5 /5 Esther Kimber: Working with J and K was the best experience! I am sure glad there are some wonderful people left in this world! My daughter is a student in Pocatello, and we live in Washington. She was stranded at the Walmart and we were so blessed that the owner of this shop was right across the street. He took time out of his day to come over and assess the car and actually gave our daughter and her friend a ride home to their house across town, instead of leaving her in the parking lot to wait for an Uber. Then the turnaround was so quick, so she wouldnt even miss work. When the car was done, he took it to her at her apartment and had her drive him back to the shop. Shes just a kid, and to have someone looking out for her like that has been the biggest blessing. Ill forever be grateful for the kindness and expertise of this small business and its amazing owner!

They offered a really fair rate on services and only charged for the time needed. When I arrived, they greeted me promptly and took my car back right away. They explained everything well to me and gave me confidence in their services. It sounded like a positive work atmosphere with how they treat each other. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Karishma Ks: My husband and I were driving from Seattle to the Roozengaarde Tulip Farms when our car suddenly started making a strange noise. It was around 3:30 PM, and every nearby mechanic shop we called either didn’t answer or refused to help on short notice. Thankfully, J & K Automotive picked up our call and immediately agreed to take a look. They found that a stone was lodged in the wheel, and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. We were so relieved! They were not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind to help us out when no one else would. We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend J & K Automotive to anyone in the area. True lifesavers!
