5 /5 Al Lee: I just had an oil changed at Valvoline Instant Oil Change....they did not know how to reset the Oil Change light on the dashboard and for some reason the engine light was on. So I decided I would just reset it myself. This was not as easy as I thought. If you own a BMW or Mercedes....find a business that specializes on these vehicles. I called Bavarian Autoworks located in Vancouver. I talked with Jason and he told me to bring the BMW over and he would look at it. They cleared to Oil Change light....and had to do more work to get the engine light off. Apparently, Valvoline in the rush to get you in and out disconnected some hoses that caused the engine light to go on. Jason and his mechanic took the time to plug back in the hoses and made sure everything was good. I was not trying to save money....but because of convenience....I stopped at a Valvoline. Just stupid. Check out Bavarian Autoworks....they are nice people and give them a chance on your service needs. Ill be a customer for life. Thank you again Team Bavarian Autoworks!!!

I highly recommend them, support your local business and don’t go to the dealers since they rip you off. This place is highly competitive with their prices. I appreciate the work that was done! He even spent significant time talking through the report with me, sending photos, and helping me weigh my options. Thanks to Jason, I was able to negotiate a fair amount off the price, but still have confidence to make the purchase.

Jason carefully explained the repairs needed to get my car back on the road. The cost of the service was a lot more reasonable than I imagined. I highly recommend anyone to schedule a car repair appointment at BVA!
