When I brought my car in they were already fully booked for weeks so honestly I wasn’t expecting to get my car back for awhile but they knew I needed my car for work and they put a rush on it and that’s only the first nice thing they did for me. The mechanic that was working on my car came in on his day off just to finish my car, like who does that? These guys do, they’re caring, patient and empathetic. I know for a fact I was being annoying with all my questions and asking for updates, but not even for a second did they make me feel like I was being annoying. These guys are the definition of amazing customer service. Oh and not to mention my car runs better than when i bought it now. Thank you pioneer automotive, you have a loyal customer in me!

5 /5 Kathryn Skylstad: Im so happy to have found a service center that is more than reasonably priced with EXCELLENT customer service! I was quoted twice what I paid for just the diagnostics at another shop located in Oak Harbor to have my HID headlights replaced. So thankful for the referral from Kathrine at Walmart to try Pioneer instead. Nobody looks forward to having care repairs done but, I know that in the future I will be happy to bring my vehicles there knowing that I will receive quality work and, fair prices
