Kassandra Wells I had O/P Surgery on 6/22/2023, I knew I had a #1 Physician but when my Surgery was scheduled & at Kern Medical Surgical Center I must say I was very skeptical. I began looking on the Internet for reviews and found none so became more skeptical, then had a Pre-Op conversation with an anesthesiologist the night before which left me in full Panic mode. Ok now for those of you scheduled or in the future are asked to use their facility don’t think twice. I was meet by the sweetest young lady at the front desk in a very clean & organized waiting room where all my admitting forms were ready and everything went so smooth with a few signatures. I took a seat then Kelly called me back and explained to me everything & every step of the way, took care of the two major anxieties I was having and taked to me about procedures an assured me my Physician Dr. M would go over everything again as well as my Anesthesiologist. Kelly was right, I also had a Sweet Anesthesiologist, Elias (I pray I spelled it correctly), I was given’s a Lil something for my Anxiety and the take to Surgery shortly after. I’m sorry for the wordiness of this review but in my life I’ve had a few Surgeries and Kern Med Surgery Center get an A+ in my catagory and I that them all for the Care, Reassurance, Time & even the Lil’ giggles along with in helping me to relax. Barbara Farnsworth I have mixed feelings and reviews. I was a patient of a doctor for years I really liked this Dr. and his staff. They were great especially Penny. But I was getting very medicaided which was starting to bother my husband. After years of the yoyo medicaiding my husbandactually went into the office and complained. He told them I was being over medicaided and if somethingwasnt done I was going to hurt someone or myself. Not 2 weeks after he made a complaint I crashed my prius into a palm tree. My car was totalled and I shatteredmy ankle titanium holds it together. I have titanium in my right Tib/Fib hold2my legs together, a pice of hardware in my right knee. Titanium in my right wrist/hand Witch limits mobility. Titanium in my right ulna and radius. I has to have extra surgery on my ulna it wouldnt heal so I had bone bone grafted from my pelvic bone. Because I was still in a haze drivin my son to school. I had been up gone for coffee felt fine. But on the way back the Ambien Fog hit me. Its dangerous should be banned by those who want to drive within a hour of waking. Never saw this Dr. In Either hospital I was in for a month. And when I returnedto Highgrove for Aftercare he was gone. My new Dr. Ingy Ayad and her assistant Victor OMG. God sure did bless my family with her. It took time but Im off almost all of the dangerous medicine. Just wanted to let you know that if you are looking for a great Dr who listens and and doesnt ignore your complaints Call Highgrove ask for Dr. Ingy Ayad. Dr. Sydenstricker, was great with my knee.

James Weston Phrases like “top drawer” and “on point” fall short If I were to try to describe the surgical team that I was fortunate enough to work with at my recent robotic installation of a new right knee. My surgical team, I already know is fantastic and this crew measured up and more. I’ve had a number of surgeries in the past through the years, but never had such good efficient, professional excellent care.

James Dean My outpatient experience was outstanding. All staff were helpful as well as kind in carrying out their responsibilities. There was no comparison in the care I received several years ago when this facility was operated by another owner. Adventist Health was especially efficient in the use of my time as they delivered services in a very timely and efficient manner

The doctors there said they could not take me and sent me to another Kaiser Hospital: was sent by Kaiser Hospitals 2615 Chester Avenue. The nurses and doctors there were kind but overwhelmed. Eventually, many of us gave up our seats to other incoming patients in pain. By that time, it was midnight. So in order to keep our places in line, we sat on the floor of the parking lot. All of the other patients were very kind. Despite the pain. Eventually the sun came up and seeing a drug store in the distance, several of us walked there, purchased pain killers and went our separate ways, never having seen a doctor. Several weeks later, I received a bill for over a thousand dollars from something called Adventist Hospital. I complained that I had been to Kaiser, not Adventist, and had never been to anything called Adventist. I drove back to the second hospital, drove to the back side of the building and, indeed, saw that Kaiser had sent me to an Adventist Hospital without any notice. Because I was in so much pain, Adventist doctors never told me that I was at a different hospital. I never received any care from Kaiser or Adventist. Neither has any proof that they cared for me. But they want over a grand. Who knows how much the double teaming raked in for the night. They billed me for over two grand for sitting in my car in the parking. Now, Kaiser is billing me again. If nothing else, the two hospitals should give the money to the friends of patients who sat on the Adventist parking lot floor, try to keep us laughing at bad jokes to distract us from the pain. Even though I for one did not that what turned to be a two grand each joke on us was funny.

