Kasey Kyle Kanchana Allan, ARNP at WWMG - Snohimish Family Practice actively listened to my list of health concerns Ive been delaying addressing/wanting to re-address, and she went through some of my family history, looking at things from a more holistic perspective, which I was very appreciative of. She was personable, friendly, and helpful in performing my annual exam and setting up Referrals to schedule further testing/meet with Specialists, as needed. It was lovely meeting her/her MA and establishing care with them/this clinic. I would recommend her as a PCP to anyone I know. Thank you, Kanchana! :)

Pat Job I just recently completed an appointment with Dr. Mata. This was my second appointment with him since May of this year...2024. My previous physician of 25 years retired at the end of 2023. So for me, it was vital to Find a reputable physician in this area! Dr. Mata was referred to me from a friend. And I have to tell you the transition has been very smooth. Then you add the fact that Dr. Mata is a true professional. I say this because of the first time meeting him during my consultation at the end of May of this last year, I was treated with the Utmost respect, not only by Dr. Mata himself, but the entire staff at WWMG! Like I said, the transition was painless and smooth! Dr. Mata, along with his team at WWMG, hold themselves to a high standard. Thank you! Regards, Patrick J Job

Franciele Alves I have been to this clinic about three or four times and each time it gets worse and worse All they wanted to do is give you very strong medication and tell you to go home. Do not waste your time and money here!

Dana Pollow Great service from Kitty Wiess & WWMG...was able to schedule a new patient appointment within 2 weeks! At my first appt. was able to get 4 things done (i.e. shot, labs, PAP, etc.) Also, imaging called the same day to schedule ultrasound! Amazing! I switched from Optum because the first appointment available wasnt until May 2025!

Barbara Begley Dr. Mata has always provides excellent treatment, care & compassion. He’s given the best referrals to specialist like cardiologist, orthopedics & follows up post treatment. Dr Mata & his staff are easy to talk to & I’ve never felt rushed or hurried. I highly recommend him to family & friends looking for a primary care physician.

Theresa Derosia The staff is very nice and patient. They helped me through a little confusion and went the extra mile to have me be seen when I came in. Doctor Tyler was pleasant and answered my questions. This was my second visit and I appreciate all their efforts to make this visit positive and comfortable. One suggestion would be to have the assistant introduce herself. She was very nice but I like to know first names.

Krista McDowell Everybody here is so friendly and fast! They really do get you in and out with confidence. Even if you have an infection or whatever they tell you exactly how to approach it and make you feel okay! All the dental assistants are so friendly and put you at ease. Front desk staff are on top of things as well and great at their job! All Drs, Dr.Tyler, Dr.Gill & Dr.Hu are amazing!

Rachel Konrad They had availability almost right away and everyone was friendly and respectful. The office was clean and they explained all of my options and checked on my insurance that everything would be covered. It was easy to check in online and they had a cancellation and called me to see if I wanted to come in early and so I did. They made sure I was comfortable and how to communicate if I wasnt and everything went fine. It was quicker than I expected. I would recommend them highly.

Lauren M I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Community Health Center! Doug is an exceptional dental hygienist—thorough, gentle, and a genuinely great person. He always makes me feel at ease, and I leave every cleaning feeling like my teeth are brand new. Now I only want to get my teeth cleaned by him- this is my 3rd year in a row! Dr. Kim is an incredible dentist who somehow makes coming to the dentist fun (who knew that was possible?) She’s extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and her positive energy is contagious. Together, Doug and Dr. Kim make a fantastic team, and I actually look forward to my visits! Highly recommend!

This That Dr. Kim is the best dentist I have ever had. She explained what she is doing before, during and after care. She is kind and always remember to ask even about my daughter. Which is amazing to me because every where I go the quality of care and communal thinking is dead. I just found that only with Dr. Kim so far. Even private dental office doesnt treat me like Dr. Kim. Also, her staff are absolutely amazing and professional. Im really happy with community health in general. It is getting better and better each year, so thank you so much!

Rabindra Pudasaini had a wonderful experience with Athalie during my recent visit. They took the time to thoroughly review my thyroid levels and other blood work. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel truly cared for. I appreciate their proactive approach to my health and their recommendations for continued well-being. I left the appointment feeling confident and supported. Highly recommend!

Steve McDaniel I recently had a dental visit at the Community Health Center of Edmonds, and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The receptionists greeted me with warm smiles and ensured my paperwork was handled efficiently. During my appointment, the dental team was not only professional but also incredibly compassionate. Dr. Christopher Smith took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Dr. Smith was gentle yet thorough, and I appreciated his focus on my comfort throughout the exam. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a reassuring atmosphere. Overall, my visit was a fantastic experience, and I left feeling confident and well-cared for. I highly recommend the Community Health Center of Edmonds for anyone seeking high-quality dental care in a supportive community environment!

