courtney bingham I really like Dr. Kidane. He is very personable and so great with kids. I brought my 3 youngest in with me for my babys first well check. The kids were getting a little fussy waiting. Dr. Kidane interacted with them, made them a balloon and was able to get them to settle down while he finished the rest of the exam. He was thorough and very knowledgeable when I had questions. I would recommend him.

Mitchell Crook Eyob Kidane is the man. He genuinely cares and listens. He’s highly intelligent and well-studied. His care is phenomenal and I highly recommend him.

Jennifer Chism Absolutely wonderful provider! I hadn’t had a primary care in over a year and I had a list of issues I wanted to talk about. He went over each issue one by one and made a plan. I would absolutely recommend him!

Gabriel Fuller My visit with Miramar was immaculate. My PCP was Sydney Phipps. She listened to all my concerns in relations to my health and what I was needing as a patient. Typically most of my visits with providers are quick and short which is a let down because it feels they just want to get me in and out and move on to the next patient but she and her team went above and beyond and took their time which I greatly appreciated. It is difficult to find great health care and PCPs these last few years but Sydney and her team I highly recommend. Thank you and I look forward to continuing to come back to your facility for outstanding care.

Sara Mahood The staff is quite friendly.. no matter if you’re getting checked in, on the phone or being brought to your exam room, you get to feel the definition of quality throughout the staff. Dr. Cheng is kind and proactive in establishing a plan for your health and giving a realistic expectation of the healing process.

Michael Edith Zaragosa is an amazing Primary Care Practitioner, she listens and cares about her patients. Unfortunately the office staff and nurses are unprofessional. I have to call repeatedly to ask for simple things like a prior-authorization to refill a standing prescription. I have been told 4 times in 5 business days that someone would call me back and no one ever does. Almost every time I call back myself (a business day later) there is no progress on my request, nor even a record that I called, and we start the request process all over again. Beyond frustrated; I am actively looking for a new Primary Care Provider now.

Valorie Severance I had a very poor experience with my provider and I am not blaming her for it. I blame the management as they have unreasonable meanings of how they see care and treatment. I blame the government and thank God for President Trump that he is going to turn the whole healthcare system around

Carolina Abundis My children see Dr.Goodman who is an amazing doctor. Unfortunately, he was booked and my 6 week old baby needed to see a doctor urgently regarding a rash that has been progressing and spreading all over his body. When I called for an appointment, we were scheduled with Thomas Jenkins. After an hour wait, he walked in and said oh its acne I cant prescribe anything sorry and as he attempted to walk out after only being in the room for about 20 seconds, I asked him to please take a look at my sons body not just glance at his face. Thomas Jenkins then said even if it was something I cant prescribe anything sorry and before he walked out he said well I dont want to keep you waiting any longer. Ive never experienced this low level medical care in my life. Today my son woke up with an elevated temperature and eyes nearly swollen shut! I will be returning, but ONLY when my children are scheduled with Dr.Goodman who I highly recommend.

Shawna Woody Cant get a prescription right the first or second time. He seemed very distracted by the medical student shadowing him. He will also fill out paperwork incorrectly causing you to pay over $400 just for blood work. He is extremely incompetent.

Paige Bryan I completely agree with Shawna I had come there looking for new primary and he took me off all my meds my old dr was giving me saying the meds I’ve been on since childhood he doesn’t feel comfortable prescribing them to me bc of my past and tattoos he assumes I will just do negative things with it I’ve had hip pain for years and rheumatoid arthritis and he told me my hip pain is from a pulled muscle guess those takes 4 to 5 years to heal and cause a huge amount of pain only in the joint, my old dr found bone growths from arthritis on my hip joint but he says it’s just a pulled hip flexor he is very incompetent and doesn’t listen and if I say anything he always has an argument against it I’m positive he didn’t even look at my medical records

Amy Finke I have seen Dr. Brussow twice in the last 6 months as a new patient. I was pleased with his kindness, demeaner and expertise. I felt heard. Our long time family doctor just retired and , I feel lucky to have become his patient . I like that he is young and wont be retiring for many years .

