5 /5 Michael Byrnes: I haven’t had them work on it yet and though the better reviews are years ago, I’m going to trust that they’ll do a good job as I’m from out of town and have little choice, I Have A Good Feeling From The Shop Manager I Spoke With before closing today, This Has Been A Horrible Week For Me And Looking Up To A Brighter Tomorrow , Mike I plow snow in the winter time and my truck gets a lot of heavy use and I blew my spider/sun gear out coming over the pass at Leavenworth today rolling into Wenatchee Updates will be posted after I get the work done this next week

5 /5 Heather McRae: These are awesome people! They fixed my truck lickety-split, and were very patient with me while dealing with the warranty from Dodge to pay for it. They even started and ran my truck periodically while waiting for payment so that the battery would stay charged. Super friendly and nice folks, and they went the extra mile for me. I highly, highly recommend!

Whenever I need any transmission work I take my stuff here. Whenever I need any transmission advice, they’re more than willing to give me all the free advice they can. Customer service is second to none. I’d send anyone here.

5 /5 Mike Smith: Had a shifting issue with a 66RFE on a Ram. They diagnosed everything pretty quickly. Wasn’t good news, but I knew it wouldn’t be pretty. Gave me a few reasonable options. Ended up having them rebuild it. So far so good (only put 30-40 miles on so far). It does come with a reasonable warranty (18 months, 18k miles). Would 100% recommend them. No BS, just straightforward business. Update: I towed a 32’ living quarters horse trailer from Idaho to Texas and back. Put around 8k miles on it before I traded the truck in on a Powerstroke (Ram was Hemi). Transmission was still flawless at that time.