Also, the appointment went well and dental assistant explained in details what will happen at my next appointments. Great service & great attitude from staff. Thank you!

Ismail Munisi I recently visited CHC and had an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The nurses were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Aneka was not only professional but also took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel at ease. The level of care I received was truly outstanding, and I left feeling confident in the treatment I received. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Samamtha Corr Our pediatrician is always so thorough and helpful. She takes the time to address everything. Just wish CHC, itself, would contact me before I show up to an appointment that was cancelled. For we have an hour and a half drive to the Dr. The Dr is amazing though

Zachary Abbey I have been coming here for a few years for dental, after a few questionable experiences with private dental offices that soured me a bit on going to the dentist. It has been a huge relief, and become truly inspiring, to find such community-centric, service minded professionals working with the public. Every visit I’ve been grateful for the efficiency of service and the genuine goodwill of the staff, from the front desk to the doctor and hygienist. It feels these are very qualified and capable people, who have chosen to work in the public field because they want to help people. I hope they keep it up and it continues to be a great boon for our region.

Mary Sparling I had a part of my tooth break off the night before so came in first thing in the morning for emergency care. Got lucky with being seen within 30 minutes and they repaired it with an extensive filling (please note that for a walk-in you might have to make another appointment for full treatment due to time constraints, but they try to do whatever they can for you). Dr. Taylor provided excellent compassionate care and advised on how to care for the tooth which will need a crown within a couple months to protect it.

Alona Dereza They dont value time. I had an appointment for my first visit at 6:00 p.m. I came 15 minutes earlier. I was told that the doctor is late and will be able to take ~6:30. I was patient. At the first appointment, while we were collecting data about my health, the doctor said that she had 2 minutes left until the end of the working day. So that I would make another appointment and leave my symptoms for the next time. If anything else bothers me. I took a visit in a week at 5:40 p.m. When I came at 5:25 p.m., I was informed that the doctor was 30-40 minutes late. What will he be able to accept at 6:.. I was asking for time off from work. I have classes at Everet College at 6:10 in the evening. Im just wasting my time. Its not professional. They do not warn about the delay/change in the reception time for earlier. This is the norm for them. Because it was the end of the working day. The doctor said that I will be called back tomorrow and an ultrasound of the thyroid gland will be prescribed. But no one called back on Thursday or Friday. They called back in 4-5 days. I was not prescribed an ultrasound. They just told me which clinic I should call to make an appointment with the gynecologist. Because I asked for a doctors referral for an examination by a female doctor.

Layli Jano The absolute worst physicians assistant visit I’ve ever had in my life. She needs to be fired. I’m filing a complaint with the state Department of health and with the CHC administration. The worst physician assistant. Front desk was also snappy. I’m not sure how this place has so many good reviews. The Physicians assistant canceled on me three Different times. When I got there on time to my appointment, I had to wait two extra hours to get in to my appointment. This is outrageous and needs to be investigated.

pennys ma Outrageous 25% price increases for 2025. Total lack of transparency in billing. I will not continue care with CHC. The first 2 visits were $173 each. The next visit cost an extra $81 because the doctor changed a medication, not a longer visit, just changing to a time-released med. Then the next visits jumped from $173 to $230 in January. That’s a 25% increase, like if your rent went from $3,000 to $4,000 without warning next month. Unbelievable. Unaffordable.

Caroline C. The doctor at this particular VA is very compassionate and understanding, and the staff is exceptionally attentive. I am thankful there is finally a VA clinic not far from my home as it was a more than a hassle driving down to Seattle it up to Mount Vernon.

John Monk I have been constantly falling between the cracks of the VA system and had all but gave up and just didnt care anymore. With call after call after call. Always someone saying that they would do something or leave a message with the right department, only to be let down again. I finally found out that there was a CBOC in Everett that had opened its doors of a brand new building in October 2022. After 5 weeks of telling The VA Hospital to transfer my records to Everett they still had not done it. So I stopped by the Everett CBOC location just before closing and gave them the run down of my situation and they actually listened to me and DID what they said they were going to do... Amazing!! Its only been a few weeks and I have had a face to face with my new primary Docter and her nurse, and more calls from the staff at Everett CBOC, then I had IN 4 years when my charts were in Seattle. So, if you are a Vet that is flustered and irritated that you are not getting the care that you are needing; try Evt CBOC. not all of the departments are up and running currently but they are on the way. THANK YOU EVERETT CBOC!!!