TJ McDonald WoW, this was the fastest, most efficient doctor visit Ive ever been a part of. Scheduled online, walked straight in. The nurse took info and vitals. Then the doctor tagged in. I was out in 15 minutes total with my prescriptions.

Sara Welch They charge you for a visit after telling you at the visit they cant see you so you have to pay for a visit at another clinic. $150 to be told we cant see you for that. Insurance wont cover it because no service rendered. Beware. Call before going, theyre unwilling to work with you

Carol Simmons I had an appointment that I made for 4:00 today. To find out the doctor showed up 10 minutes after 4 p.m. and there was other people sitting in the room that had an appointment before me. This is unacceptable. They are on our time just as well as we are on theirs you dont want us to be late for her appointments but here you are just nonchalantly walking in.

Darla Crookshank Admittance was very easy. The staff was very courteous. The nurses were very nice. Facility was very clean. Surgery went well. Discharge was done in a timely manner. The follow-up was unexpected. I received a call the following day to see how things were going and if I had any questions. Overall I was very satisfied with the services at Skagit Valley Hospital.

Varyl kelly I had a laparoscopic robotics assisted surgery for my abdominal hernia. From the time I arrived to Skagit Valley Hospital until I left to go home the Skagit team of nurses Doctors Anesthesiologist and everyone! Made my surgical experience top notch! I will also add that I was a nurse at Skagit for 25 years and having this experience personally as a patient Reconfirms my opinion of the high quality of patient care Skagit Hospital provides to patients. Dr Hawkins was my Surgeon and Dr Winn was my Anesthesiologist. Along with their top notch surgical skills they are compassionate and wonderful doctors that I highly recommend. Every single nurse treated me with kindness and excellent care which made a somewhat scary situation comfortable and not scary at all. Skagit Valley Hospital in my opinion is a 10 out of 10 in the realm of hospitals

Danielle My husband has stage 4 colon cancer and was transferred to SVH from Cascade hospital after complications with a surgery and the urgent need to start chemo. This was a 10 day stay in the hospital and I couldnt have asked for a better team. The nurses and doctors here are wonderful. The nurses would pop-in and check on him even if he wasnt their patient that shift. From the bottom of my heart, thank you SVH providers and staff.

I was recently there for an endoscopy and colonoscopy and the doctors and nurses and staff made it as easy and painless as possible, they kept me informed and provided great care from check-in to check-out and even called the next day to check on me.

Pat Lane Everyone at SRH is wonderful. Very patient and kind and cheerful. My surgery went off without a hitch. Just wish I didn’t have to be there at 5:00 a.m. and then sit and wait for an hour. But all the attendants are very efficient and helpful. I will be happy to go back for more services.

misho petross Horrible service, Lourdes is in the business of scamming patients, told me I have to go in to pay a copay just so they can prescribe an inhaler when they know I have asthma, and they refuse to do refills because I haven’t done a co pay every time I bring it up they say it’s about having a visit it lasts less than a minute and the care provider tells me I still have asthma and charges the 30$ not much of a visit, don’t let yourself get scammed by Lourdes.

Erika Young Difficult, impatient, and rude. Will be calling this in because of the insensitivity to someone suffering from a recent suicide of a loved one and diagnosed low blood pressure when I came in. I needed patience and compassion. When I didnt answer the cancer questions fast enough, I could see she was getting visibly irritated when I told her I was nervous and asked for her patience. She got more angry when I told her that shes the professional and I should not be treated like this. A professionals number one goal should be to do no harm and to be kind and understanding. I was visibly nervous and shaking, and this doctor did not care. Instead, she threw me out like I was trash because I questioned her attitude towards me. Is this what professional care is these days? Its not a drive-through....youre dealing with real people, and maybe try switching places??? This has never happened to me in a setting, and your office will be hearing from the correct people so that a lesson is learned. If its bad enough, where I actually need to say something, then its bad.

N Blue A complete joke like most other large system health providers. Note the omission of ‘care’. I scheduled as a new patient because the website boldly proclaimed “accepting new patients”. Apparently, this was not the case as I found out upon arrival to my appointment, a mere month after booking. From their IT to their front desk I was once again able to experience ineptitude at levels I’ve only come to know with hospitals and clinics. I won’t say the Doctor’s name because it’s not his fault, merely those tasked with establishing patient trust in every other facet of the business. Thanks for scribbling the name and number of another Lourdes-associated provider for me on a post-it note. It’s in the trash bin across the hall. A waste of paper, waste of time, waste of money.

