5 /5 Jagger Willard: I recently went to Stanwood Car Care to address a check engine light on my daily commuter car. After taking it to two mechanics who couldnt diagnose the issue, I decided to give Stanwood Car Care a chance.
Christina immediately scheduled me an appointment over the phone and provided updates throughout the time my vehicle was being worked on. I was also sent a link for Tekmetric, giving a full comprehensive explanation, with photos of my vehicles issues and the inspection results. Mechanics often get a bad name for falsifying issues, so I am extremely pleased with how transparent Stanwood Car Care is with their findings, especially in such an organized and professional manner. I accepted their competitively priced quote for the work, and the following day, I was able to pick up my vehicle. Tom, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, gave me a printed detailed report of all completed services, including a record of both successful and unsuccessful attempts to clear the error code. I provided each update to my uncle, a mechanic from out of state, he said he is very impressed with the professionalism and how they handle their clientele.
Immediately after picking up my vehicle, I had a 115-mile commute for work, and my car performed great with no codes showing up again.