Stephanie Price I walked in on the verge of tears after driving 20 miles to find the clinic and ending up at the Veterans Center instead of the health care location - but the ladies working were SO nice. They really went above and beyond to calm me down and get all of my medical needs taken care of (they even got the lab to take me when they were supposed to be closing down for the day). I cant even imagine the kinds of things the employees here deal with on a day to day basis, especially with how many clinics have shut down and how many veterans have been cycled into other clinics that arent particularly conveniently located - the directions are confusing and Im not even a senior. So again, thank you to everyone who was working Friday the 13th and truly cared about every person who walked through the doors. We appreciate you. The clinic itself is quite nice, everything is shiny and new. I wish Maps would have made my trek easier, but oh well - now I know!

Armchair Pilot Went there looking for help and only got locked out by staff. Staff doesn’t know how to treat veterans with mental health problems so they ban them from getting treatment there. The staff also accuses and harasses those veterans who tried to get help by saying they are a threat.

Especially from Patzy, the receptionist, who helped us... not just me and my daughter, but she had a very kind attitude with EVERYONE, even when at one point she was alone receiving patients, her attitude never changed. And now that we returned, we were also assisted by a young man named Juan, who had an excellent service attitude. Thank you for your care and attention. Barb Keogan I had a recent experience when I was picking up an order from a prescription. My friend who brought me in was adamant about needing a specific name of the item that was not reflected on the prescription, which caused confusion. Chris R., the customer service person helping us went out of his way to confirm we were getting exactly what we needed and was covered by insurance. It was just called something else. We also opened the box and indeed it was exactly what was needed/ordered. Shout out to Chris R for being so professional, positive and working in a de-escalating manner. Your professionalism is outstanding! Thank you!

Marni After working with them for over a month, being told they didnt receive the prescription for a walker three times, having my doctor fax it over while Im on the phone and then being told itll be another week out...Today, I finally called them again after no contact and they inform me they dont take my insurance. This is the first time it was mentioned whatsoever. As a company that supplies things for disabled people, youd think theyd do better. Its quite obvious this company is in the market for big business and not to actually help people. Im so disappointed!

James Cronin 1. The first time I called, I reached a sales associate. He provided me with a non-working email address to send my Rx to. 2. Their online website for submitting Rxs sucks. I dont know if it "took" my request or not. 3. Nobody answers telephone calls. I left a message to call me back on Friday. As of end of business on Monday, no return calls. 4. I went to the Everett store personally Friday afternoon. They could not find any record of my Rx order. They promised me that someone would call me back the following day, Saturday. Hilary Swetnam If I could leave zero stars, I would. Not only has this pharmacy, wasted my time and money it’s happened on Multiple occasions. I came in today to pick up a 60 day supply of my Insulin needles and they had only filled a 14 day supply. I told the person helping me at the pharmacy That I would like to get a 60 day supply instead of a 14 day supply. She told me “ OK, let’s get you checked out and I can do that for you after” Then after she checked me out And I paid for the 14 day supply, She told me I cannot request another refill for another week Because she just dispensed a refill to me now. They seem completely Incompetent and have zero regard for patient’s time and money. Now I have to go back In a week to pick up another one And pay more in total for a 60 day supply because she gave me a 14 day supply at first. I usually pay $12 for a 60 day supply and I paid six dollars today for a 14 day supply. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone ever.

Candice Kacy Whilst I do appreciate the on call nurses especially Teresa for assisting in medications, most of my FILs nurses and care team just didnt help. This is hospice guys, time line being ultimately death, means more than one bath in 3 weeks, when we needed supplies being able to get them instead of only being able to order once a week and oh, showing up when he is actively dying? forget it! I called 8 hours prior to his passing and no one showed up except the chaplain when we were told that we would be the first priority visit in the morning from a nurse. I wont name names but we really shouldnt have to call to ask when the nurse is coming or when the bath aide is coming. Im a nurse so Im fairly used to hospice and home health but the entire process was hard on my mother in law, husband and his brother and if they didnt have me I cant imagine how alone they would of felt. It was almost like, "well they have a nurse there already, she can do it", no im his daughter in law first, not his nurse first. It makes me wonder how many other families feel so alone who dont have a nurse in the family to care for their loved ones? Ive heard great things from other hospices so Id definitely go with them over providence hospice. This whole experience minus a select few left me unimpressed, please do better for your patients who are DYING!!!