Luis Pena The level of care and professionalism of the hospital staff is remarkable. Every one has a great attitude and commitment to their job. My wifes labor and delivery lasted 26 hours and every minute of that time We had a health professional walking us and caring for us The delivery room that they assigned to us was really nice and clean. Fira 18 The staff was amazing. From the valley parking gentleman, the greeting staff, the waiting area felt at peace no rush or anything that wasn’t welcoming. The staff that took me to the actual floor. They kept me informed for every move at all times. Until my exiting they were the sweetest and best service I’ve ever had with a hospital.

Laura McPhee My day of surgery: I received a call about an hour or so before my original time of 11:30 am to check in the hospital asking if I could come in at 9am. I checked with my ride and it was workable. We got there at 9 am, waited a bit, signed papers, waited more. All total there was quite a lot of waiting at various stages of the whole time there. But, it wasnt too bad because everyone there was very nice and helpful, informative and efficient and kind. Tonya Hemingway Lorraine was Absolutely fantastic today helping me navigate getting into a female OB/GYN. She went above and beyond, was professional, kind and respectful. I have been a leader for over 30 years and I would hire her any day . Take care of that girl! She is a treasure. Alayiah Kynede I called today around 4:30pm to schedule a ride they put me on hold and then don’t even pick the back up. So I called again a different lady answers she scheduled my ride and my roll call about 10 minutes go by with out me getting a text or a call about my ride so I call it in and they tell me exactly what car is coming for me and the last 3 of the driver’s license plate I wait ANOTHER 10 minutes before calling in and they answer and the lady that picked up said I didn’t have a medication pick up…WHY MAKE ME WAIT OR CALL SO MANY DAMN TIMES TO ASK YOU THEN YOU TELL ME IVE CALLED COUNTLESS TIMES WITHIN THE LAST HR WAITING FOR A RIDE… KERN FAMILY HEALTH CARE DOESN’T TEXT YOU OR CALL YOU LETTING YOU KNOW IF THEY HAVE SUCCESSFULLY SCHEDULED YOU A RIDE AND WHEN DID THEY START TO MAKE AURE YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OR A MEDICATION PICK UP IVE NEVER HAD TO MAKE SURE THAT WAS NEEDED I ADDED A PICTURE BELOW ON HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED THEM

Ben Durham I recently used the ER department, I was promptly seen by a nurse, who quickly accessed my condition. Sent me to have blood drawn and X-rays taken. I was seen my a emergency room doctor and treated quickly and monitored till they decided it was not life threatening and I had stabilized. I was released within 6 hours and drove myself home. Provided a list of things to discuss with my doctor. Very happy with the level of services I received.

Marleen Ray Nursing staff was friendly, helpful and caring. the physical therapists were great, too. They gave me tips on making my recovery easier. I couldnt be happier with the care I received during my stay.

MaryAnn Toribio I LOVE this hospital! No too long ago, I was in severe pain and the staff assisted me right a way, most emergencies makes you wait for hours before being seen. Through my stay there, all the staff were very friendly and makes you feel comfort unlike most hospitals. They showed concern and was willing to to do everything they can to help me. Once I was discharged, they had called and followed up and ask to see how I was doing which Ive never had any hospitals make any effort to call their patients to do any follow ups. I highly recommend this hospital to everyone.

