From the very first visit, I’ve been consistently impressed with their professionalism, honesty, and top-notch work. Jordan, in particular, is absolutely exceptional. His knowledge, transparency, and care for customers truly set this shop apart. His communication has always been impeccable, and I’ve never once felt in the dark about what’s going on with my car. I first brought my vehicle in for brake service and was so impressed with the experience that I became a customer for life. Shortly after the break replacement I returned for an alternator and battery replacement. Most recently, I had my oil changed, and once again, the process was smooth, quick, and clearly explained. I’ve always felt comfortable and confident leaving my car in their hands, which says a lot these days. It’s not easy to find an auto shop you can fully trust, but Orchards Auto Express has definitely earned that trust. 5 /5 Tim Polucha: Good experience. Needed an oil change, showed up and got service right away. One of the fastest oil changes Ive had in recent years. Decent prices too, they do list basic costs on the website for different types of oil and can confirm over the phone too. Pretty sure its got a discount too which was cool.