Cate Williams I am finding myself not well, at all, with Cardiac issues and as seriously necessary neurosurgery in my near future. I am alone, as my family has passed, and I was very afraid. People from all directions seem to be trying to force me into a family home situation, which I really, really did not want to do. Everything was going wrong and I didn’t know how much more I could take. Then Ty came. She listened. She actually cared. She agreed to come back two more weeks to help me. She was full of information and wisely helped me set a goal. I have hope for the first time in a month. This nurse is a godsend and may actually be an angel. She gave me exactly what I have been needing and begging other professionals to help me with. They made me feel like a throwaway person. Not Ty. She is compassionate, caring, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and I couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you, Ty!

rajeev damani I love this clinic and visit them almost every month. The nurses here are really good. BUT they have 0 regards for patient time. Every time I visit here it takes 2-3 hours from check in to leaving. No body will see you up to 1 hour your appointment time. After that an assistant will see you in a room and then you wait for another 15-25 mins for ARNP to come in. And then after ARNP sees your kid getting after visit summary and instructions take another 15-30 mins. Waiting there with sick kid is no fun!

Alyssa Meals I think whats important to know about this particular urgent care is that they are going to charge you whatever your copay is to get into a room, I guess, and then an extra added fee to see a doctor. We ended up with quite a hefty, unexpected and unavoidable bill and there was nothing actually wrong with our daughter. Cant imagine what the experience (and bill!) would be like if something had been actually wrong.

Abhilasha Shrivastava Our recent visit to the urgent care center for my daughter left us with mixed feelings. While the hospital itself was clean and the staff friendly, the wait time to see a doctor was excessively long, causing frustration and impatience, particularly for young children. We had scheduled an urgent care appointment, hoping for prompt attention. However, we ended up waiting for 1.5 hours before being seen by a doctor. The initial consultation went well as the doctor suggested some medicine. However, we were then asked to wait for paperwork, which took an additional 15-20 minutes. Despite informing the staff that we were still waiting for the paperwork, it took some time for a nurse to bring it to us.

awsm_ mommy Brought my son into the WALK-IN clinic, and was told they were by appointment only today because they were so packed with patients. Its a little after 4, they are open until 7:45, and turning patients away, telling them to go to the ER. As you can see by the photo, they are standing room only. Smh.

Laura Hastings Harvey Providence walk~in clinic is in a convenient location not very far from my home. It is also the location of my primary care, physicians office. I have been using this walk-in clinic for years and am very happy with the doctors and staff. The doctors are thorough and I trust the care that has been provided at this location. It has easy access, prompt service, friendly and professional staff, efficient treatment for minor ailments, and ability to address urgent needs without long wait times. The clinic provides excellent care for quick, non-life threatening issues, making it a great option for immediate medical needs. Thank you

O J Nurse Justin Gill randomly got so sassy and mean towards the end because he said he can only address one issue per visit, even though I had two problems. I was actually in shock by how he was talking, i didn’t even know nurses could be sassy like that towards patients. Now it’s going to be so awkward if I get his sassy self again.

Josh I Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. I noted that they asked patients if they needed translators based on the notes in their records, which is an indicator of their care and attention. Waited about 5-7 mins and was brought in, seen by a doctor and got x rays. It was perfunctory and efficient. It is especially helpful if you are a patient of Swedish since they can see your records and your primary care physician can see the notes.

Hisae Kirby I went to Providence Mill Creek Walk-in clinic. When I was waiting to be called in the waiting room, I saw two patients who checked in after me, but were called before me. I went to the front desk, asked if my condition was not a priority over the two patients, and let them know I was still waiting. The lady told me that the nurse is preparing a room, so I should be called soon. Then again, another patient was called before me who checked in after me. I felt they had forgotten about me or ignored me. A few minutes later, finally, I was called. In the room, I stated to the nurse that three patients who checked in after me were called before me. I felt I was forgotten. She said she was preparing the room, and she got caught by another patient. I was sad and not able to stop my tears from my pain as well as from how I was treated.

Sam On Friday, my toddler was seen at the walk-in they originally rescheduled with us that day at 4:45, but the woman scheduled the wrong day. So my wife took him to the walk in she expressed her concerns and was cut off and told it was covid. When she asked to see the test was denied. She left feeling uneasy so we did a test at home. It came out negative, his symptoms with his sinuses havent improved and now he will have to return to a walk in where he can potentionally get others sick or catch something worse. Idk when not listening to the mom and refusing to do further tests to reassure a parent stopped happening in this world, but I am appalled. I know I shouldnt be surprised as Providence and Swedish have been no better of experience, it is still shocking though.