Nora Hastings I have had such a positive experience with Lourdes Family Medicine & Primary Care. I have been a patient for about a year. I usually see Caitlyn Uhnak, who is absolutely wonderful. She listens to my concerns and really tries to help me, not just brush off my symptoms. This week, I came down with Covid, and they squeezed me in for a same day video appointment, where I saw another provider, who was equally as wonderful. Office staff are also friendly when I visit. 10/10, absolutely recommend.

Trishia Garcia The lady’s at the labs during check in have no clue what they are doing. They have you check in then let you wait an hour in a half then finally call you up to see if you got a text message to register! Then inform you you have to get back in the line after your done. I had a co worker there at an hour before me and took an hour 15 to let her know they thought it was a double so they deleted it then they put her back in then 30 mins later said they can’t take her lab work order there. What a waist of time. I had to go to a different lab also because I didn’t have time to wait another hour to wait.

Laura homola Don’t recommend Pickett to do your baby’s circumcision, you pay 400$ to get it done and he doesn’t do it right. Very disappointed. He left almost all the skin and so there has been nothing but problems with it. I have another boy that got it done by the residency and they did an awesome job. Never once had a problem. Wish there was some way to get refunded for the horrible job he did

LeAnna Arneson Dr.Pickett takes time to listen and really figure out what’s going on. As someone who has been to many doctors for being chronically ill, I have found great help from him and I’m grateful for the work he’s put into helping me with my daily pain, and flares.

Nichole Jensen I don’t understand why they have 2.8 stars. These people have seen me and my son 2 times now and it’s been the best experience ever. They are kind and caring. Everything you want in an urgent care. Thank you to the team who took care of us the other night when my som had cut his finger. It was 5 minutes to close. My husband ran inside in panic mode. And instead of telling us no (like health first urgent care) did down the street. They took us right away. I love their team.

maria uribe The one star is because the receptionist and the nurse were very kind. So I went in because Ive been having painful urination, pressure to my lower abdomen and cramping for about 4-5 days and just overall just not feeling well. Since I dont have a doctor yet, I decided to go to this place. The PA told me that because my urine was clear and showed no infection was present she could not give me anything. I told her that I have frequent UTIs, at least 5 times a year. Even though I told her about all my symptoms, she still insisted that she would not give me anything. 3 days later I couldnt handle the discomforts anymore, so I went somewhere else, I ended having a fever along with all my symptoms. I was given antibiotics and thankfully Im feeling so much better. The only reason I would probably go back to this place is if I break my toe and I need some tylenol

SlicedHam Went to a different Urgent Care first and didnt get any answers or help. Eric Pearson at Lourdes Urgent Care was amazing! He listened to our concerns and addressed our needs. We had 8 days of misery, but 24 hours after our visit with PA Pearson, things started turning around. The staff at Lourdes Urgent Care was great, the online appointment system was easy and we got in quickly. Thanks!

Casey Ramos Took my son in for an ear infection. Was told his medicine was at one location, went and waited for almost an hour, called the urgent care receptionist and she assured me it was at the original location. Called the urgent care receptionist back after almost another hour and was told they had sent it to another location, went to that location the next day and was told it was at a completely other location, and wouldn’t be ready until early evening. Communication from the urgent care unit was severely lacking.

M I My 3 kids see Dr. Richardson he is great! I have also heard wonderful things about Dr. Brady from my sisters. I see Dr. Gloria for my primary care and my parents Dr. Hornell. My experience with all the mentioned Drs has always been the best service! They listen, they are compassionate and they take care of business. The quality of care my family has received at this clinic is 5 star service!

Elaine A. Terrible customer service. The receptionist spelled my name wrong despite giving her my drivers license and verifying it on the phone. It cost me $500 with insurance to be a new patient. The nurse was in a rush and didnt ask about family history or supplements. The doctor ordered a blood work test that charged my insurance $600. The blood work came back normal. The issue of hives was not addressed. The doctor wouldnt refer me to a dermatologist until I had two months of chronic hives.

