5 /5 Brandi Abken: I can’t put in words how amazing everyone in this office has been throughout this whole process. To the upfront receptionist to the repair shop, and the evaluator’s. Gary was in charge of my repairs and the fact he was so incredibly considerate of all my concerns and answered all questions I had, regardless of the time of day he was always there with info. Gary and his team went above and beyond and was willing to work on a Saturday to get me back on the road. Sadly there was a little delay at no fault of their’s. Yet when my RAV was ready for pickup Gary insisted to deliver my car since I was still at work. The professionalism they have at this shop is top notch. The attention to detail at was incredible my RAV 4 looks brand new. They even took the time to wash, vacuum and wipe down everything before returning it to me. Thanks again for all your hard work and the consistency, quality of work and procession you provide for our community. I’ll most definitely recommend this company to friends and family. 5 /5 Patty Armstrong: Caliber was great to work with! The car that needed repair is our tow vehicle for our motorhome, and we had a 3 week vacation booked just 3 weeks away. Caliber worked hard to make our deadline in spite of the complications due to the towing need. We were able to pick our car up the day before we needed to leave! Great customer service and communication.

My vehicle is white white and they literally did such a good job with the dent and color match that you couldnt even tell where the damage was on the panel. Also got my van back super quick. Staff was supportive in assisting with my rental also. 10/10 recommend 5 stars guys!

5 /5 dan brite: I live in Yakima and had a misfortune right in front of their shop. I was able to drive into their parking lot. It was right before Closing time but all 4 of them worked on the issue and had me going in 1 1/2 hours. Im sure the phones I heard ringing were anxious wives wondering where their husbands were. With a professional attitude like that Im sure you will be pleased with any scheduled work done at this location
