I couldnt be happier with the service I have received during my interactions with them during the fixing of a couple work trucks. 5 /5 Billy Smith: Had a bad experience at autometrics and was in the market for a good mechanic shop. We took it here to get a second opinion and replace a oil seal and found out its a common issue for our make/model and its a labor intensive job but the part is 10 bucks lol. Anyhow these wonderful people quoted us at 800 when we called EVERYONE IN YAKIMA and the average was around 1400. Well based on the car being perfectly fine other than a bad seal, that wouldnt do us any good fixing because it would happen again because its a design flaw, they not only refunded our money without us asking but even delivered it for free and still gave us some advice. Im so grateful I gave them this 5 star review. They also gave me a quote for undercoating spray for 100 bucks. Great deal. I will return if I ever need any help with a vehicle. polite staff, mechanic was a awesome dude. Yes this place asks for money up front, but it will cost you half as much as other shops. 5 /5 Traci Schulz: This is a family owned business. Father and son are the mechanics and run the shop. They are honest and hard working. Ive had Matt work on my car a few times and every time I see him he always has a smile on his face. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

5 /5 Joseph Allen: I went here out of convenience, the location is near my work. I was pleasantly surprised. The clutch went out in my Jeep and normally I would do the work myself but because I needed it done sooner than later and did not want to bother with towing I took a chance on BIC Automotive. They had my Jeep done in a day and a half. Not only did they repair my clutch but they fixed and adjusted a few other lingering problems I havent had time to take care of. They stayed in communication with me through the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable especially for the high quality of work they do. Both mechanics I talked to were very professional. I strongly recommend this garage for all your automotive needs.
