5 /5 Maria Ida Bucci: I have been taking my vehicles to Port Electric for nearly 3 decades. I found John when I was a single Mom of a young child, with a disability going to college. Obviously, I needed a reliable car. When mine broke down and I went around getting estimates I was sunk. First of all, I am the daughter of a mechanic and former professional driver .. stock car racing. I know when Im being taken advantage of. Sadly, then at least, when youre a woman with no man, its a notification to some places that you are an easy mark. In others, you find mediocre mechanics that assess your needs through trial and error which tends to lead to the proverbial nickel and dime•ing to death. I went to the dealer who sold me my car and he recommended John at Port Electric to me and gave me directions to the blue shop across from the River. I never went anywhere else after that. His rates were on some cases less than half of what others had offered and even better on others. His work is impeccable. He (and his son) are Honest, Dependable, and are just .. men of extraordinary Quality. They care about their customers and going above and beyond is the norm. I cant recommend this place highly enough. So grateful for them.