Jeryle Jenkins Ive been a patient with Chc for yrs. My primary doctor Palau had not taken care of my medical needs. She had told me how the Clinic will no longer give out refferals to pain specialist, I had Sergey on my neck 1-5 I also asked for a MRI for my upper spine. I had been falling ,and in severe pain for 6 months. She disregarded my request for help, and walked out irritated by I requesting mri, pain specialist, did not have any care of what I had asked, as well as what medical conditions I had tried to tell her. I then had peralisis for 4 weeks after I had complained about falling, and severe pain.the remaining verdebres had been collapsing I went for emergency Sergey fusing the rest of my neck 4-7 . Being I went through peralisis I had to go through rehabilitation. I was doing much better after , but still in serious pain not only from my intire neck being fused, but my lower spine, and upper. I returned to Chc for my medical conditions 8 weeks after my 2nd Sergey then was made to reduce medications. Emidiatly I was in tremendous pain from all my medical conditions.so I did inform my primary doctor Dr. Tran she only ignored my serious conditions as well as asking for a specialist. I asked her many times to help me find a doctor, but I was told that there were any available. I believed that she would help me,however I found that she had never even looked at all.she also never gave me information that there are doctors that do consultations for medication, and that they help patients with my medical conditions. I was in tremendous pain, and still I am not capable of doing much at all aside from lying down I had made 6 appointments in 1 month due to severe pain, and still not being helped she did recommend that I see mental health! My god... I had been on 4 months of trying to heal from Sergey of intire neck as well as having issues with upper, and lower spine. I now see Dr Grady she had given me 2 more pain medications a day 5th month. I am still in ext pain unable to get through a day without wanting to get to er.. I was told that adjusting medication wont do any good so still not being cared for by only opinion of their own I now have to go through another Sergey to correct what has been damaged. My experience with Chc has been awful I now have more issues with my health due to the dont care even animals are treated better! I now have more issues with my health than I could imagine what really gets me is I was never given a chance to heal !! Do not see these people for anything but a cut or a cold otherwise your health issues will be deteriorating Oh by the way I had to give a rate in order to make any kind of statement. Just do not get mixed up with this Clinic not professional at all only their own options that is in the way of patients health.

Kelly Malone I gave birth in October 2023, I was seen at the Everett clinic for my pregnancy and I was so pleased with my care, always so friendly. I had a 39 week induction and it took a long time due to my sons position and I ended up with a c section but my nurses throughout labor were so kind and helpful and encouraging. My OBGYN Dr. Demas came in and did my C section for me and they had nurses in the OR with me that I was familiar with which was very comforting. Postpartum care was amazing, Dr. Demas came in personally to check my incision and swelling the morning I was discharged and all the nurses during my postpartum stay were amazing, they got me extra mesh undies and pads, offered to watch my newborn while I slept, my water was never empty and everyone in general was so amazing. I saw a lactation consultant next door for feeding issues and saw Nurse Rene and she was so helpful to me and made me so comfortable. My induction was a really scary process for me but everyone made me feel so comfortable and kept me calm and Im forever grateful for the team I had.

Erika Lyv THE AFTERCARE HERE IS HORRENDOUS! My birth was good so was my care during pregnancy. However after my birth I called multiple times and complained that things were not healing correctly. I had to get pushy and eventually got seen not once but twice because I was told that everything was fine and wanted a second opinion. Things have not been fine and now I have to go to get reconstructive surgery done because things did not heal correctly. Whoever stitched me did a terrible job when I tell you NOTHING healed together I mean it. I knew things were not healing properly, but they kept telling me everything was fine and now our insurance will not cover fixing this because now it’s considered reconstructive surgery. I got an IUD placed and I have been bleeding for months with cramping and they tell me that all of this is normal after doing an online search I was supposed to have a one month check on it to see if it was placed correctly and they haven’t done that or informed me that I needed to do that. I am completely unimpressed. They want to do everything correctly and great up until your baby is out and then they dump you.

Jaelyn Wallace My husband and I moved across the country midway through my first pregnancy. After looking at various local providers, I decided on Providence. After my first appointment, I noted extreme improvement from my previous provider - My midwife, Ashley, was attentive, knowledgeable, and understanding of not only physical but emotional needs. She was patient, and consistently reviewed and followed-up on previous appointment’s discussions and/or concerns. I have never felt so comprehensively understood by a practice. I also interacted with other midwives upon visits to Triage towards the end of my pregnancy. They were all exceptional. Unfortunately, due to increasing blood pressure, I had to cut my pregnancy short and begin an induction. Although the induction was hard, every nurse I encountered was professional and reassuring. Not only will I eventually return, but I will recommend the Pavilion to others.

Devin Overall the nurses in the triage and labor room were good and in the overnight room. Except my problem was that one of the nurses that was assisting with my fiancé was trying to pull the placenta out when it hurt my fiancé. So my fiancé spoke up and told the nurse to wait until it pushes out on their own. They should know better. It’s bulls***. Along with the triage that sent us home the same day we went into labor even though she was in pain with every contraction so I had to make a second trip back. I understand if someone isn’t dilated to a certain amount but if someone is leaving to go home in pain especially pregnant that’s not a good practice. All they could offer was sleep medicine so my poor fiancé was tired along with going into labor…Towards the end of discharge the nurses were amazing. But you guys really need to get rid of the nurses that have a stick up their a** to rush. I’m just leaving an honest review because some of these nurses need to find a different job or be trained better.

