5 /5 Rachel Courtney: I reserved my space in line on the Great Clips website, so I didnt have to wait an hour at the salon. It worked out really well and even had a timer/countdown and a 15 minute beforehand text. I really enjoyed the haircut that Alma gave me. She did a great job listening to what I want even though I definitely didnt explain myself very well. And she was easy to talk to but didnt push a conversation (perfect for this introvert!)
