5 /5 L G: Thank you Robert for making a “house call” on short notice to replace the AGM battery in my Porsche. Battery swaps not so simple nowadays. He brought the right scanner to register the battery to the engine mgmt system so the battery charging profile would be correct. Highly recommended

5 /5 Bruce McTavish: Excellent Service! I called Allen Auto Repair, and Robert happened to be in Roche Harbor, 6 minutes from our location. He drove straight to us and diagnosed the problem, at night in the dark. He then ordered parts, but wrong parts came, then he drove off island to get the right parts. Came back to our location, did the repairs, and my truck runs fine. Yes this all took about 4 days. Were stuck on an island with no parts local. We were on vacation, from Canada, and stuck with a Check Engine light on, and the truck running in Limp mode with no power. My other option was towing the truck to Burlington. Robert did everything he could to help us out, and then followed up several days later to make sure that we had gotten home and the truck was still running fine, which it is. I Highly recommend Allen Auto Repair.

5 /5 Mike Rosenberg: So helpful! We had an issue while camping at Lakedale and Robert drove to us to help diagnose. He then met us in Friday Harbor to follow up. We didn’t completely figure out what was wrong, but he was very helpful and didn’t even want payment (fortunately I had a little cash that he begrudgingly took).

5 /5 Matthew Savereno: Robert saved the day! Broke down as far from home as we could have possibly felt on our road trip, and we thought we were doomed. We had my cousins wedding rehearsal dinner within hours, and we basically wrote it off. But within 2 hours of calling, Robert had us back on the road (alternator replacement), and we made the dinner. Grateful for his kindness and good work. Thanks Robert!

Was able to make an appointment right away, parts shipped very quickly, and the car was ready on time. As the other reviews have said, fast, reliable, well priced, great customer service!