This clinic has great and friendly staff. The wait times can sometimes be a bit long when waiting in the room for the doctor or nurse, but it is what it is.

Joey Moore As others have said in their reviews, the rudest front desk people I have ever encountered in any professional environment. I went in today for a letter that was supposed to be ready yesterday. A curly haired front desk person cut me off when I was explaining what I meant and then immediately told me she couldn’t help. Apparently I was at the wrong location. I asked her to call the other office, another Everett Clinic, and her and the other front desk person (who was literally shaking her head “No”while I was talking to the curly haired person) decided they would not even call. In the end, they printed me an unsigned letter and directed me to drive 30 minutes out of my way. When I made it to the other facility, they were baffled at why Snohomish didn’t just call to find out what was going on. Don’t go here!

Chr Pow A Cautionary Tale of Neglect, Mismanagement and the hell of " Retail Medicine" After undergoing a frustrating and costly 1+ year experience with a "house call doctor$" service in Everett for my Testosterone Replacement Therapy, l compelled me to share my ordeal. Initially, the process seemed straightforward, but it quickly, after the first visit, devolved into a disorganized and financially draining nightmare. I embarked on this journey only to be met with exorbitant fees, totaling over $500 just for the intake appointment. The prescriptions, which cost an additional $200 for a two-month supply, were sourced from a pharmacy in Florida and were perpetually late, with an ever-changing brand name/ supplies. Conversations with a naturopath later revealed that the same treatment could be obtained for as little as $25 a month using RX coupons, with the convenience of local pharmacy pick-up. Regrettably, Ive experienced extended periods without my necessary treatment, despite having paid in advance. Whenever I inquired about the status of my prescription, I was assured it was on its way, only to be charged again for the next two-month cycle without receiving the prior shipment. Adding insult to injury, I was then informed that a blood draw was required before my medication could be dispatched. This was despite being told previously that it wasnt necessary. The cost for blood work at their clinic ranged from $100 to $200, significantly higher than at LabCorp. The inefficiency didn’t end there. Promises of a refund for the double charge on a single treatment round have gone unfulfilled for nearly two months. Communications have been sporadic, with calls during work hours and emails from staff lacking any real understanding of my medical history or current needs. The only consistency was the arrival of a different brand of TRT, sans the promised vitamin B12 injections intended to boost my energy levels. While the staff, including the doctor, was invariably kind, their friendliness does little to compensate for the ethical and potentially illegal practices Ive encountered. I am now out $400 with nothing to show for it, facing both financial loss and the adverse effects of untreated hormonal imbalance. My advice to others seeking TRT: avoid this service. Consider consulting with a naturopath where the treatment is not only more affordable but also more reliable. Despite the pleasant demeanor of the staff, the underlying issues of this operation remind me of my bartending days, with Florida pharmacies playing the role of an unnecessary middleman, profiting at the patients expense. I am documenting every interaction and considering contacting the Better Business Bureau should this situation remain unresolved. While I hesitate to label this service a scam outright, it unquestionably qualifies as a rip-off. Save yourself the money and the frustration; there are better, more economical options available for TRT.

Sasha Galeev Save your time and go somewhere else for medical care. The setup of the office made me feel uncomfortable and exposed. The physical exam “room” is located right outside the waiting room which did not have insulation. I felt that people were able to hear my conversation with the doctor between the thin “walls.” Afterwards, I was sent off elsewhere to complete my blood work. They do not offer in-house blood work which makes coming here inconvenient. I needed to speak with Dr. B because the lab diagnostics were ordered incorrectly, and the front desk staff ignored my calls making it impossible to get a hold of Dr. B. When the secretary did pick up the phone it was unprofessional and my concerns were disregarded. I sat in a lab corp facility for 3 hours waiting for the correct orders to be entered! Either the front desk staff have no communication with the doctor, or the doctor did not care that I was waiting. Although Dr. B is very knowledgeable, the way she runs her office and staff is unacceptable.

John Babbitt I showedup for two appointments on time. After waiting in an exam room for an hour, an assistant finally shower up and told me that the Dr would NOT be seeing me and asked me to reschedule. After ordering my complete medical history for the Dr to review my file and continue refilling my current medications, it took over a month to see the Dr again. I made a new appointment and showed up on time, and once again I sat in the exam room for 45 minutes and was never seen by the doctor. No call of apology or attempt to reschedule and after several calls to the dr, I was told that I cannot refill my current prescriptions. I’m never going back there again. Totally disrespectful and a giant waste of my time.

