4 /5 Sweets Herbalist (Patti): I had my colonoscopy done today. My appointment was at 12pm and by 2pm I was in my room waiting for the procedure.
There are many factors as to why the wait time was so long. Either they were short staffed or patients arrived late to their appointment. Regardless of the reason, patience is a virtue.
The staff were very hospitable and apologized for the wait time. The doctor introduced himself and was very friendly. He asked if I had any questions, I said no. Overall, the procedure went very well. I also appreciate the synergy the staff had and their music choice before I went under. I knew I was going to be in good hands.
