5 /5 Viajero1: Jeremy exemplifies excellent customer service. He explained thoroughly what the problem was with my muffler and recommended an inexpensive solution. I appreciate his honesty and the fair price for the evaluation. They charge $125/hour for shop time. Toyota of Renton charges $180.34/hour. From now on, whenever I don’t have to go to Toyota for an issue with my RAV4, I will definitely go to Advance Auto Tune instead.

While the excellent mechanics here can work on any sort of issue, they provide really extraordinary value for my personal and business vehicles. Not only have the issues been consistently resolved, but the owner Jeremy and the other mechanics have always left me with enough knowledge to watch out for future issues. Update: Took car back in for another issue and had another great experience. Really like this shop. The folks who work here are knowledgeable and lovely to work with.
