5 /5 Ashley Gothenquist: Great place and super helpful staff! My rear tire popped during rush hour and AAA wouldnt be able to come for a long while, so I was very lucky to be only a block away from Jeffs. Despite the heat and the unexpected nature of the situation, Matt and Pops took the time to not just help me replace the popped tire with my spare, but patched the holes that caused the issue in the first place! It is such an encouraging experience to know that the local auto shop is not only the place with the comedic signs, but also a place with great character.

5 /5 ranwoocd: First time user of Jeff’s Auto Repair. Steve Capili, my service advisor, was professional and responsive. The service charges were reasonable and much less than dealerships, and lower than other independent shops. In addition to performing a full synthetic oil change and lubrication service, a multipoint inspection was conducted, with a thorough report efficiently sent to me by text. I am impressed and will make this my go to service shop going forward.

5 /5 Denise Kester: I have been using Jeffs for only 2 years, but Ive been enjoying their funny signs since 1999! After my cars dealer warranty expired, I shifted to Jeffs because the Subaru dealer made me feel like I could use a shower after Id leave there. Some slick salesman inevitably approached me, wanting to "put me into" a new car (car payment!). The dealer staff dont feel genuine. At Jeffs, the mechanics feel like honest, salt of the earth guys who come to work with their lunch pails and no agenda beyond doing their best work for you. Ive dealt with Steve the most, and he gives me a thorough explanation of what the inspection found before they begin work. They are good at following up. I wont consider going back to the car dealer! Also, their signs are entertaining. I appreciate that they invest the time to give the local community a daily chuckle.
