5 /5 Katie Dew: I inherited a vehicle and it has been sitting on and off for about a year so I took it to Caseys to get an inspection to ensure it was safe to continue to drive. The service was amazing. I didnt feel like I was being forced into buying a service that I didnt need and my advisor "JH" explained all of the recommended services and placed them in order of priority. He even gave me recommendations for tires. Thank you!

5 /5 Randy Barnes: My first time here and everything went well! Had my used truck completely gone through for maintenance and to make any necessary repairs that were needed in order to make it safe to drive! The truck in my opinion had not been serviced in quite a while so almost everything needed attention! Needed so much work it took 2 days to complete, but was delivered on time and ready to go! My service adviser ( Lucky ) that helped me with everything was great! I will definitely go back for my normal service and for any needed repairs as the old truck will probably need more as it ages!

4 /5 Cor: First time reaching out to Caseys Auto Repair. The service advisor i was working with went over the fees / service that would take place and scheduled me in throughout the week. I was thinking itll be a while before I heard what the problem was however it was the next day before lunch time. They were able to text me all the technicians findings, fluids recommended, services, and the part that was broken/needed replaced. Advisor told me it would take a few days, however the team surprised me and got the part in early. However, it came with a little extra charge at the end if the day. Advisor apologized for that. Picking up the vehicle staff in office was nice and attentive when walking in. As I was paying for the bill they had someone pull up the vehicle which was nice. Prices seemed like they were decent for the service I did.

5 /5 Becca Kortum: I cold called Casey’s because they are close to my house, didn’t know anything about them. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Just to start the had availability next day and they have a convenient night drop option so I didn’t have to leave work early. Their tech Jurgen, that worked on my car, was in touch with me every step of the way and so informative and friendly. I will definitely be going there again!
