5 /5 Kealey Calloway: Came in as a walk in late in the day for their hours, they were honest about what they had going on that day and asked if they could hold the car overnight if they couldnt get to it same day. I was totally fine with it and it was ready to go around 10am the next day. Everyone was friendly and professional. I appreciate the last second help.

5 /5 Chiquita Jeter: Oh my goodness ! Ron’s Automotive was and IS the BEST automotive place I have EVER dealt with ! As a woman, I was always TERRIFIED to take my vehicle in to an automotive place by myself and try to describe what it needed…my dad or husband at the time would always take care of that for me. Zach Fernandez was the Service Advisor I worked with and he was AMAZING !!! Zach was respectful, professional, and really listened to what I had to say. He took the BEST care of my TOYOTA SUV and even received it back to me so that I could report back to work and get back to what I needed to do in my life. I will DEFINITELY do business with Ron’s again and I HOPE that Zach will be there and that he will be the one to help me…I will NEVER forget what he did for me and my sons and how respectful he treated me. The guys I worked with were awesome and made sure I had all the information I needed to make any decisions. Im new to the area and truly lucked out finding such a top notch place right out of the gate.

5 /5 Alan Kumashiro: The prior shop used a lighter oil viscosity than recommended by the manufacturer during an oil change. 0-16W SAE is stamped on the filler cap and this was ignored. Long story short, the crew at Rons Auto heard me out and the work was completed in under 30 minutes, using the correct oil viscosity, including a systems diagnostic. I have my peace of mind back, knowing I wont be burning up my engine. Thanks a bunch.

5 /5 Belinda Charfauros: We are new to the area and needed to find either a dealership or auto repair shop to service our 2008 Pathfinder. We called Ron’s Automotive and spoke to Zach. He answered all our questions and made our appointment. He greeted us and all other customers that came into the shop with a friendly smile. Everyone was super friendly. After the tech completed our service, Zach explained what was done and what needed to be done at the next visit. Friendly and professional place with experienced techs and master techs. I’d recommend this shop.
