5 /5 James Dunseth: I took my 2017 GMC Sierra truck into Gaynors for A/C blowing warm air. They had the upgraded machine to diagnose the issue, which not a log auto shops have, and they called me pretty quick to let me know the issue. Mike was terrific to work with. He explained the issue and the costs straight up front, and he was even able to give me a generous discount without me even having to ask for any discounts! They also inspected the rest of the vehicle and told me I needed new breaks, which I knew I did from feeling the chatter when driving the truck. He also went through the carfax report and checked on what services were documented and st what mikes, so I would know and I could decide what I wanted to have serviced.
There were no gimmicks, and no pressure! Mike was able to explain everything to me, as I am very mechanically challenged!
We had the services completed earlier than he originally quoted, which was very helpful as we had a horse show that night and needed the truck to haul the trailer.
My Father-in-Law is very anal about his vehicles and preventative maintenance and cost, and he takes all his work vehicles to Gaynors. As do other employees at his company, so I know the work family has all their work done at Gaynors. I will be doing same moving forward. Great shop, great service. Thanks Mike!