Emma Passaglia Everyone here is super nice and professional, but Ive struggled with this office for several months. Theyve given me the wrong prescriptions, spelled my name wrong on prescriptions, etc. Not a huge deal as everyone makes mistakes! Whats been frustrating is that when you call, someone rarely picks up the phone, and the voice-mail box is always full. Its a lovely little clinic, but personally I need a group that responds faster to some of the things I need. That being said Dr. Bernadette is so awesome, I felt so comfortable with her. I also appreciated the super cheap copay for the office (could vary depending on your insurance), especially since I was recently unemployed. And the building the office is in is so cute and lovingly decorated

J P Let me preface this by saying I don’t like being one of these people. But I think people deserve to know what they’re getting into when they receive healthcare through the Everett Clinic. I have been going here for YEARS now, and the only reason I stay is the convenience of keeping my frequent medical records together. I have a mystery illness that nobody can seem to figure out — possibly autoimmune. Over the last several months I have seen ophthalmology, neurology, gotten multiple blood draws, an EKG, and had FOUR MRIs done. Nobody has found anything. They sent me in a loop with specialists and when I finally reached neurology, after months of lab work, she basically told me she couldn’t find anything and that “since I’m not having symptoms right now there’s nothing to treat” okay… like I haven’t been chronically i’ll for multiple years now. That’s where my treatment ended. No answers at all. So I spent thousands and thousands of dollars for a bunch of doctors to shrug their shoulders and move on, even though my blood test results came out abnormal. But besides the point of nobody can figure out what’s wrong with me, they overbook their doctors so heavily that sometimes it can literally take months to get an appointment. I scheduled an appointment in October with the soonest opening in March. They called me today (February) and told me I had to reschedule. I will not be doing that, since now their openings are in November. I have waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes (half an hour after my appointment time) just for them to tell me that I need to reschedule cause they overbooked. But then they charge me for cancelling without 24 hours notice. Save yourself the time and money if you can. I don’t know the state of other clinics but this one hasn’t helped me with much other than growing my debt. It sucks.

saige My doctor told me to go, all because I began experimenting with evolving past the need for REM sleep. Eventually, I drove down there from Island County. They were very nice to speak with, and everything seemed to be going well, promising, even… but then they tried to lock me away against my will. I wasn’t even a threat to myself or others. I had to run back to my car just to get out, because they said they were calling people to come get me. It’s a fine establishment if you are open to being held in captivity. Just prepare to have all your ducks in a row before visiting. For example, I said, “I cannot voluntarily admit myself into overnight care; it is finals week at school.” To which they said, “You will not be finishing anyway.” Well, I just finished with all A’s. Do what’s best for yourself. Reluctance is different than rebellion. If you feel reluctant, listen to it. Be careful who else you listen to.

Fisher Foutch They are only getting 2 stars because of the nurse that did our intake! She was amazing other than that its BS they dont really care its basically a list of places to seek help which anyone who has been dealing with mental health knows is the worst. everyone is booked out months and I just felt really unheard and Im so sick of hearing what doctors wont do everyone automatically thinks oh Drug seekers because your son needs something to relax its really awful especially when you know your loved one can potentially escelate into a potential suicide attempt my son has never had a drug problem and if they look at the file they can see he gets maybe 15 a year only for emergencies so we dont end up back in the ER from a scary situation. Im just so sick and tired of the medical field at providence and its gross neglect of patients daily and that is supposed to be our #1 hospital in the region not to mention the rude cold lady at the front desk who DEFINITELY needs to be in a different line of work!!! she has ZERO compassion or understanding for the people she deals with daily she should work in a prison or Smokey point behavioral health which is simialr facilities the mental health care at this facility is gross they give you a pill n let you go never checking in or even taking a message to see how it is working they do not refill n they dont check in you have to sit n wait 3 to 4 hours to be seen again thats if you will even be seen at all its gross behavior by our mental health providers PLEASE HELP OUR MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM YOU ARE FAILING OUR COMMUNITY!!! Jenn G The care itself was great, but the front desk woman didn’t attach my insurance to the visit and I received a bill to pay out of pocket. Also, like others have said, the faster you fill out the paperwork, the sooner you’ll be seen. I felt guilty being seen sooner than the other patient who had been there before me, who was clearly in psychiatric distress. Their billing line is continually 40 people in line whenever I call. I’m still trying to fix the problem. Such a nice surprise for a visit for extreme anxiety.

