I didn’t know how I wanted to cut my hair and just told her a general idea of what I wanted, and she gave me a haircut that I’m absolutely so happy with. I also got a down perm (which I have not gotten since I visited Korea years ago) and she was very knowledgeable and helpful, and it turned out exactly how I dreamed it!! 5 /5 Paula Kilbourn: My hair was a mess due to my attempts at haircoloring and cutting myself. CoCo to the rescue! All that work here are excellent, skilled at what they do. They work as a team together on a client to enhance the finished product. In my case I had Color and allover highlights. I am very pleased with the finished product and have no qualms in recommending them.