Raul Ceballos There’s nothing you could do. It’s ER. It’s chaos.. Call when you by ambulance. I had cervical surgery December 20. I had a slip when because I was in extraordinary pain in my back neck area just shooting stabbing pain and numbness. After five hours on the gurney in the hallway doorway leading from the outside. I waited another two hours for end, MRI and a shot and a patch and pain. How was released I’ll never do that again. I’ll take my chances at the house on the floor.. It was just torture. But like I said, it’s a ER.

And the doctor takes 40 minutes each for a new patience. also which weve been there since 10 t0 3.

Last year I got my blood work done and it took two weeks, I thought they were being lazy, well last week I decided to go back since theyre local to get my blood work done, this whole week Ive been trying to get ahold of my blood work and somehow Im not in the system, they have no idea where my blood work is, and they told me "its not their responsibility to tell me where it is" I cant see my doctor until thus blood work is in, my doctor has constantly been calling asking where it is and my doctor said they were flat out rude, if you want your blood work to disappear then this is the place to go to.

Amir Arami Dr. Tran is an amazing doctor! Its not like going to other doctors where they are just trying to get you in and out. He listens to your concerns and provides a personal experience. He is truly there to help with whatever is going on and genuinely cares the patient. So many doctors lose that personal touch and become disconnected with people part of medicine but Dr. Tran is the complete opposite. I have spent the last 14 years seeing doctors and none of them were as compassionate, genuine, and dedicated as he is. In general, the office staff is friendly, helpful, patient, and they work together with the doctors to get refills, appointments, and referrals done without me having to follow up on them.

alicia sepulvedaa I am in need of a primary care physician I have tricare and they unfortunately aren’t accepting no new patients with tricare. Only existing patients with tricare. It’s been so hard to find a doctor. And to be excluded even when the doctor is a in network provider is Devastating.

Jaylan Johnson If you want pediatricians that will get worked up with your anxious child after a head injury, this is the place for you! My child has a reasonable reaction of unease when it comes to doctor’s office, she is 4. My issue is with how the staff in office handled this unease. It became them telling her if she wasn’t still they’d send her to the hospital to be stitched up with a big needle, or even them attempting to cover her mouth because she was screaming. This is unfair to her, and overall a horrible experience. Even after enduring this, she was given no pain medication, no instructions for after care. Just a crudely placed glue and bandages with a few stickers. A pediatrician with no patience is INSANE! No wonder the place was empty. We will not be back.

Molly Crabtree We love Dr. Bekarev. She is a wonderful pediatrician and takes the time to talk you through every thing. I found KMC pediatrics by just calling around for my son’s circumcision and I’m so thankful I found them. I immediately switched pediatricians once I met her. She is friendly, calm, informative, and intelligent. I never feel rushed at appointments and I like that the office is fairly quiet. Their front desk ladies are great too! My family feels very blessed to have found KMC pediatrics and Dr. Bekarev!

Britney Rodriguez Ever since my son has been a patient here the Doctors were short staffed so he would see a different Dr almost every time which I was understanding about and never complained. Today 1/9/23 he had an appointment with Dr Mandviwala for 10:15 am but I was running just a few minutes late, I called ahead to inform them and they said it was no issue as long as I was there by 10:30am but I was never informed about the location change. On the website and on google it still says the old address so that’s where I showed up to only to find an empty building with the new address on the door. I arrived at 10:17am but by the time I got my son back in the car and called again to update the receptionist of what happened is she was very uncaring and said that the grace period is firm and that my son would not get seen today because I was 1 minute passed the grace period even though it was a failure on their part for not updating their patients or their website with the new address. She told me that it didn’t matter and that she could reschedule me but that I shouldn’t bother even coming inside that they were booked solid. She was extremely short with me and even raised her voice over the phone when I asked if their was any exceptions that I already spent time and money driving around in the rain and his appointment was a quick routine check up but she was just rude and dismissive. I will now be switching his pediatrician office just based off of how she spoke to me on the phone.

