5 /5 Allen Wyse: Picked up prescription on 12/23/20. Failing to read the large signs at the front door, we entered the lobby and were greeted by a gentleman who directed us to park on the side of the building in a pickup stall. Everyone in the lobby, including the kaiser greeter wore masks and were properly distant in the small wait area. Once in the stall we called the number on the sign. After identifying ourselves we were transferred to a pharmacist who reviewed our prescription. A Kaiser employee brought our prescription to us minutes later. Well done, Kaiser.