Miranda Stonestreet Michelle the receptionist is very rude, let’s not even get into the fact that their Dr’s who have been seeing the same patient for 4+ years can’t write a prescription correctly to save his life. After at least a year of dealing with incorrect proscriptions, missing work to try to handle it. And countless phone calls I’m done. Not only do they just forward your call and lie about the manager being in a meeting but they talk in circles and aren’t willing to admit that they are all incompetent. Absolutely see why they have horrible ratings and reviews. It’s really sad because my son loves his Doctor but the care he is receiving is sub par to say the least. And I am the mom who will call over and over until someone can figure out what way is up and what way is down. I have all the messages from MyChart showing that this isn’t something that’s happened once or twice but about 6 times.

Elisa Powell Dr.Pickett is great. Saw my daughter first; somehow it was covered by insurance. I then established care and after appointment found that doctor was no longer covered. $300 later both insurance and clinic were sorry no one mentioned this. Premera is not an insurance that covers this clinic. I was told it was the patients responsibility to ensure doctors are preferred providers. I agree; but if you ask for my insurance at time of appointment; shouldn’t your staff know that the doctor is not a preferred provider too? I waited 6 months to establish care and now I am back to square one.

White Summer I have been taking my daughter to DR. Darvin every appointment has been okey she has brushed off every symptom I’ve told her even after multiple visits to the ER for my 4 year old… And then I went today I got attacked and yelled at by the doctor because she was acting like I wasn’t taking care of my daughter symptoms when I’ve had multiple ER visits I have scheduled multiple appointments for the same thing and she basically yelled at me the The whole appointment didn’t give me room to ask Questions and was out of the room before I knew the appointment was even over and then the way she made the nurse Schedule my appointment like I wasn’t gonna bring my daughter back I felt extremely disrespected, and I couldn’t say anything Signs all over saying it’s harassment is harassment to stick up for yourself is this clinic?

Shay Flory I dealt with this man and his partner when he worked in Wenatchee. I was having issues they did a colonoscopy and NEVER got back to me. Years later I move back home and it’s getting worse. I get referred to him he does another scope and again no fallow up. Rude, cut me off made me wait almost an hour in the room does the scope and no word back. I call I’m blown off and so upset I ask for a referral to someone else. They call his office to request my record and he CANCELS my other referral and says he’s treating me and I don’t need them to fallow up. Takes months before I find out what’s going on and AGAIN insist on another doctor. I FINALLY get seen a YEAR later by the new doctor at the office and when I tell you the horror on that man’s face when he realized that they found on the scope that I have UC and it’s been going untreated for years. In the mean time I’m sick and loosing hours at work and time with my daughter. It was a nightmare. Please please DONT SEE THIS GUY!

Sweets Herbalist (Patti) I had my colonoscopy done today. My appointment was at 12pm and by 2pm I was in my room waiting for the procedure. There are many factors as to why the wait time was so long. Either they were short staffed or patients arrived late to their appointment. Regardless of the reason, patience is a virtue. The staff were very hospitable and apologized for the wait time. The doctor introduced himself and was very friendly. He asked if I had any questions, I said no. Overall, the procedure went very well. I also appreciate the synergy the staff had and their music choice before I went under. I knew I was going to be in good hands.

Ricardo L I had a translator, the doctor did not let me explain my problem, he simply interrupted me and did not let me finish, I asked him something again and the translator seemed to be afraid to ask the doctor and simply did not do it, it seemed like he feels very superior to his patients (the doctor)and they do not deserve his time.

Cee If I could do ZERO STARS I most definitely would give that to him!!! Waited over 45 minutes in my room no sorry nothing. He walked in said his name and thats it. He had all my paper work and I still had to go on my phone and show him my test results because he didn’t wanna take the time to look at my papers and then was told I had no ultrasound and finally decided to look back through my papers and was like oh yup it’s right here. This doctor is suppose to help and make others feel comfortable and he did the absolute opposite he had no interaction as well as his nurse and was rude. I already called my primary doctor for a referral to go somewhere else!!!