Marianna Ouellette Although I have never met or spoken to Dr. Thyerlei, I am extremely disappointed in her willingness to provide care. I have been searching for a doctor who provides POTS care (as I have a suspected diagnosis from an ER physician), and she is the only one in the area. I had two referrals, one from my pcp and another from an Optum doctor. Both of which were rejected because my pcp is not an Optum doctor. My clinic doesn’t have a neurology department and I have been with my pcp for a long time now. I think it’s extremely unprofessional to “pick” your patients and not provide care. I have had to go out of state for care now with over a years wait. Sounds like I will be relying on Dr. Google to provide better care than this physician.

C Hovey My wife started having seizures 2 years ago. Dr. Thyerlei has been no help to find a cause. She finally is switching doctors.

Emma Scott In September I woke up in the middle of the night to my husband having a seizure. I had no idea what was happening and called 911. He was foaming at the mouth and convulsing. He didn’t know who I was, where he lived, or what was happening. We ended up seeing Dinah Thyerlei maybe a week or two after the ER. I had just changed jobs and my health insurance hadn’t started yet, so we had an $8k medical bill. At our next follow up appointment I explained that I thought he was having a different type of seizure several times per day and during his sleep after researching on the Epilepsy Foundation website. He had every symptom that was listed on one type of seizure. We had an EEG that she deemed abnormal, but no diagnosis. She called it “abnormal behavior”. He is on anti seizure meds for 3 months and she sent us on our way. She has no empathy, no compassion. She said that he’s not allowed to drive until he has gone 6 months without an “episode” yet still no diagnosis of a seizure disorder. His job is driving, then up on ladder with tools installing blinds. We applied for paid medical leave through the state to help make ends meet during this time and it has to be signed by the doctor. She took it upon herself to write on the side of the form that “he can otherwise work”. There is no space on the forms for the doctors opinion, it is solely asking does this person have a serious medical issue. Thankfully we were approved despite her attempt to thwart our ability to access a benefit we pay for and desperately needed. We have requested a referral to UW Medical to get the help my husband needs, as we were never going to get it with this horrible excuse for a doctor. I have never experienced a doctor that has no regard for the suffering of a human being physically and financially. If you want someone who cares, avoid this woman.

Ruthie Kay I came to this ER and for 40 minutes was the only person crying, moving around in pain and asking for help. When I walked up to this nurse, I said I was leaving because I couldnt wait any longer. I was crying and begging for help. She rolled her eyes at me and said shed put me at D-90. She then called someone else and walked away. I tried to wait there. When I realized I wasnt going to talk to a provider, I went up to her again and said I was leaving. She said, "okay, bye." While barely looking at me. I understand you have to cover your ass but to deny I was in distress when I was crying, begging for help and to state you advised me against leaving when you didnt is shocking. I cant believe you would lie like this in a chart note, hence why Im publicly posting it. I came here because the pain was so unbearable I couldnt drive any longer but I am now going to go to another hospital. How many times a day do you guys lie on chart notes?

Gina Beaudette What was once a great institution is now of very low quality. Even worse, that quality has become their culture and is reflected in the callousness of the staff, as seen especially in the ER. If you can, go elsewhere. I arrived with severe left sided abdominal pain three days after a colonoscopy but, because I have a high tolerance for pain and can maintain composure, the nurse was dismissive, chatted my husband up, inserted a port, and sent us to the waiting area. After waiting five hours while struggling with sharp stabbing pain, I asked to have the port removed so I could get care elsewhere and the male at the front desk argued with me: "Where are you going to get care when you leave here?!", "You should expect to have to wait seven hours when you come to our ER", and "If someone comes in who is sick then they will be put in front of you." To the man at the medical side of the check in desk: At MINIMUM you should have inquired about my symptoms, why I was there, and then with compassion let me know an approximate wait time until I could see a doctor. Instead you expected me to wait silently and suffer with no idea when or if I would be seen. If a patient wants to leave and you cant answer simple questions at least dont argue with them! This is a simple matter of respect and compassion, something their ER staff clearly dont care about. I went to the Everett Clinic walk in who did immediate imaging, diagnosis, and initiated treatment. Of note is that this ER wants urine samples right away with no clear answer why, send you to the bathroom in the waiting area to do it, and you are expected to hold that urine sample the entire time you wait. One man asked the front desk (where many medical staff from the back were gathered laughing and chatting with each other) what he was supposed to do with it and they told him to hold on to it instead of taking it back for him. Disgusting and unsanitary. I walked mine to the back hallway and gave it to a nurse but that poor man had to hold his.

Gazelle Williams The staff seems incompetent or the just did not care. From the nurse to the food sever. The surgery staff were better even though the nurse cause my husband to blood all over himself. I never seen blood gushing out of a vein before. She finally stopped it. That just one bad thing that happened in less then 24 hours.
