Before moving out of state last year, I routinely brought my Toyota Tacoma here for its regular servicing. The automotive work was always top-notch, the prices were fair, and Alan would always communicate any deficiencies found during an inpsection. He would also give you his honest opinion about whether you should address an automotive issue at that moment, or wait and see how it progresses. Before I moved, Alan ordered and installed new aftermarket lights for my truck at the last minute, and also did a complimentary inspection to make sure I wouldnt have any issues during my travels. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any car help. He was very flexible and easy to work with and talk to. 5 /5 Alex Park: My truck started making high pitch whining sound on the freeway and I tried to get it scheduled with Toyota dealer for repair. They told me they would charge me $150 for diagnostic plus any necessary repair. And they were booked for about a month out. I was like forget it and reached out to Allen just one of the local repair shop… Honestly this wasn’t just one of the local repair shop… they were truely honest and only tell you what ever is necessary yo repair. Allen was able to get my truck in and diagnose the problem right away without charging me for diagnoses and got it fixed… super super affordable and honest repair shop.. I decided to bring my wife BMW X5M for repair also next day. I already have it scheduled with BMW and they quoted me for minimum of $1500 for airbag malfunction diagnose. Allen took care of it in matter of 2 minutes with only fraction fraction fraction of the cost. Perhaps not even fraction… maybe pocket of change.. these are the people who really cares about you and the neighbors…
