Very friendly and professional, not skipping any steps in the installation. The only place I’ll go to if we need another mechanical issue around Yakima!

5 /5 cameron draney: Man, I cannot thank these guys enough. I was 2 hours into a 12 hour drive home, just starting up the hills into Yakima when one of the cylinders on my car started to misfire. I limped it into town and to this place. They were super busy but they took mercy on me and my situation and got me back on the road within an hour. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and were very reasonable with me in my moment of high stress and anxiety. Awesome guys!

5 /5 Pozzy Thump: Sure, you can go to a franchise shop to save a nickel or two. But do you have faith in your vehicle to get there? THIS IS THE PLACE that you can depend on, that determines whether youre on the road to your destination, or the road to ruin. This is also a place where they arent trying to talk you into replacing a ton of broken things which your vehicle has no symptoms of needing to be repaired, especially after youve already paid. Or, giving up on the vehicle you are having fixed, and buying a new one. My car has body damage, but runs smoother now than most cars in Yakima. Might I also add that they are not indignant to you, or trying to act superior. They dont treat you like you are at their mercy. So... why go anywhere else?
