insurance. I had to manually ask them to bill the right insurance, then call my insurance to get the claims approved. This happened repeatedly. They are the worst healthcare provider I have ever been to.

On the day of the appointment I received a call that appointment needs to be cancelled, when I tried to reschedule it, the next available appointment was after 5 months! I asked if there is any therapist who could see me but was told its only her. We are asked to give 24 hour notice before when cancelling from our end, but that doesnt apply for them. How is this fair!!

Marianna Hendrickx Maureen Berberian is a nurse at Kaiser Gastroenterology Bellevue. She is very incompetent, careless about your future health. She Orders unnecessarily CT Scans with IV Contrast Angiography one after another, exposing you to a big dose of Radiation. She will hide the Radiation fact from you, won’t explain cancer risks from these procedures. She will order you to go do it. Because she doesn’t know anything in medicine. She reads only Radiation tests. She won’t listen to you. I don’t know how such angry person like Berberian can work for public?

Desiree Levings Five stars for Tanya Richmond in the 1A Gastroenterology Surgery Center. It was my one year post-cancer surgery procedure so I was definitely feeling anxiety. From the moment she took me back until I was wheeled in for my exam, she made me feel more at ease. Reminding me to breathe. Gave me a warm blanket and hooked in the warming sheet because I was freezing and afraid. Explained things slowly and thoroughly. Her kindness more than made up for what happened after that. Kindness and compassion. I know we all seem to become another number after a while but, every once in a while someone like Tanya makes us feel human again. Thank you!!

Duane Edwards Ive been a patient here for over 10 years and have found the providers to be excellent. However, it takes 3-6 months to get in to see my doctor so Im never able to get help with new issues, just with annual wellness visits. What really frustrates me though is that even though I cant see my doctor when I need to, because he is so busy, they are making him accept new patients. This is pure management ineptitude, or a really messed up set of goals. Whatever it is, it defeats the purpose of having a primary care physician.

Yana Konstantynova I had the worst experience ever with UW Medicine. First I saw doctors in Factoria location, but I also had to go to Seattle as well because most of the time they dont have any available appointments. Despite seeing several doctors, undergoing numerous lab tests, and taking various medications, my health issues were not resolved. When I called them again with the same concerns and asked to make an appointment to see a doctor, they told me to go to urgent care because my concerns were considered regular and they didnt have any available doctors. So they just ignored my previous treatment history with them and proposed to schedule the next available appointment with a doctor in DECEMBER. If you have any health issues please stay away from UW

Taiko I appreciate the care and expertise of the doctors here—they’ve been consistently excellent. However, the phone service has been extremely frustrating. Despite being the #3 caller in line, I waited over 20 minutes without progress. When I chose the call-back option, the system disconnected, and I never received a return call. Additionally, the phone operator I spoke with was impolite and ended the conversation abruptly without confirming the call was finished, which left me feeling more frustrated with the phone service.

Roxy TheTechNinja First time patient and my experience was amazing. A nice woman greeted me at intake (sorry forgot her name) and Sabrina was funny and engaging as she took my vitals. Dr. Tastet was polite, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in everything related to my wellness so I am appreciative of that extra bit of care. This is actually further away than other UW locations by my home but I needed an immediate appointment and Im glad I made the trip out this way. Ill be back :)

Snow Now Do not recommend. Visited Dr Chan, he got frustrated that I asked him to review genetic testing results ordered by prior physician, misinterpreted them and then tried to blame me for losing some pages (I could see online in my chart that all pages were attached properly). I may be wrong in assessing his competence as low, but surely as a doctor he displayed very low standards of care (no patience or respect, was very annoyed by my questions or doubts, focused on blame shifting and correcting my accent despite his own heavy accent).