David King The overall treatment for my wife was good in her pregnancy except for a rude lady named Thai. I don’t understand why some nurses are even nurses if they don’t have enough compassion to help a women in her most vulnerable state. This women took a chair from me that I used to sit next to my wife to comfort her so that I had to stand till another nurse brought me a chair. She did not check my wife’s pressure till the doctor came & the doctor said it was dangerously low. My wife had significant pain when she was checked by Thai on how dilated she was. Which she did not have with the other nurses. No complaints for anyone else, Only compliments.

Sonia Zavala The hospital is clean and pretty nice. Sometimes theres someone who plays the piano in the main lobby. Theres a childrens garden thats so peaceful I found myself going there often to sit. I was there with my husband for a whole month. The nurses in ICU are amazing. We met some respiratory therapists that were amazing as well. Nurses on the 5th floor were really good as well. The only bad thing was the ER. There was a female doctor in the ER that said shes been there for 10 years. Sent my husband home when he really needed to be admitted. Went back a day later and yes he was admitted. Some doctors are to stuck in their own heads and dont look at each patient as an individual.

Letticia Torres I came around 1230-1pm for abdominal pain its now 445pm it has been really busy, so I know its going to be a wait but the app told me initially it was a 3hour 25 minute to 5 hour wait so I have been here that long and I had my blood draw and urine sample about 1 hour after I arrived. It would be awesome if the wait times were a little more accurate. But the care team I have no complaints yet

V Trujillo From when I got to the hospital till I left the following morning everyone was great. The staff at the entrance, the older man who drew my blood, the ladies who helped me to and from ultrasound. Also the RN staff and the doctors that had been coming around to make sure I was alright. I like going to that hospital, me and my kids always get good and great treatment. Yes, I know sometimes they take a little long but I have been to tower hospitals and I rather go to that one anytime.

S Smith I truly wish I could give 0 stars. The unprofessionalism and lack of care towards patients, regardless of whether they have an appointment, is absolutely shocking. I called to reschedule an appointment due to a scheduling conflict, and instead of offering helpful solutions, I was given unnecessary suggestions. The associate told me to contact the pediatrician, as if they had a pediatrics department. When I asked for the contact number and stated I was unaware they had pediatrics, she dismissively responded that she didn’t know who my pediatrician was. I was confused and asked why she would know that, as I was not asking her to identify my kids pediatrician. Her tone was passive-aggressive and disrespectful. When I expressed my frustration with her condescending remarks, she falsely accused me of yelling, even though I was simply correcting her. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was appalling. She then told me that I couldn’t be helped and abruptly hung up when I asked for her name. At that point, I was understandably upset, so I went to the office in person and demanded to speak with a supervisor. It’s completely unacceptable the way people in need are treated, especially those receiving government assistance. Often, there’s an apparent bias against individuals in these situations, and it needs to be addressed. There should be an internal investigation into this matter, as well as a reconstruction of their policies and training regarding respect and professionalism. I would never trust my children to receive care here, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Their attitude and business practices are deeply lacking in integrity.

stayFAST84 Been at the place twice to pick up birth certificates. First time I was in and out 20 minutes. Second time was 7 years later and still made it out of there within 25 minutes. Staff up front look organized and they will guide you to the department you have to go for whatever you need.

Stafford Stafford 0 stars, 6 days, 2 appointments later and still getting the wrong information, wrong supervisors and rude people who interrupt you while your talking. Had one nice nurse even tho she did the wrong test on me she made my day better before her coworkers and boss made it worse. Linnae Ranis The car seat program the county offers was surprisingly quick and informative! Initially, like many free programs out there, I thought that it would take a while to get a call back or even set something up but this totally exceeded my expectations! The whole process took about a week and the people who helped me through it was very understanding and flexible. I had to reschedule my first appointment due to child care and the safety technician totally understood and was happy to work around my schedule. The actual appointment to get the car seat was fast (didnt even take an hour) and he went over some safety protocols and little known facts about California law. He was very informative, showed me how to install the car seat, and answered all my questions. He even helped me bring the car seat to my car! All in all, Im glad the county offers this program to parents and it was well worth it!

