5 /5 Rosa Alaelua: They handled everything! Being that it was my first car accident, I was not sure of what to do, what steps I need to take, the process of the repair. These guys rock! I dealt with Andrea Toves. She was AMAZING!!! When I got there we went over the damage of my vehicle. She took pictures of my car. Then said “don’t worry, relax we got this”. She was not kidding. She would messaged me to keep me updated with my repair. I’ve never had to worry about my repair. Thank you Complete Collision CARSTAR for an incredible experience and job well done on my repair.

5 /5 Quan Trac: First time dealing with collision (hit and run). I filed my claim on my insurance app (Allstate). It was super easy. I chose this place as it was close. They were super helpful. I believe it was Tiffany, the reception lady. She answered all my questions and started the process. Andrea was the main person that took care of the rest. Both were nice and I felt my car was in good hands. Drop of my car 12/2 and picked it up 12/11. Which was faster than expected. Expected time frame was 12/20. They also kept me updated through text which was great. The proof is in the work and they did a great job. (Image) - they also look at my car one last time as the engine light was on.
