5 /5 JEFTY G: Great, Friendly service. Just there for an oil change and a brake inspection. They found I did not need new brakes and did discover an unrelated broken part. They contacted the dealership and confirmed it was a recall issue. Going the extra mile is appreciated.

They didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

5 /5 Monica Juno: Perfect experience. My car was taken care of extremely well. With my oil change I received a full inspection including pictures of parts that were looked at. No extra charge. While waiting, I heard phone conversations about shuttle service and vehicle reviews. One that they spent hours on, could not fix the issue. There was no charge for the time and shuttle was given. I am impressed. They go the extra mile!

5 /5 Shelley Goff: First visit for an oil change. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I appreciate that while servicing the car an inspection was done to check for potential problems, with photos sent to me of what the vehicle looks like. While this isn’t a “pull in for a quick oil change” operation, would definitely return based on the service I received and the personable employees.

5 /5 Kushtaka Relict Hominoid: Nice clean shop, very professional, paid about what I expected, done quickly, have had the F-150 back about a week and put some miles on it and alls well so far. I dont know if being from Detroit gives me extra cred. but I highly recommend Midway, they even came a got me when it was finished. I tried to tip the driver and they refused it and said its a courtesy.
