5 /5 Simon Kim: The installation was smooth and window works fine. They were punctual, friendly, and easy to work with though the job wasn’t entirely done completely. The door retainer clip was not installed back on and they were more than accommodating to get that piece back in after contacting them. I later find out after detailing my car a small portion of the door wiring was exposed outside the door trim. Overall great! But I could have fried the electrical component of the door while washing my car with the wiring hanging as low and close as it did to the rocker panel.

And as a woman and Veteran owned family business, I am happy to drive the 35 min from Olympia. ALSO? Remember the days when customer service was a "thing"? It definitely still is at Ready Auto glass. Recommend 100% for your car window needs!