Shawn Rader I felt at ease and comfortable with all of the Dignity staff, nurses, medical personnel, and doctors throughout the entire process. The team felt very in sync and worked well together which is nice to experience when you are having surgery. Michael Coleman Came in thinking I was having a cardiac issue given my history. My feet never hit the floor. They took it serious. Full work up. Ended up being admitted on another issue. The nurses were fantastic! 4 days later I left feeling much better.

Betty Campos Fast friendly but most of all they saved my life. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with me but the didnt give up on my although I had no medical coverage. The dr ordered an CT and found pneumonia hiding behind something. I so very grateful for the care my nurse and Dr gave to me. Security went above and beyond to be helpful and get me to where I needed to go with a wheelchair and even pushed there. So thank you dignity for my dignity. God bless you all

Linda Loo This was the first time I have been here in a couple years. I know its the time of year where everybody is getting sick so I was hesitant to go. But my doctor insisted. I have never been to an emergency room visit why wasnt there at least 6 hours. I was only there two and a half to three hours and the staff was great. I didnt see a doctor but since there wasnt anything seriously wrong with me I was okay with him looking at my test results and the nurses telling me what was wrong. So were they perfect? Absolutely not. But its called the emergency room, because its for emergencies. People are stressed, ambulances coming and going. People are in worse condition than I was and I understood that. So I was patient. But all in all a great experience. Thank you dignity health.

Destini Medrano I never really leave reviews but I feel like I have to this time because my experience was great and I was so nervous for my gallbladder removal surgery because there were so many bad reviews about the hospital and the nurses. The surgery team was so comforting from the moment they took me back until it was time to discharge. Also big thank you to Dr. Kapadia for making me feel comfortable and answering all of my questions!

I went here to get clean and it was the best decision I ever made they have the best nurses and doctors they do everything they can to keep you comfortable and when you leave you’ll feel like a whole new person. (Husband had same one) She’s been in the hospital five days with no Communication with medical staff. I call and can’t understand the dialect of staff. I called this morning. Talked to five different people and never got a straight answer. She’s going to lose her room in her assisted-living. I feel like they are gouging Medi-Cal never ever referring anyone to Good Sam.

Teresa Banducci This hospital is the most unprofessional dirtiest place I have ever stepped foot in. Their support staff don’t care about patience privacy. The floors are all sticky not cleaned. The nurse some of whom are good but for the most part they don’t want to be there and can careless. Their front desk staff assumes you must be there for some one in detox or psych units completely forgetting they have a med serg unit. It would be nice if they would update there website to accurately show their facility

Gypsy Gypsy Cardiologist Dr Win & her student, Dont waste your time here. They lie to your face. Its sad how they play with someones life. They Will Not let you see other cardiologist. Go to Central Cardiology if you want to live and be respected.

Yessica Gutierrez I had my first appointment with Dr. Rivera she was fantastic very resourceful and answered all of my questions and concerns, she also made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my entire visit. I would also like to say the rest of the team was great as well, front desk was kind and so was the nurse who assisted me taking my vitals and assisted the Dr. with my appointment.

Lee Char (Charlie Z) This is where Kern Medical Outpatient services moved to from Truxtun. There are a lot of good doctors, NPs, and specialists who work here!

Luisa Fowler Dr. Chen is very understanding, knowledgeable and a great urogynecologist. Plus the medical students and nurses are wonderful.

Cristial Nuñez Worst dr ever first time coming here asked for a physical and pregnancy test but physician okumoto MD didn’t want to pee test me she asked how did I know I took a home test and I’ve been vomiting she said she needs to request blood work and left me in room for over 30mins just waiting to get told to go to OB care side with out any conformation to make an appointment OB front desk lady was nicer made an appointment but said I need to get my blood work first. Appointment was at 12:30 and waiting till 2PM for all this nonsense if doctor could have took me to get blood work get conformation and could have made my appointment for OB care and prenatal pills. instead of waiting 1hour and a half for nothing to be done today just an other appointment.

