5 /5 Kelly Wilson: The front wheel fell off the car when pulling out of the driveway. Auto Tech Centralia was able to accept my vehicle right away and have it fixed very quickly. It was also appropriately priced. When there was one minor follow-up issue, they immediately took me in, drove the car with me to listen for the issue, and fixed it right away. I will definitely use this shop again.

5 /5 Gage Ehrmantrout: Super easy to set up appointment over the phone due to great service advisors. Shane finished up my car, updated me along the way, and explained the courtesy inspection results once finished. Service wasnt lighting fast, but it was faster than they had estimated over the phone, and they were able to get me right in. Mechanic Colin performed quality work with no pressure to add additional services. They notified me of other potential issues and regular maintenance items. Parts came in quick and prices are fair for the quality of work which was provided.

5 /5 Evelia Turner: I had water pooling on my passenger side floor and was concerned it was going to be an expensive fix, they were able to look at my car same day and it turned out to be an easy fix, I expected to be charged at least for the time they took to look at my car and to my surprise they didn’t charge me anything! This was my first experience with Auto Tech and now they have a lifetime customer. If I need anything I will be back for sure, 10/10 customer service. Thank you Shane!

5 /5 Larry Neal Jr: The people here are great. The information given to us regarding the vehicle was accurate and the cost was explained in detail. I called them from out of state to get my sisters car repaired and spoke to three different people but they all communicated well with me and had good internal communication regarding the car. The car is running well and that is what we hoped for given it is an older car with lots of miles. It still needs some work and we can we will come back to finish the repairs it needs. I recommenced this Centralia shop.
