MSAR was able to get me an appointment Monday morning and called me throughout the process. I was back in my fixed car the following afternoon. Great staff. Plan to come back in the future for needed tune-ups.

He took extra time to understand what was going on with the car, listening and asking appropriate questions to help fully diagnosis the car. I got regular updates on the status and was informed prior to every step. Making sure I understood what was needed, and why. They were competitively priced. The main thing that sticks out to me is how friendly and knowledgeable David was, it gave me peace of mind through the whole process, and even when he was explaining what might of been bad news about the car, he was professional and honest, yet had a caring and concerned demeanor.
