5 /5 Theresa Lawson: Not to give specifics because I genuinely believe people deserve a work-life balance (heavy on the life) and I dont want to encourage people to expect this as a "new normal" BUT the team at Burlington Automotive recently went out of their way, above and beyond, to the moon and back to deliver outstanding customer service for me today. Specific thanks to Luis, Barry, Camera and Eric. This is an incredible team who seem to genuinely care for their customers. The repairs are awesome too.

5 /5 William Morrissey: My experience in dealing with Burlington Automotive has been superior. Tonya has been great to deal with. It’s also been really nice to have the shuttle service available and made arrangements for them to pick the car up that I keep at the airport without me having to be there, that was a great assistance to me and much appreciated. The final charges were under their estimate, which was very nice.

5 /5 Matthew Lunn Sr.: 2018 Silverado - driver side lifters, head gasket,spark plugs,wires and radiator done by here. Basically needed to rebuild half the engine. My friend recommended this spot so I drove the extra 80 miles. It was worth it. Eric and his team had my engine work done in less than 3 business days. When it comes to major repairs, this is where I’m going from now on. Eric, Luis & John and team have earned my respect and my business in the future . Appreciate y’all. Thank you.

5 /5 David Marriott: Finding a good automotive repair facility is like trying to find a good Dentist. Quit your search. Burlington Automotive will be your last stop Auto Shop. Efficient, friendly, repair was completed without having to schedule a 2nd appt. And Burlington Automotive has a complimentary shuttle service to and from the shop! Who does that? Burlington Automotive does that! Highly recommended.
