5 /5 Andrew Balerud: As real of a gracious and professional response to an issue as Ive ever encountered: I purchased a used Subaru Outback from a local dealer after doing my do-diligence and having a mechanic look over it. The second time I drove it, the engine threw a rod ruining the block and requiring a one be put in. PM autos staff instantly put me at ease providing a confidence inspiring and cheerful interaction from the start. The car was back on the road in no time and running smooth. There ended up being a hiccup due to something being overlooked which resulted in the car having to be towed and when PM Auto became aware one of their mechanics (who isnt employed there anymore) was responsible, they covered the cost of the repair happily and without any negative overtones (I would have a hard time suppressing frustration personally in a similar situation) Paul Michael didnt just order any brand parts kit to replace what was damaged, but rather he ordered the best quality one possible which is double the price of the other options and had it there the same day. I couldnt be more impressed with a shop and recommend them with vetted confidence! PM Auto has integrity and backs their work up with a warranty you wont find other shops around remotely matching! 5 /5 ITRonnieOnnie: When I called PM Auto to explain my issue, it was enough information they were able to thoroughly explain what exactly the issue was and how to properly address it. It was understandable, very reasonable, and professionally handled. In my situation, it was critical because Im not from the area and it would have been a long commute heading back home. They were able to handle my issue quickly and thoroughly, the ride back home to Seattle was comforting.

5 /5 Benjamin Hughes: Amazing staff from front to back. They do a great job communicating what’s wrong or what needs to be done without trying to pressure you. When doing our oil change, we asked if they could look at a noise we recently heard. Turned out to be something simple, and they didn’t charge us extra. Great company run by great people, thank you!
