5 /5 Colton Beierman: Best my car has driven in years! Brought my 1968 Cougar from Ephrata to have Troy align it and he did a great job. It was more of a custom alignment than the typical “computer says it’s good” alignments I’ve had on this car. He also verified a steering gear box issue the car is having and I can now confidently address that. Although I did provide the desired alignment specs, I looked to Troy’s professional opinion to verify that they were acceptable. He agreed that they were a typical spec. This was a much better experience than one’s I’ve had in the past with other shops and I will come back for my future alignment needs.

5 /5 Avery: Troy and Mary run an excellent shop. Troy repaired both my breaks and CV Axel. They were prompt, courteous, and true to their estimate. When Troy couldn’t fix the breaks in time, due to unforeseen rust around my calipers, he called. I could hear the real regret in his voice that intimated I needed to wait for the following day for him to finish, but he said this, confidently and with integrity, because quote: “I need the extra time in exchange to do the job right... because …I always do the job right.” Later, he came into the shop on a Saturday so I could conveniently pick up the truck the next morning. So no trouble at all. My vehicle drives smooth and safely down the road. His price is reasonable, below an estimate I received elsewhere, and Mary, the clerk, a delight. So, these are the reasons I endorse this shop’s good name and my 5 Star rating. Thanks guys!