Benjamin McCay Bet they wont even care to read this. Horribly ran clinic. No customer service, everyone either hates their job or like being rude to customers, or both. They scheduled a newborn follow up on Saturday, I then found out theyre closed on Saturday so went in on Friday to tell them, two people argued and said theyre keeping the appointment for Saturday. Low and behold, went on Saturday.. and theyre closed. Idiots. Dragging my newborn daughter across town for this? Na. Not again, going somewhere else.

Erica Core They do not answer their phone it’s frustrating. You would think a high risk on clinic would answer their phone. I was referred here from another clinic but at least the other clinic would answer their phone.

Marlen Ruiz This hospital used to be one of my favorite hospitals to go to but after last night they became the most ignorant hospital ever. I took my son into the emergency room because he has been sick for the past week. The physician that seen him, Cu Sharon, told me he was going to send over the antibiotics to the pharmacy so my son could take them. Only to find out that they never sent the referral and after calling them about the referral, they told me that I have to use the same antibiotics I apparently have from 2 months ago when he got sick. He took all of the antibiotics. What’s makes them think I still have left over antibiotics now? This hospital is a joke and because of them my son is not improving with Tylenol, saline drops or the humidifier.

Adrianne Grady I was abandoned in a wheel chair in the waiting room to start, which I was falling out of unable to sit up in, fighting passing out as my organs were shutting down and my fever raged from the syndrome taking over. I had stroke symptoms, muscle spasms, and a seizure while there which weren’t examined. I was forced to swallow a pill while my muscles were seizing at one point, because the nurse wouldn’t believe me that I couldn’t swallow without high risk at that moment (I barely survived that). She said “oh it’s fine you can swallow” while my whole body was rising in a stiff arch, my fingers were curling, and my mouth would barely move to speak - all stiff and locking, tears streaming from my eyes cuz of the fear. I wasn’t bathed at all in the weeks I was there (my SIL had to come to help me with a short wash and I could barely stand), I was left alone to lay in a wet bed, soaking in it, many days due to the cold packs for my fever not being changed out. Food was forgotten to be brought to me at least once. Due to the condition of DRESS syndrome and erythema multiforme in rare deadly reaction, my skin had shedded all over the floor, but they didn’t clean it. After many days (maybe over a week or more) of complaining, it took them 4 broom pans (not exaggerating) to remove only after my husband and SIL demanded action repeatedly. A nurse expressed apologies and said that shouldn’t have happened. A different nurse came in while my husband was there and started preaching about Jesus and religion at one point, assuming things about my health or recovery and pushing prayer without permission. I had to stare at a Christian cross hanging over the bathroom in my room the whole time too (I grew up Christian but this was so wrong for a public hospital), my window faced a concrete wall so I had no view of the sky (unfortunately), and the TV was broken the entire time I was there, so I had no distraction or entertainment. I was lucky my family got me a laptop so I could game a little while there and kept my phone charged. When I was in agony from injections causing skin issues, it took them days to adjust my routine so I wouldn’t have a body shutdown from the swelling and burning it caused. I often went without enough water too. I developed Cushing Syndrome after prematurely being discharged, due to the doctor not taking me off of the high steroid dosage soon enough. In fact, the doctor there who prescribed it became unreachable and I had to reach out to my other two doctors to find out what was going on with my body. Months after leaving the hospital, I finally started the tapering off a steroid I was supposed to already have been off of. It added excruciating additional pain, partial blindness and screwed up my hearing and swelled my body up painfully. It took years to recover. The hospital visit was at the end of 2022. I reported all of this to the hospital and never heard back. Horror show and despicable for not taking care of things. I’m lucky I’m alive. Where’s the “dignity”?! (The only decent people I came across who helped me was the man who carried me into the ER cuz I couldn’t walk, and the woman that assisted me with body wipes on the first day I arrived. After that, I barely felt noticed or respected. It was terrifying and traumatic. I’m sure there are other good nurses there, but overall, this was disgusting.)

