5 /5 Crystal Atkinson: This is a great urgent care/walk-in clinic! I called ahead to see how busy they were. Do note theres no need for an appointment. We walked right in and were promptly greeted by a friendly staff member. Seen right away. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. They even offered my son a juice and cracker when he said he was horribly hungry. I love that this was a no fuss, caring place to go when not feeling well. Its also a pretty great location centrally located off of Mill Plain. Definitely will go here over other places when needed!

5 /5 Gang Liu: Highly recommended. My son fell at school playground from some height and was sent home. He had acute chest pain. We went to the urgent care on the 2nd floor. The check in process was smooth and quick. We are seen by Dr. Mark Thompson. It is worth noting that in other urgent care clinics, they typically only have registered nurses seeing the patients rather than a MD. Dr. Thompson is exceedingly professional. He asked questions and examined my son with care. He systematically ruled out all possible injuries that could come with the falling down. Eventually he concluded my son is ok and the pain is due to stretched muscles near the chest. He patiently explained everything to us. We felt so blessed to have come here and seen by Dr. Thompson. I knew this place because I had my annual physical blood test here.
