Theyll tell you what is needed now, and what can be deferred. They shop parts to get the best prices, like they were spending their own money. They diagnose, rather than just slapping parts on the car to see if that takes care of it. And they know these German cars, inside out. They really are the ONLY place, in the Tri-Cities, Id take my familys cars.