Michael DeBondt Went there for worry about excessive bleeding. Got 3 blood tests and a physical exam and they confirmed nothing was wrong. Now I expect to be paying a lot for an emergency room visit, but a $5000 increase to what I was quoted ($800) is absurd. Ive been trying to get an itemized bill to understand why the increase, but 5 months later and 3 records release authorizations mailed I have continued to be stonewalled. Now Ive been served my "Final Notice" and Im still trying to figure out what exactly Im being charged for. At this point it really might be easier to deal with a collection agency, which is infuriating to consider.

Dana Houston Jackson Achievement is often anonymous. Some of the greatest things every done were done by people in the shadows that you will never know; people who have dedicated their lives to improving the lives of others. The accute care nurses on 24 hour shifts took excellent care of my father for the 9 days he had to stay after complications from ruptured appendix and the infections it caused. They have a great staff. The nurses changed often after the first 3 days so trying to get to know and remember names is the only downside and makes it harder to acknowledge by name. Dr. Shaw, Dr. Chilean (surgeon) were hands on, visiting him daily. He would not be alive if not for emergency night time surgery by Dr. Jerry Chilian. He came by daily to oversee care and answer questions. He stepped in esch time there was an issue. Very grateful for the entire competent team.

monica campos Took my sister here to the ER for very serious reasoning and tried asking for water several different times and got told “well see what we can do” while all the doctors and nurses were just chatting their life away while us not being seen for over an hour when she still wasn’t feeling good throughout the whole time. Nobody wanted to help us and if they did all I got was attitude back. Didn’t like my experience from the minute I walked through the door nobody really seemed like they wanted to help us.

Sonia Be very careful with this plan. If your loved one gets “too difficult” for them, they will be quick to suggest hospice. Especially Anita Patel. So watch out.

Reese Roberts Ive been coming here for many years. Staff is almost always courteous and efficient. I can only remember a time or two that I have had to growl at one of the intake people for being neglectful or rude. The important part, the medical treatment itself, has most always been helpful. Heres a couple things that need to be tweaked: 1) The scales need to be calibrated. They are weighing around 40 lbs. too much (of course, not less), when I mention that to the intake nurse, they dont care and blow it off. 2) When are they going to redecorate this place? It was at least 50 years out of date when they repainted about 10 years (?) ago. Not that hard to section off and repaint folks. Hopefully a nicer color than Puke Pink. That color is not calming folks, no matter what smoke your interior designer is blowing up your a$$. Try a soft green or a very soft buff yellow. Even a soft turquoise, teal, or yes even pink if it is the right shade. Please, please, pretty please with a cherry on top.

Jazmine Nunez I recently changed my insurance through my work as this one was more cost effective. I was pleasantly surprised. I brought my 1 year old in and the entire waiting time from start to finish was 1hour. Not bad for an urgent care. I called ahead and Gaby gave me an apt an hour from the time I called. The front desk staff to the nurse and the doctor were all pleasant. I am happy I made the change!

JAZMINE VANCE Through out the past 3 years I have had to come through this urgent care for various issues. I have brought my two daughters, myself, and just recently today, my newborn son. The staff here are super kind, give fast service, and are accommodating! I have not had one issue here. I get seen right away and they are willing to conduct almost any type of test to ensure we are okay! I am grateful for staff like this and that I am able to experience this level of professionalism and customer service! Today we were treated by Brittany (nurse practitioner), not only was she friendly, she almost put my mind at ease! Thanks to her and the nursing staff today and the graceful women who checked me out! You’re all awesome! I appreciate you all!

Ashley Newsome This place was the worst I have ever experienced! My son had strep throat and he non stopped crying. I couldn’t believe the night RN had no bedside manners! She was rude, argued with me and stated “we don’t do test for strep throat here”. She showed no compassion towards more son. I never experienced a place who did not care about my child but sent me away plus they were about to close. How ridiculous was this place. I do not recommend at all! I would rather spend $200 or more for quality service! I would never come here again !

Ruben Carrillo Ive gone twice already for an appointment and the staff is very professional, wait time is short, and the doctors are kind and told me my issue right away. I also appreciate them reminding me of upcoming appointments because I forget to write it down. Thats how it should be.
